Abstract

The purpose of this research is: To know the Performance of Management in the Management of Regional Property at the Secretariat of the Regional House of Representatives of Enrekang Regency.The type of research that the authors select is descriptive research with quantitative approach. The research was conducted at the Secretariat of the Regional House of Representatives of Enrekang Regency. The population in this study is all the staffs in the Secretariat of the Regional People's Legislative Assembly of Enrekang Regency as many as 58 people and the samples amounted to 58 people. Data collection techniques used are: 1) Interview 2) Documentation 3) observation 4) Questionnaire. The results showed that 1). The performance of managers in the management of local property at the Secretariat of the Regional House of Representatives of Enrekang Regency can be seen in the following: Job performance, Expertise, Behavior, and Leadership on average percentage of 74.31% on good criteria. 2). Factors affecting the performance of management in the management of local property at the Secretariat of the Regional House of Representatives of Enrekang Regency can be seen in the following: Employee quality of 84.13%, Supporting facilities of 77.24%, Supra means of 40.0% , Capability of 64.82%, and Motivation of 76.89% with an average percentage of 68.616% on influential criteria.

Abstract

The goal of this research was to determine the leadership style ofHead of General and Financial Section of Sidenreng RappangRegency Office along with all influencing factors. The populationincludes forty-eight staffs of General and Financial Section. Themethods used to collect data were observation, interview,questionnaire, and literature study. Then those data analyzed usingstatistical-descriptive analysis.The result shows various leadership style of Head of General andFinancial Section: autocratic (by 6,25%), militarystic (by 0%),patternalystic (by 8,33%), charismatic (by 87,50%), and democratic(by 89,58%). While the leadership style includes education level, jobexperience and timeline, good physical health, ability of emotioncontrol, high intelligency, and good personal being.

Abstract

This research provides a purpose to understand culture on prosperous rice management in Bulucenrana Village, Pitu Riawa District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency and to determine the factors that influence organizational culture in Bulucenrana Village, Pitu Riawa District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population of this research was 119 people. A sample of 54 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, questionnaire and literature study. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistics and with the help of the SPSS version 21 application. The results showed that the influence of organizational culture in Bulucenrana village with a percentage of 59.58% was in the unfavorable category. Rastra management in Bulucenrana Village with a percentage of 55.66% is in the poor category. Based on the value of t count> t table or 2.750> 2.006, then H0 is rejected, meaning that the influence of organizational culture has a significant effect on the management of prosperous rice in Bulucenrana Village, Pitu Riawa District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency with a contribution percentage of 57.1%. Factors Affecting Organizational Culture: 1. Organizational history factors 58%, 2. Cultural factors 58.4% and 3. Language factors 54.4%. Based on the explanation above, it can be concluded that factors affecting the Organizational Culture in Bulucenrana Village with a percentage of 56.66% are in the unfavorable category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Regional Regulation No. Enforcement Policy. 8 of 2012 concerning the implementation of public order and public order at the Sidenreng Rappang District Police Service Unit and Fire Service and factors that hinder the implementation of the policy on the Enforcement of Regional Regulation No. 8 of 2012 concerning the implementation of public order and public order at the Service of the Civil Service Police Unit and the Fire Department of Sidenreng Rappang Regency using qualitative descriptive research. The results showed that the implementation of the Local Regulation No. Enforcement Policy. 8 of 2012 concerning the implementation of public order and public order at the Sidenreng Rappang District Police and Fire Service Offices have been well implemented, seen from the aspects of standards and policy targets, resources, communication between organizations and strengthening activities, characteristics of implementing agencies, social conditions. economics and politics and the disposition of implementors. While the factors that hinder the implementation of the policy on the Enforcement of Regional Regulation No. 8 of 2012 concerning the implementation of public order and public order at the Service of the Civil Service Police Unit and the Fire Service of Sidenreng Rappang Regency, among others, institutionally, human resources, work networks and an environment that is not yet conducive.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the behavior of the community towards environmental cleanliness (rivers) and to determine the factors that influence community behavior towards environmental cleanliness (rivers) in Tanete Village, Maritengngae District. The research population was 40 people/person and the sample was 40 people/person. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques used are observation, library research, questionnaires or questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis techniques used statistics, linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the behavior of the people of Tanete Village 49.83% was not good in maintaining the cleanliness of the river environment, in terms of discipline 45.5% was not good, 52.5% was not good at responsibility and 51.5% was not good at mutual cooperation. . Based on SPSS data processing using a linear regression formula, internal factors 5.9% and external factors 2.6% affect people's behavior towards the cleanliness of the river environment in Tanete Village.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi Kelompok Wanita Tani Lestari adalah masih banyak anggota kelompokyang belum memiliki pengetahuan pentingnya berorganisasi untuk membantu perekonomian keluarga,manajemen dan administrasi organisasi yang masih belum tertib dan teratur, banyak yang tidak mengertidan sama pemahamannya tentang budidaya pertanian, pengaturan waktu pembagian kerja dalammengurusi organisasi dan usaha pertanian dengan kesibukan di urusan rumah tangga sertapermasalahan kesulitan mencarikan lahan yang tepat bagi sebagian anggota untuk Kebun Bibit Desa(KBD). Tujuan dalam Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini adalah pendampingan untukmemberdayakan Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Lestari dalam menyelesaikan permasalahannya.Metode yang ditawarkan untuk membantu permasalahan mitra adalah : 1).Melakukan pendampingandan penyuluhan tentang pentingnya bekerjasama dalam berorganisasi dan pembagian kerja untukmenunjang perekonomian keluarga serta pengaturan manajemen dan tata tertib administrasi.2).Pelatihan dan pendampingan pelaksanaan metode Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA). 3).Pelatihandan pendampingan pelaksanaan Transect. 4).Penyuluhan tentang keorganisasian dan kewirausahaanpertanian. 5).Penyiapan lokasi kebun bibit desa. Hasil dan kesimpulan kegiatan pendampingan mampumeningkatkan keberdayaan Kelompok Wanita Tani Lestari utamanya pada meningkatnya pengetahuan,kemampuan manajemen dan keterampilan dari Kelompok Wanita Tani Lestari dalam berorganisasi.Serta mampu membuat sebuah perencanaan partisipatif melalui Metode Transect dan ParticipatoryRural Appraisal (PRA) untuk menyiapkan sebuah kebun bibit desa baru bagi anggotanya.

