Abstract

Globalization is a process of integration of the national economies of Nations into a global economic system. Globalization also a cultural process which is characterized by the existence of a tendency of the regions in the world, both geographically as well as physically, being uniform in format of social, cultural, economic, and political. In social life, global process has created a culture of egalitarianism, in triggering the emergence of internationalization of culture, creating economic interdependence in the process of production and marketing, and in the field of political liberalization creates. Although globalization campaigned as the era of the future, a promising era of ' economic growth will bring globally and global prosperity for all. The challenge of national education is growing. Because in the era of the MEA challenge is one of the free flow of skilled workforce ASEAN cross country. If a resource teacher in Indonesia still covered a variety of flaws at both aspects of the competency, qualification, productivity, and well-being, then they can be marginalized in regional and global competition. To that end, the efforts of professional development teachers need to touch up the most fundamental aspects in a change of their competencies

Abstract

The Principal leadership model is a core factor in the development of the religious culture. The school  is one of the Model School of Iman and taqwa schools. Thus, it interested to be researched about the Principal leadership model in developing the religious culture in the school.            This article focused on namely (1) the principal developed the religious culture through two leaderships models namely; (a) Situational leadership model is when a principal assigning works according to each expertise. This means that the headmaster must be good at reading the situation and condition to each educator and the staff. And thus, each one does the better and responsible works, (b) transformational leadership model is a model providing priority to the opportunity and encouraging all workers of the school in order to wok in the sublime values. And thus, all the staffs do not get insisted in optimally participating to achieve the ideal goals in the school. (2) the used strategies are namely; (a) appling the religious practise to be inured as a habit, (b) providing exemplary by doing to relate alttitude and behaviour in a day, (c) integrating the common subjects to the islamic subjects, (d) developing the islamic extracurricular activity that is through the Osis Programmings.There were discovered that the majority ones appreciate the minority ones. Meanwhile, the minority ones respect the majority ones. And thus, it is able to build the harmonious and religious atmospheres in the school. Keyword     :   Principal Leadership Model, Religious Culture.

Abstract

Faith is the foundation of a building in Islam, someone who has strong faith will carry out worship in an orderly manner, have noble morals and behave well. To form a pious human personality, education is needed on the basis of faith. Strong faith will become a stronghold for unwanted values to be internalized. Faith education can be instilled through technology such as film. Among the films that can be used as learning media is Riko The Series, which is produced by Garis Ten Corporation.This study attempts to describe and analyze the film Riko the Series in internalizing the value of faith in Allah SWT and a humanistic view of the value of faith in Allah SWT in the film Riko the Series. This study uses a type of research library research by using the semiotic analysis technique of Roland Barthes theory. The results of the study show that: 1) The value of faith in Allah SWT contained in the Riko The Series film is grouped into three, namely: the value of doing good and compassion, the value of forgiveness, and the value of muhasabah which is pursued through several sequential and systematic stages, namely the stage transformation, transaction stage, and transinternalization stage which generally uses the advice method, the exemplary method, the habituation method, and the targhib method.

Abstract

Morals are a very important element in a person's life because someone who has character means having a benchmark for the quality of his personality. Moral education can be instilled in various ways, one of which is through technological sophistication. Technology that can be said to be not new and growing rapidly is film. One of the films that entertain and educate today is the animated film, Omar and Hana. The purpose of this research is to analyze what are the values of moral education in the animated film Omar and Hana. This study uses a qualitative research approach with library research methods. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques used are observation and documentary techniques. The data analysis technique used the semiotic analysis of the Roland Barthes model. The results of this study indicate that the values of moral education contained in the animated films of Omar and Hana episodes "Start with Bismillah" and "Mission Fasting" which include: the value of gratitude, the value of amar ma'ruf nahi mungkar, the value of endeavour, the value of patience and angry value.
