Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the process of Mandar language affixation within the scope of the Family in the Village of Tanjung Lalak Kecamatan Pulau Laut Pulau Kotabaru Regency and describes the use of reduplication of Mandar language within the scope of Family in the Village of Tanjung Lalak Kecamatan Pulau Laut Pulau Kotabaru Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that (1) The affixation process in Mandar language includes the process of giving prefix, prefix, and confixing (prefix and ending). In the Mandar language of Tanjung Lalak village, Pulau Laut sub-district of Kotabaru regency, there are prefixes, ma-, si-, ti-, di-, pa-, ka-, pe-, and to-. Suffix (suffix) in Mandar language there are four suffixes, namely suffix -i, suffix -o, suffix -mu and suffix -ang. As for the confix (prefix and suffix) in Mandar language there are six conflicts of conflicts, conflicts, conflicts, conflicts, conflicts of pa-i, and sa-na cones. (2) The use of reduplication in Mandar languages has two, namely reduplication entirely, and partial reduplication.Keyword: Mandar language, prefix, and confixing, reduplication.

Abstract

This method of this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Sources of data in this study are the results of conversations by fellow students of STKIP Paris Barantai Kotabaru with the technique of recording and collecting the current language heard. The results showed that there were 8 types of contemporary language types used by students of STKIP Paris Barantai Kotabaru namely contemporary words in the form of abbreviations, contemporary words in the form of warm words, contemporary words that have meaning according to dictionaries but change meaning, contemporary words that get influences from foreign languages, contemporary words that appear as a result of certain events, contemporary words in the form of opposite words, spoiled contemporary words and contemporary words whose letters change. Keyword: Language and Current Language.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) describe the value of social education in Mamanda traditional theater; (2) to describe the value of cultural education in Mamanda traditional theater. The data obtained came from the observation of the mamanda manuscript at the Saijaan Kotabaru Heritage Center. This type of research is field research and uses descriptive qualitative research methods by observing or observing some mamanda performances and noting some aspects of mamanda stories at the Saijaan Arts Center, Kotabaru Regency. Furthermore, the data obtained is a document for analysis material. The results showed that (1) in the mamanda manuscript at Sanggar Pusaka Saijaan Kotabaru there is a social education value which is an attitude in interaction, which a person uses to interact between individuals, individuals with groups, or groups with the community; (2) in the mamanda manuscript at Sanggar Pusaka Saijaan Kotabaru, there is a cultural education value which is considered good and valuable by a community group or ethnic group which is not necessarily considered good by other people or ethnic groups. Because cultural values ​​limit and give characteristics to a society and its culture. Key words: education value and mamanda

Abstract

This research descriptive qualitative method. Data collection carried by library techniques, data collection based on written sources and note-taking techniques, keeping records of relevant data according the goals and objectives of study. data source the book Cinta Itu, Kamu, by Moammar Emka. The results of the analysis can be concluded that the poetry in the book Cinta Itu, Kamu (1) Grammatical means consist: Reference which is divided into three, namely persona reference, demonstrative reference and comparative reference. Substitution is indicated by replacement of certain lingual units other lingual units. ellipsis is characterized the omitted element, but mentioned earlier. Conjunctions divided into coordinative conjunctions, subordinative conjunctions, conjunctions between sentences, correlative conjunctions. (2) The lexical facilities consist: Repetition divided into three types, namely: full repetition, repetition changes in shape, and partial repetition. Synonym which characterized by existence of word equation between free morpheme and bound morpheme, word for word, word with phrase or vice versa. Antonyms characterized the presence of absolute antonyms and hierarchical antonyms. Collocation is indicated by the presence of words that tend to be used simultaneously. Hyponym is characterized by words that are represented by hypernimes which become superordinate from the mention of other words. Keywords: Textual analysis, poetry

Abstract

Mitos dalam Legenda Kerajaan Pulau Halimun di Kabupaten Kotabaru. Legenda Kerajaan PulauHalimun adalah salah satu cerita rakyat di Kabupaten Kotabaru. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah padabentuk dan fungsi mitos di Legenda Kerajaan Halimun Pulau di Kabupaten Kotabaru. Bentuk mitosdalam penelitian ini terlihat pada inkarnasi Sambu Ranjana kini lebih dikenal sebagai gunung Saranjanadan Sambu Batung yang berubah menjadi gunung Sebatung. Fungsi mitos dalam penelitian ini adalah(1) fungsi politik mitos (2) Fungsi mite (percaya mitos sifat pemikiran berdasarkan persepsi mistis, tanpapercaya bahwa objek nyata). Fungsi sebuah mitos dalam studi informasi yang harus diketahui olehmasyarakat Kotabaru. Gunung saranjana adalah salah satu kota magis yang dikenal oleh mitosnya.Kata-kata kunci: mitos, legenda, pulau halimun

