Abstract

This study is a study that examines the effect of third party funds, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Return On Asset, and Non Performing Loans on Loan Growth and its consequences to Price Book Value on go public banks in Indonesia.The study population was banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. While the sample is determined by purposive sampling method is the method of collecting the sample members based on certain criteria considerations. The criteria used is a banking company that is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with the period between the years of 2008-2011 Financial Statements, the company which does not have complete data and has a negative net income excluded from the sample in order to obtain 116 samples of research.The results showed that the Third party funds significant negative effect on the loan growth, CAR positive and significant impact on loan growth , ROA positive and significant effect on loan growth, and NPLs a significant negative effect on the loan growth, loan growth positive and significant effect on the PBV.Keywords: Third party funds, CAR, ROA, NPL, Loan Growth, & PBV

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the banks internal analysis of the deposit growth by signaling theory perspective and market discipline. Corresponding signal theory that positive internal conditions increase the confidence that the company has a high quality to attract the interest of the depositors. In this study, researchers used purposive sampling and sample size 349 companies obtain conventional bank in Indonesia, Bank Indonesia registered in the year 2008 to 2012 includes the factors of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR), Return on Assets (ROA ), and Non-Performing Loans (NPL). Hypothesis testing using t - test with a significance level of 5%. Based on the results of that study showed a significant positive effect of CAR, LDR significant negative effect, significant positive influence ROA and NPL significant negative effect. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Return On Equity, Net Interest Margin, Loan to Deposit Ratio and Non Performing Loan of Capital Adequacy Ratio Banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Excange. In this study, researchers used purposive sampling and sample size 110 companies obtain convensional bank in Indonesia, Bank Indonesia registered in the year 2012 to 2016. Hypothesis tesing using t - test with a significance level of 5%. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of Capital Adquacy Ratio, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Non Perfoming Loan, and Size of Net Interest Margin on Bank’s go public in Indonesian Stock Exchane year 2012-2016.This research was conducted using secondary data. The population in this study are all Bank’s listed in Indonesia Stock Exchane year 2012-2016. The Sample in this study using puposive sampling method. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The research proves that, CAR positive and not significant effect on Net Interest Margin, LDR positive and significan effect on Net Interest Margin, NPL positive and not significan effect on Net Interest Margin, and Size negative and not significant on Net Interest Margin. Adjusted R Square Volue is 0,132 this means that 13,2 of the dependet variable can be explaned by other causes outside the model. Abstract

The success of the company's financial performance can be seen from the profit growth owned by the company. So far there have been many studies on earnings growth, because profit growth is an important thing and noticed by many parties, both investors and creditors, which affect profit growth in investing their capital. This study examines the effect of institutional ownership, debt to equity ratio, liquidity, and firm size on profit growth. The population in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016. The sample in this study were 160 companies. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that the variables of institutional ownership have no effect on profit growth. Debt to Equity Ratio has no effect on profit growth. Liquidity affects earnings growth. Company size affects profit growth. Keywords: Institutional Ownership, Debt to Equity Ratio, Liquidity, Company Size, and Profit Growth.
