Abstract

Hospitals must be able to improve the quality of services to maintain patient interest, one of which is improving the quality of medical records. Based on the author's initial survey that at the Ungaran District Hospital research has not been conducted on patient satisfaction regarding the quality of medical record services. To measure a service quality is to know perceptions about the service from the eyes of a consumer or customer. This patient's perception is very important because satisfied patients will adhere to treatment and want to come back for treatment. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the relationship between patients' perceptions about the quality of medical record services with the level of patient satisfaction at Ungaran District Hospital. This study uses a descriptive correlative research method using a survey approach. The results of this study using the chi square test (p 0.05) showed that there was not relationship between perception, especially reliability, assurance, and empathy about the quality of medical record services with the level of patient satisfaction with a p value of reliability of 0.116; guarantee 0.191; empathy of 0.058. There is relationship between perception, especially responsiveness and direct evidence about the quality of medical record services with the level of patient satisfaction.ABSTRAK Rumah sakit harus mampu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanannya untuk mempertahankan minat atau ketertarikan pasien salah satunya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan rekam medis. Berdasarkan survey awal penulis bahwa di RSUD Ungaran belum dilakukan penelitian tentang kepuasan pasien terkait mutu pelayanan rekam medis. Untuk mengukur sebuah kualitas pelayanan adalah dengan mengetahui persepsi tentang pelayanan tersebut dari kaca mata seorang konsumen atau pelanggan. Persepsi pasien ini sangat penting karena pasien yang puas akan mematuhi pengobatan dan bersedia datang berobat kembali. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui analisis hubungan persepsi pasien tentang mutu pelayanan rekam medis dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien di RSUD Ungaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif korelatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan survey. Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan uji chi square (p 0,05) diperoleh hasil tidak ada hubungan antara persepsi khususnya keandalan, jaminan, dan empati tentang mutu pelayanan rekam medis dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien dengan nilai p value keandalan 0,116; jaminan 0,191; empati 0,058. Ada hubungan antara persepsi khususnya ketanggapan dan bukti langsung tentang mutu pelayanan rekam medis dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien. Kata Kunci: Persepsi, Kepuasan, Mutu Pelayanan, Rekam Medis

Abstract

AbstractThe Implementation of learning on Prodi D3 RMIK Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang includes learning in the classroom, laboratory, and field with learning methods that have been developed. Practical learning both in laboratory and field are important things that must be considered in vocational education. Therefore, it is necessary to emphasize practical learning both laboratory and field. It’s also necessary to develop the laboratory practicum learning tool related to medical record management on Prodi D3 RMIK. The research method that we used was research and development method (R&D). This research step includes analysis of needs, design, validation design, and trial of the design result. This research aims to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of these products. In this research, we made a video tutorial for medical record management practicum. The results of the 3 video research have been validated by experts with conclusions, all the three of them are “valid” and “very valid” in material testing and media testing. From the practicality test toward the videos, we got “practical” and “very practical” as the result. Meanwhile from the effectiveness test toward the videos, we got “effective” as the result.Keywords: tutorial video, practicum, medical record managementAbstrakPelaksanaan pembelajaran pada Prodi D3 RMIK Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang meliputi pembelajaran teori klasikal, praktik laboratorium, dan lapangan dengan metode pembelajaran yang telah dikembangkan. Pembelajaran praktik di laboratorium dan lapangan merupakan hal penting yang harus diperhatikan dalam pendidikan vokasional. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya penekanan pembelajaran praktik baik laboratorium maupun lapangan. Diperlukan pula pengembangan media pembelajaran praktikum laboratorium terkait manajemen rekam medis pada Prodi D3 RMIK. Metode penelitian ini menerapkan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development/R&D). Tahapan pada penelitian ini meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan desain, validasi rancangan, dan uji coba hasil perancangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan suatu produk baru atau hasil modifikasi serta menguji keefektifan dari produk yang dihasilkan. Produk yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini berupa video tutorial praktikum manajemen rekam medis. Hasil penelitian 3 video telah mendapatkan validasi oleh ahli atau pakar dengan kesimpulan valid dan sangat valid dalam uji materi dan uji media. Uji praktikalitas terhadap video diperoleh hasil praktis dan sangat praktis. Uji keefektivitasan terhadap video diperoleh hasil efektif.Kata Kunci : video tutorial, praktikum, manajemen rekam medis

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on health services in Indonesia. Health workers, especially PMIK, must pay attention to the procedures for handling Covid-19 in providing services to patients. Medical record management procedures need to be taught to students in order to gain knowledge and understanding of medical record management during the Covid-19 pandemic. Visualization of the management of medical records during the Covid-19 pandemic is needed for students in video tutorial media. The purpose of this research is to develop visualization in video tutorial media about the management of medical records during the Covid-19 pandemic in laboratory practicum learning. The study used the research and development method which was carried out in the manual medical record laboratory of Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang from August to December 2021. The stages in this study began with a needs analysis through FGD, followed by the stages of making video tutorials, testing validity, and ending at the trial stage. . The results of the study obtained visualization in the form of video tutorials which have been declared very valid in the material test by 85% and media testing by 81% by experts. Practicality tests on videos that were conducted on students obtained practical results with a value of 78% so that they were able to provide visualization to students on the management of medical records during the Covid-19 pandemic. It is necessary to measure the effectiveness of video tutorials in increasing students' knowledge and skills regarding the management of medical records during the Covid-19 pandemic.