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low interst of students of language education and Indonesian of Literature at the STKIP Paris Barantai in reading books of reference, scientific books can increase of students knowledge is included in the less of category. The aims of this research are 1) to find out the literacy interest of Indonesian language and literature of students. 2) the find out what are the factors that hinder the progress of student literacy. This study uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population and sample in this study were students in the fourth and sixth semesters as many as 100 students. Based on the results of the study, it can be interpreted that the majority of students do not choose to spend their free time reading but take walks and other activities. This is done because it is caused by two factors, namely internal and external. Internal factors are: innate or talent, gender, health condition, mental state, habits. While external factors are: instant generation, use of gadgets, influence of social media, lots of entertainment (TV and Youtube), minimal reading facilities/media, influencer of games. Key words: minotory, literacy, students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang penerapan metode Task-Based Activity (TBA) untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara mahasiswa STKIP Paris Barantai dalam perkuliahan berbasis konservasi nilai-nilai karakter di Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) meningkatkan keterampilan mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan sastra Indonesia dalam berbicara dengan menerapkan task-based activity berbasis konservasi nilai-nilai karakter, dan (2) untuk mendeskripsikan respon mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia dalam perkuliahan keterampilan berbicara dengan diterapkannya task-based activity berbasis konservasi nilai-nilai karakter. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research) yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan skor hasil tes mahasiswa, terlihat adanya suatu peningkatan yang bagus dari fase identifikasi masalah sampai pada siklus 2. Fase identifikasi masalah, nilai rerata mahasiswa secara klasikal adalah 3,5 yang berada pada kategori kurang. siklus 1 rerata keterampilan berbicara mahasiswa Program studi pendidikan bahasa dan sastra Indonesia adalah 5,92; dari nilai tersebut diketahui bahwa ke-20 mahasiswa (100%) mahasiswa mendapatkan skor sama dengan atau lebih besar dari 5. Siklus 3 skor rerata keterampilan berbicara mahasiswa meningkat menjadi adalah 6,54. Berdasarkan nilai tersebut diketahui bahwa 100% siswa mendapatkan skor sama dengan atau lebih besar dari 5. Kata Kunci: Keterampilan Berbicara, Metode TBA, Nilai-nilai karakter

Abstract

Digital-based distance education is one of the policies carried out by the government in Indonesia to keep education running. However, in the actualization of digital-based learning, many complaints were found from various groups, especially from students. The purpose of this study is to describe learning media and internet network access that is used as a connector for learning during the pandemic which is a problem in the literary learning process. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, which describes the problems experienced by students when participating in digital-based literature learning. The results of this study indicate that the problems of digital-based learning are found from various aspects, both from lecturers, students, and aspects of the digital-based learning media used. The description of the problems of digital-based learning in the pandemic period as a result of this research is very useful for the development of teaching creativity. It can be concluded that various aspects of digital-based learning still need to be improved and developed. Lecturers must continue to improve teaching creativity, and learning media still need to be updated. Keywords: Problematic, Digital Teaching, Literature

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) Students' perceptions of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program on the use of e-journals?, 2) The level of use of e-journals for students of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program. Perception indicators at the perception level by students are utilization, accessibility, convenience, speed, storage, updating, browsing, and security. While the indicators on the level of use are accessibility, speed, frequency of visits. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The technique of collecting is through questionnaires and observation. The results of this study indicate that the results of research on the level of perception of e-journals by students are on a scale of 80 (good). The results of research on student perceptions of the use of e-journals are on a scale of 65 (enough).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan makna denotatif mitos pada wanita hamil dalam budaya Banjar di desa Dirgahayu. Dan untuk mendeskripsikan makna konotatif mitos pada wanita hamil dalam budaya Banjar di desa Dirgahayu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis teks dan lapangan dengan pendekatan struktural. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian, terdapat makna denotatif pada mitos wanita hamil dalam budaya Banjar di Desa Dirgahayu Kecamatan Pulau Laut Utara Kabupaten Kotabaru yang merupakan mitos-mitos pada wanita hamil sesuai dengan fakta sebenarnya dan dapat dibuktikan kebenarannya. Mitos-mitos ini sesuai dengan anjuran buku-buku kesehatan dalam kehamilan dan dapat dibuktikan kebenarannya apabila pantangan tersebut dilanggar. Makna konotatif pada mitos wanita hamil dalam budaya Banjar di Desa Dirgahayu Kecamatan Pulau Laut Utara Kabupaten Kotabaru merupakan bukan makna asli atau makna sebenarnya dan tidak bisa dibuktikan kebenarannya. Mitos-mitos ini hanya merupakan sebuah larangan dan anjuran yang muncul secara turun temurun yang sudah dipercaya oleh sebagian besar wanita hamil, tetapi mitos ini sebenarnya tidak bisa dibuktikan kebenarannya dan berbeda dari larangan serta anjuran dari buku panduan kehamilan. Kata Kunci: Semantik, Mitos, Wanita Hamil
