Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know how to assess the performance of lecturers in teaching and learning competence, and how is the application of the weighted product method?.The criteria used are Time, Neatness, Communication, Lecture Process, Mastery of Material, Learning Evaluation. Through samples five lecturers by using the Weighted Product method, the weight is obtained with the initials of the lecturer ASR., while lecturer which has the lowest weight the initials ACP.The implications of this research study are on the basis of these weights can be used as a foundation in decision making Pelita Bangsa University's management policy actions. Lecturers who get good grades should get appreciation, while lecturers who score less will be trained. What distinguishes this research study With other research is Lecturer performance evaluation is carried out by students And followed by the weighted product method which has not been widely used in universities.

Abstract

This research topic about the selection process for prospective employees in oil palm plantations. The problem in this study is the selection of prospective employees who are not based on competence and still done manually. The purpose of this study was to provide input tests includes: Intelligence tests, personality tests, aptitude tests, interest tests, achievement tests, interview tests, and competency tests The method used is Weighted Product and Tool - Excel. Through illustration data: 5 (five) prospective employees, type of selection and weight, and assessment results, then the most productive prospective employees are obtained easily, and quickly Prospective best employees have the highest weight, while the worst prospective employees, who have the lowest weight. The implications of this finding are This selection is very useful to get prospective employees who are ready to use (experienced), especially in oil palm plantation companies. The difference between this study and other studies is competency-based selection in the field of administration of oil palm plantations have not been found Abstrak Topik Penelitian ini tentang proses seleksi calon karyawan di perkebunan kelapa sawit. Permasalahan dalam kajian ini adalah adanya seleksi calon karyawan yang tidak berdasarkan kompetensi, dan masih dilakukan secara manual. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memberikan masukan tes meliputi : Tes kecerdasan, Tes kepribadian, Tes bakat, Tes minat, Tes prestasi, Tes Wawancara, dan Tes Kompetensi Metode yang digunakan Weighted Product dan Tool – Excel. Melalui ilustrasi data : 5 (lima) orang calon karyawan, jenis seleksi dan bobot, dan hasil penilaian, maka diperoleh calon karyawan yang paling produktif dengan mudah, dan cepat Calon Karyawan terbaik memiliki bobot yang paling tinggi, sedangkan calon karyawan yang terburuk, yang memiliki bobot yang terendah. Implikasi dari temuan ini adalah seleksi ini sangat berguna untuk memperoleh calon karyawan yang siap pakai ( berpengalaman) terutama diperusahaan perkebunan kelapa sawit. Yang membedakan ini dengan penelitian lainnya adalah. Penelitian berdasarkan kompetensi dibidang administrator perkebunan kelapa sawit belum banyak ditemukan.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan di dalam sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor diantaranya kompensasi dan komunikasi. Kompensasi dan komunikasi yang baik akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di dalam perusahaan, dan akan lebih kuat jika didukung semangat kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan komunikasi yang dimediasi semangat kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini melalui pendekatan struktural dengan sample karyawan PT. Graha Kerindo yang sebanyak 50 orang. Analisis mengunakan model struktural diolah software SMARTPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh secara tidak langsung anatara variabel kompensasi dan variabel komunikasi terhadap kinerja melalui semangat kerja. Employee performance in an organization or company is influenced by many factors including compensation and communication. Compensation and good communication will improve employee performance within the company, and will be stronger if supported by employee morale. This research is to find out the effect of compensation and communication mediated spirit on employee performance. This research is through a structural approach with a sample of EMPLOYEES of PT. Graha Kerindo who as many as 50 people. Analysis using structural models processed smartpls software 3.0. The results showed an indirect influence between compensation variables and communication variables on performance through morale.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berkaitan dengan permaslahan persediaan barang di gudang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui apa saja selisih persediaan, mengetahui, apa saja penyebab terjadinya selisih persediaan, Mengetahui apa saja dampak selisih persediaan, tindakan bagaimana perbaikan selisih persediaan dari sudut akuntansi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah diskritif kualitatif dan kuantitatif, dengan metode pencatatan akuntansi Phisical Inventory Sistem Hasil temuan penelitian ini adalah langkah-langkah tindakan akuntansi yang harus dilakukan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan selisih persediaan barang di gudang. Implikasi dari temuan ini adalah memberikan informasi persediaan yang akurat di laporan keuangan, memberikan pengetahuan dan pembelajaran bagi pelaku bisnis pergudangan, dan akademisi tentang bagaimana penyelesaian selisih persediaan barang di gudang dengan pendekatan akuntansi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the existence of company management policies that can strengthen the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic on termination of employment. The population sample in this study was 82 respondents. The analytical method used is moderating regression analysis. The results of this research study are that the company's management policies significantly strengthen the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic on termination of employment. The implication of this study is that companies must be careful during the COVID-19 pandemic in issuing policies because they can encourage bankruptcy, for that they must have strategies: Expanding market share; alternative substitute products; selective procurement of product materials; delay in asset procurement; reduce management allowances; eliminating overtime; selection and maintain optimal health of the workforce.

Abstract

Penelitian untuk mengetahui peran laba investasi dalam memediasi pengaruh arus kas operasi, investasi dan pendanaan terhadap pengembalian saham perusahaan otomotif di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Data dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sample 10 perusahaan mulai dari periode 2016-2021. Pengolahan data untuk analisis menggunakan software SmartPLS. Arus kas operasi dan arus kas pendanaan tidak mempengruhi pengembalian saham. Arus kas investasi mempengaruhi laba investasi. Laba investasi mempengaruhi pengembalian saham. Laba investasi tidak memediasi arus kas operasi dan arus kas pendanaan terhadap pengembalian saham. Laba investasi memediasi arus kas investasi terhadap pengembalian saham. Arus kas investasi hendaknya menjadi perhatian untuk meningkatkan laba investasi yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan pengembalian saham.This research was conducted to determine the role of Investment Profit in mediating the influence of operating cash flow, investment cash flow and funding cash flow on stock returns in automotive companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data in this study is secondary data obtained from the company's annual financial statements. This study used a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 10 companies starting from the 2016-2021 period. Data processing for analysis using SmartPLS software. Operating cash flow and funding cash flow do not affect stock returns. Investment cash flow affects the return on investment. The return on investment affects the return on shares. Return on investment does not mediate operating cash flow and funding cash flow against stock returns. Return on investment mediates the cash flow of an investment against the return on a stock. Investment cash flow should be a concern to increase the return on investment which can ultimately increase stock returns.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh income terhadap keputusan investasi Generasi Z melalui Perilaku Keuangan. Fokus pada penelitian ini adalah Generasi Z khususnya di Kabupaten Bekasi. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu para generasi z yang bertempat tinggal di kabupaten Bekasi. Metode yang dipakai untuk melakukan penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS Versi 4.0. Sampel dipilih berdasarkan rumus lemeshow didapat sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Metode sampling pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Income berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Keputusan Investasi, Income berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Perilaku Keuangan, Perilaku Keuangan generasi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Investasi dan Perilaku Keuangan tidak memediasi hubungan antara Income terhadap Keputusan Investasi generasi Z di Kabupaten Bekasi. Kata Kunci: Income, Keputusan Investasi, Perilaku Keuangan

Abstract

In The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of debt to equity ratio and return on assets on stock price. The samples used were 17 property & real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The sample technique used was purposive sampling. This study uses secondary data in the form of published annual reports. The methods used in this study are descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The data was processed using SPSS Version 23. Based on the results of the study it is known that partially the debt to equity ratio has no effect on stock price and return on asset effects stock price, while simultaneously to equity ratio and return on asset effects stock price..
