Abstract

This research intends to know and analyze the incentive and work discipline of its effect on employee job satisfaction in Pajarakan Sub-district, Probolinggo. the type of explanatory research is to find the influence or causal relationship between variables, the population of all employees in Pajarakan sub district with the technique of purposive sampling using inclusion criteria is permanent employees and those who are willing to be respondents as much as 20 people, the analysis of multiple linear regression with F test and t test as hypothesis test .The result of the study describes the incentive and work discipline has simultaneous influence to job satisfaction, and partially incentive variable has a significant and dominant influence on job satisfaction variable while work discipline variable partially have a positive but not significant influence on the variable of job satisfaction indicates the application of work discipline needs sufficient understanding and awareness. Performance indicators have the lowest correlation to incentives so that performance improvement should receive management attention and compliance indicator on the lowest correlate working standard to the work discipline so that management need to increase the attention and awareness in increasing the compliance to the standard work in fulfilling job satisfaction of employees in Pajarakan Sub-district Probolinggo.

Abstract

Service organizations are required to always optimize the resources to be managed in order to increase customer satisfaction, this study intends to analyze the effect of facilities (direct facilities and supporting facilities) health services and work environment (direct work environment and working environment conditions or weather) health services on customer satisfaction. Retrieval of data with a survey method of 500 respondents of health service users at the Community Health Center in Probolinggo District, with quantitative data methods were analyzed by t test in regression. The results of the study have shown that direct work facilities and supporting facilities as well as the direct work environment of health services have made a positive contribution to customer satisfaction, while the work environment related to environmental conditions or weather as measured by indicators of noise, air pollution, and lighting at the service has not yet fully contributed to customer satisfaction, so the work environment related to weather conditions needs to get attention or solutions to improve services to meet customer satisfaction, and this needs to pay attention to the location of the Community Health Center services in Probolinggo Regency, which is close to the highway.

Abstract

Poverty is a situation where humans cannot achieve their basic requirements. This has become a standard problem experienced by every country. The research object aims to find the potential causes of poverty in the Probolinggo by examining the effect of the potential for education, unemployment, and inflation simultaneously, partially and dominantly, on poverty. The study used a quantitative method of causal relationships, 391 RTM respondents with cluster sampling technique sampling. The data analysis method used a validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and determination coefficient analysis. The conclusion from the hypothesis testing in this research is the variables of education, unemployment, and inflation have a significant and partial effect on poverty in Probolinggo City, while the most dominant potential effect on poverty is education. The result of the determination coefficient analysis is 71.9%. The causes of poverty in the city of Probolinggo are education, unemployment, and inflation. From the research results, the local government should continue to motivate and make people aware of the importance of education, improve skills as a means of overcoming unemployment, increase economic growth so the inflation can be suppressed, and the problem of poverty is resolved.

Abstract

Institusi yang telah mendapat akreditasi pelayanan tentunya akan selalu mempertahankan kinerjanya. Penelitian ini bermaksud mengkaji sembilan unsur pelayannan terhadap indeks kepuasaan masyarakat sebagai evaluasi kinerja pelayanan. Sembilan unsur pelayanan tersebut adalah: Persyaratan, Prosedur, Waktu_Pelayanan, Biaya, Informasi Produk Pelayanan, Kompetensi_Pelaksana, Perilaku Pelaksana, Janji Pelayanan, dan Penanganan_Pengaduan. Penelitian survey kepuasan_masyarakat dengan metode deskriptif_kuantitatif. Populasinya masyarakat penerima layanan jasa-kesehatan dengan accidental sampling 345 responden. Hasil penelitian indeks kepuasan perunsur masuk kategori baik (B) dan sangat baik (A). Total indeks kepuasan masuk kategori (A) sangat baik. Sedangkan Penanganan pengaduan dan janji pelayanan adalah unsur yang memiliki indeks kepuasan perunsur terendah dibanding dengan unsur lainnya. Dua unsur ini yang butuh mendapat konsentrasi dari manajemen kinerja pelayanan.

Abstract

Performance is a job target, this research aim to find the contribution or effect of competence and job satisfaction through organizational commitment to performance with a sample of 83 employees of PDAM Kota Probolinggo, using path analysis with multiple linear regression with the amos application, giving the results that: competence and job satisfaction are not significant effect on organizational commitment, thus organizational commitment is not able to mediate employee competence and job satisfaction on employee performance results, and job satisfaction also does not significantly affect performance, only employee competence has a significant effect on employee performance, Componnents that need attention are motives, systems supervision, system operational procedures, co-workers and satisfaction with salaries

