Abstract

Green Marketing, Green Brand Image, Packaging dan nilai pelanggan yang baik tentu saja akan menarik minat pelanggan dan meningkatkan penjualan perusahaan. Pelanggan yang puas terhadap produk yang dibeli dan dikonsumsi tentu saja akan menjadi loyal terhadap perusahaan.Penelitian ini ingin membuktikan pengaruh dari masing-masing variabel yaitu green marketing, green brand image, packaging dan nilai pelanggan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan yang dimana kepuasan pelanggan menjadi variabel intervening. Berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya dan dikaitkan dengan teori pendukung yang dikemukakan oleh para ahli dengan menggunakan program SPSS sebagai alat pengolah data statistik.Jenis penelitian ini yaitu associative research. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling karena peneliti tidak mengetahui jumlah keseluruhan anggota populasi yang diteliti. Sedangkan teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah accidental sampling. Sedangkan populasi yang dijadikan sampel yaitu 100 orang, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (Path Analysis).

Abstract

To find out the effects of NPL, NIM, LDR on the profitability level and stock returns is the aim of this study. The samples used were 24 conventional banks listed on IDX main board in 2014- 2018. The techniques of data analysis were path analysis and Sobel test. The results obtained in this study were that NPL had a significant negative effect on profitability and stock returns, NIM had a significant positive effect on the profitability level and stock returns, while LDR had no significant effect on the profitability level but it had a significant negative effect on stock returns. Profitability level had no significant effect on stock returns. NPL, NIM, LDR simultaneously had a significant effect on profitability. In addition, NPL, NIM, LDR and Profitability Level simultaneously had a significant effect on stock returns. NPL, NIM, LDR had no significant effect on stock returns. NPL, NIM, LDR had no significant effect on stock returns through profitability.Â
