Abstract

Pemerintah melalui berbagai peraturan keruangan di daerah telah menetapkan bahwa Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) dikategorikan sebagai bagian dari kawasan yang dilindungi. Keputusan ini secara substantif didasari oleh pertimbangan DAS sebagai daerah penyangga yang keberadaannya harus dijaga untuk mendukung kestabilan area disekitarnya. Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Bali No 16 Tahun 2009, pasal 50 ayat 6 telah menetapkan bahwa pembangunan di sepanjang jurang di tepian sungai hanya diizinkan pada radius sekurang-kurangnya dua kali kedalaman jurang yang dihitung dari tepi jurang kearah bidang datar. Pada kedalaman yang dangkal, maka radius minimal yang diizinkan adalah 11 meter.Dalam konteks pembangunan di Bali, DAS khususnya daerah tebing telah berkembang menjadi daerah yang dilirik para pemilik modal sebagai lokasi yang menyediakan site potensial untuk pembangunan amenitas kepariwisataan. Ini sudah terbukti dengan dibangunnya beragam fasilitas kepariwisataan di atas lahan tebing di sepanjang Tukad Ayung di Kedewatan (LTTAK), Ubud. Lahan yang sebelumnya merupakan lahan tidak tersentuh, saat ini menjadi lahan dengan nilai ekonomi yang tinggi di Ubud.Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitiatif. Analisis ini akan diarahkan pada uraian deskriptif mengenai bagaimana mekanisme perizinan berpengaruh terhadap fungsi awal lahan, yaitu kawasan lindung. Dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif analitis dapat dikembangkan pendeskripsian dan sekaligus interpretasi terhadap kondisi yang ditemui di lapangan.Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa pemanfaatan LTTAK banyak didominasi oleh aktivitas budi daya khususnya aktivitas kepariwisataan. Akomodasi berbintang yang dijadikan sebagai objek penelitian berstatus legal karena telah memiliki izin lengkap. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa terjadinya kerancuan kebijakan yang tidak tegas dalam penerapan pengendalian kawasan.

Abstract

One way to solve the problem in reducing congestion, especially at intersections, is to apply the yellow box junction rule. The objective of installation of yellow box at the intersection is for vehicles not to pile up at one point. The order is that vehicle should not be in the yellow box as long as the vehicle in front of it has not fully passed the yellow box. This method is used so that the opposite direction vehicle can pass through the intersection without being blocked by the vehiclefrom the opposite direction. This condition will cause the vehicles at the intersection flow smoothly, and do not experience delays due to accumulation of vehicles from opposite directions. This study will evaluate the application of yellow box junction rules at intersections in Denpasar City. The results of the interviews were analyzed by comparing the ratio between the person/s who understood about the yellow box to all the samples interviewed. Result of the data analyzed is that the average person that understood about the yellow boxjunction is 60%.

Abstract

The growth of population and the development of economic level in this global era indirectly have an enormous impact on the development of architecture in Bali. As a tourist destination by both domestic and foreign tourists, the architecture in Bali has grown and is difficult to control. The entry of various foreign elements will ultimately dominate the local architecture of Bali. This has begun to be seen from the emergence of various views of the building with the current architecture that combines various styles to be the center of attention. One of the locations that show it is Kuta Central Park. This study was conducted to find out how the existence of Traditional Balinese Architecture against foreign elements that tend to dominate. The method used is qualitative descriptive analysis technique. This analysis will be directed to a descriptive explanation of how the shape of an architecture is located in the research location, and how it correlates with the effort to maintain the traditional Balinese architecture. The result of the research has shown that the combination of architectural style in the research location resulted in the absence of traditional characteristics that should still be displayed to provide local cultural identity. The mixing of architectural styles in the research location decreases the existence of local Balinese architectural features. The look of local architecture is no longer the main point of design emphasis on research sites. The 'contemporary' look that brings together multiple styles makes local architecture a mere complement to the necessary design.