Abstract

The satisfaction felt by the patient is an indicator of the quality of service in a hospital. The quality of services provided to patients will be compared between expectations and perceived reality so that they arise feeling satisfied or dissatisfied. One important factor in the effort to create satisfaction is to provide good quality service. Quality hospital services means not only felt by patients but also felt by their families, so that patients feel satisfaction and will ultimately be able to increase the confidence of both patients and the patient's family to the hospital.Based on the results of the analysis of influence, both collectively and separately, the dimensions of quality and trust in satisfaction indicate the value of the coefficient Fcount is greater than the value of F table with a significance level smaller than alpha 0.05, indicating that the dimensions of service quality and trust together affect satisfaction patients, while the calculated t coefficient value of each independent variable shows a coefficient that is greater than the value of the t table coefficient with a significance of less than alpha0.05, this means that trust and quality dimensions affect patient satisfaction in Tongas Hospital Probolinggo. Based on the t value of each independent variable shows that direct evidence which has a dominant influence on patient satisfaction. Keywords:Quality Dimensions, Patient Trust and Satisfaction

Abstract

This research aims to influence the clarify of service, disciplined services officers, speed of service, and infrastructure on community satisfaction at Health Center of Leces Probolinggo. The population of this research are all patients or people who were visiting a health service in health centers of Leces and sampling method used purposive sampling. The data collection method documentation, and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Calculation of multiple linear regression analysis regression equation: Y = 2.678 + 0.286 X1 + 0.430 X2 + 0.298 X3 + 0.095 X4, meaning there are no community satisfaction by 2.678 points without the involvement of the four variables in this study. While the amount of influence of the four variables to satisfaction of the community amounted to 93.3% and the remaining 6.7% is influenced by other factors. From the analysis, the discipline of service personnel more significantly to the satisfaction of the people than the clarity of service, speed of service personnel and infrastructure. Based on the research results, infrstruktur have the lowest contribution for that management should consider the availability of facilities and infrastructure to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of the people at the health center Leces Probolinggo.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how big the influence of discipline and compensation on employee performance and variable which influence more dominant to employee performance that exist in Mts Manbaul Hikam Tegalsiwalan Probolinggo, type of quantitative descriptive research with sampling technique using total population (25 respondents) and hypothesis test Using t test and F test (α 0,05) with multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research shows the independent variable (X1) Discipline, independent variable (X2) Compensation affects collectively on the dependent variable (Y) Employee Performance, and the discipline variable has more dominant influence than the compensation variable. This will pay attention to the leadership of the Mts Manbaul Hikam Institute which is related to the compensation of the employees in order to improve its performance. Abstract

This research was conducted on UD Furniture. Nur Agung Village of Muneng Kidul Sumberasih Subdistrict Probolinggo with the aim of research that will be achieved is a) to know the significant influence between product, price, distribution, and promotion simultaneously and partially to purchasing decision on UD furniture. Nur Agung Village Muneng Kidul District Sumberasih Probolinggo District. b) to know the variables among product, price, distribution, and promotion that have dominant influence to purchasing decision on UD furniture. Nur Agung Village Muneng Kidul District Sumberasih Probolinggo District. Type of research used is Quantitative research type with the associative approach, with variables used, include product, price, distribution, promotion, and purchasing decision. The sample used is 63 respondents. The results showed that there is significant influence between product, price, distribution, and promotion simultaneously to purchase decision on UD furniture. Nur Agung Village of Muneng Kidul Sumberasih Sub District Probolinggo, proved by a value of Fhitung (8,544)> Ftabel (2,530) and sig. = 0,000a <0.05. There is influence between product, price, distribution, and promotion partially to purchase decision seen result variable X1 count (3,656)> table (2,002) with sig value. = 0.001. Variable X2 count (2,605)> table (2,002) and sig value. = 0.012. Variable X3 count (2,884)> table (2,002) and sig value. = 0.006. Variable X4 count (3,006)> table (2,002) and sig value. = 0.004. The independent variable that has the most dominant influence on the dependent variable by seeing the largest significant t value is the product variable (X1) of 3,656 with a sig. 0.001 which influenced dominantly to variable Y from product variable (X2), distribution variable (X3) and promotion (X4). Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of promotional mix dimensions on the purchase decisions Telkomsel starter cards among students of the FE, UPM Probolinggo. Aspects covered in the promotion mix include advertising, personal selling, public relations, sales promotion, and direct marketing of Telkomsel's starter pack. Factors of the purchasing decisions discussed include decisions about product types, product decisions, brand decisions, sales decisions, product decisions, purchasing decisions, and decisions about how to pay. The population of this study is all students of Faculty of Economics who use Telkomsel prime card. Of these populations, taken some students as a sample of research that is 40 students. This study uses a statistical calculator tool that is SPSS 22. The most significant influential promotion mix is ​​personal selling and direct marketing. In addition, about 42.4% of independent variables (X) affect the dependent variable (Y), while 57.6% is explained by other factors outside the variable.