Abstract

Kegiatan dan metode ini dilakukan setelah melihat permasalahan mitra seperti masih banyak anggota kelompok yang belum memiliki pengetahuan pentingnya berorganisasi untuk membantu perekonomian keluarga, manajemen dan administrasi organisasi yang masih belum tertib dan teratur, banyak yang tidak mengerti dan sama pemahamannya tentang budidaya pertanian, pengaturan waktu pembagian kerja dalam mengurusi organisasi dan usaha pertanian dengan kesibukan di urusan rumah tangga serta permasalahan kesulitan mencarikan lahan yang tepat bagi sebagian anggota untuk Kebun Bibit Desa. Kesimpulan pemberdayaan kelompok masyarakat ini adalah mampu meningkatkan keberdayaan Kelompok Wanita Tani Lestari utamanya pada meningkatnya pengetahuan, kemampuan manajemen dan keterampilan dari Kelompok Wanita Tani Lestari dalam berorganisasi. Juga mampu membuat sebuah perencanaan partisipatif melalui Metode Transect dan Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) dalam penyiapan sebuah kebun bibit desa baru bagi anggotanya.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain tax literacy and leadership agility at the awareness of indigenous peoples in paying taxes. Based on the report, land and building taxes' income is still low for the indigenous peoples of "towani tolotang" South Sulawesi. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with the Nvivo-12 plus program's help by taking a sample of 55 respondents of the traditional leader "uwwa" who spread to the community. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and documentation. The results showed that the level of tax literacy has a significant effect on the level of awareness of paying taxes. Its influence is strengthened by applying leadership agility in the form of sensitivity, leadership unity, and resource fluidity. The implication is that with a high level of tax literacy involving leadership agility, the level of awareness of paying taxes will also be higher. The importance of this research is to increase public awareness of paying taxes, although the limitations of this research are on indigenous peoples.

Abstract

the village of Kulo, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency 2. Factors that influence the leadership role of the village head in physical development in the Kulo Village, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency.Descriptive quantitative research methods. The population of the research is the entire community of Kulo Village, Kulo District, amounting to 3039 people, the determination of the sample using a random sample, with the sample in this study is 97 people.The results showed that the variable (x) the leadership role of the village head was 49.67% of the unfavorable category produced while the expected 100. Likewise for the final data results on both variables indicate that the role of leadership of the village head in physical development in the Village of Kulo, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency is 50% categorized as not good. Factors influencing the leadership role of village heads in Kulo Village, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency are: Human resources (7%), Sources of funds (21%), Community participation (29%).