Abstract

The increasingly fierce competition market requires an entrepreneurto always innovate on their products so that their sales can undoubtedly be top of the market line. Kacang Disco Kecak Mama is one of the micro enterprises that is available and  ready to win the hearts of peanut lovers. This company often uses their peanuts as souvenirs, which is a highy sought after consumer product in Bali. They offer a variety of flavors such as original flavor, super spicy, cheese, barbeque, pizza, squid, shrimp, grilled fish, milk egg honey, and soybean. The name of Kacang Disco Kecak Mama comes from the founding enterpreneur?s hobby of enjoying ?disco?, and the other part of the name ?kecak? derived from the kecak dance which is a typical traditional Balinese dance and the last part ?mama? comes from the desire of the entrepreneurto always have his mother?s blessing so that his endeavors always run smoothly. Twenty five employees are able to produce 250kg, which correlates to about 500kg of Disco Kecak Mama after processing. Some weaknesses in the promotion system, the shortage of electric scales in packaging and the layout of the packaging space. These weakness create a limited barrier to the entrepreneural company. A shortage in these areas make it difficult to work more efficienty and produce a larger mass product. In accordance with the problems faced by entrepreneur, we have created several solutions to offer that would make the business Kacang Disco Kecak Mama more advanced. Here are the following solutions created : (1) an advanced online tactical system either through website or social media (facebook and instagram) so as to reach consumers wordwide (2) create a neon box as a means to introduce this effort to the community, (3) electrical scales for product consumtion, this increases efficiency so that the entrepreneur is able to obtain the expected profit, and (4) renewal of packaging space, which mandates that employees would work more efficiently. From this dedication, kacang disco kecak mama felt the benefits of the increased order that was originally only 200pcs of peanut wrappers in a day increased to 400 pcs, causing they decided to increase the number of employees who originally only 25 people to 40 people, and employees feel comfortable with a well-organized work environment. With the increase in orders this means kacang disco kecak mama?s income has increased.

Abstract

Chips is one type of snack loved by people both lower, middle, and upper. Chips are many kinds of one of them there is called onion chips, which is more famous by the name "Ladrang". Ladrang has a delicious flavor and tasty, so that from small children to parents are very fond of this type of snack. Along with the many parties who menggemarinya, then ladrang can be a business opportunity. Tabanan area especially Bajera most mother-mother have business that is as maker and seller ladrang. One of the moves in this ladrang business is Desak Made Artasih which is more famously called Bu Dewa. Since 1998. Bu Dewa started the business of making the ladrang.Partner issues are in production and management aspects including 1) partners do not have spice blender, where the partners are still using cobek and ulekan to smooth the mixing seasoning, 2) the partner has not used the onion slicer to slicing the onion, so far the partners only use the knife 3) the partner has only one stove with a small axis for frying, 4) the frying pan is old and damaged, 5) the partner does not have the means to remove the remaining oil in ladrang 6) has not used the apron and the slippers for cleanliness and security , 7) partners do not have promotional means such as business cards and nameplate, 8) partners still use streples to wrap, and 9) do not have bookkeeping.The solution provided includes 1) the procurement of one spice blender, 2) the procurement of one onion slicer, 3) the addition of one large axle stove, 4) the provision of one large frying pan for frying ladrang, 5) procuring oil slicer, 6) procuring two apron and two slippers, 7) procurement of promotional means for partners in the form of packaging, business name and business cards, 8) procurement of one press machine (hand sealer), 9) procurement of two cash books and simple bookkeeping training.

Abstract

AbstractCrafting creative photo album "Aris Handycraft" owned by craftsmen Desak Padmiyani has been established since 1997. This photo album is unique because it is made from natural ingredients that are environmentally friendly. The uniqueness of this product attracts the attention of tourists to be used as souvenirs or even by visiting Bali. This business has several main problems in increasing its productivity, including the problems of production and marketing. Production problems are overcome by technological rejuvenation by providing cutting machines, sitting drilling machines and sitting staplers. In addition, the production problems were overcome by adding work facilities and the provision of first aid equipment. Marketing problems are overcome by giving neon boxes and making marketing websites. Rejuvenation of technology by providing new machines can significantly increase the quantity and quality of production. The provision of work facilities in the form of work desks, masks and hand slippers can increase employee work productivity and neon box giving and website marketing creation can increase the chances of craftsmen to market their products in a wider marketing scope. Keywords: Productivity, technology, occupational safety health AbstrakKerajinan Album photo kreatif “Aris Handycraft” yang dimiliki oleh pengerajin Desak Padmiyani  sudah berdiri sejak tahun 1997. Album photo ini memiliki keunikan karena terbuat dari bahan-bahan alami yang ramah lingkungan.Keunikan produk ini menarik perhatian para wisatawan untuk dijadikan souvenir apabila datang berkunjung ke Bali.Program Kemitraan Masyarakay dilakukan disini karena usaha ini mempunyai beberapa permasalahan utama dalam meningkatkan produktivitasnya, diantaranya adalah permasalahan produksi dan pemasaran.Permasalahan produksi diatasi dengan peremajaan teknologi dengan memberikan mesin potong, mesin bor duduk dan stapler duduk.Selain itu permasalahan produksi diatasi dengan menambahkan fasilitas kerja dan pemberian perlengkapan P3K.Permasalahan pemasaran diatasi dengan pemberian neon box dan pembuatan website pemasaran.Peremajaan teknologi dengan memberikan mesin yang baru dapat meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas produksi secara nyata.Pemberian fasilitas kerja berupa meja kerja, masker dan selop tangan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan dan pemberian neon box dan pembuatan website pemasaran dapat meningkatkan peluang pengerajin untuk memasarkan produknya dalam ruang lingkup pemasaran yang lebih luas. Kata kunci: Produktivitas, teknologi, kesehatan keselamatan kerja
