Abstract

The development of the tourism sector in Indonesia is growing very good, it’s offset by the natural resources owned by Indonesia is diverse. The most important strength of the tourism industry in Indonesia comes from natural resources and cultural diversity which is owned by Indonesia. Every place of tourism in Indonesia always has a variety cultures from one others. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of nostalgia, values, and beliefs has influence to satisfaction of tourists. The number of samples in this research were 50 tourists who visit Batu, using PLS analysis to test every variables. The results showed that nostalgia has no effect to travelers trust. While nostalgia has influence to the tourists value. Values and beliefs has influence to the satisfaction of tourists who visit Batu.

Abstract

Digital start-up is one part of the creative economy that is currently growing rapidly in Malang town. Looking at this rapidly changing environment in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, it is important for digital start-ups to improve dynamic capabilities. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of design thinking and entrepreneurial orientation on dynamic digital start-up capabilities. A total of 100 start-up actors have been selected as research samples. Quantitative data collected through questionnaires were analyzed using PLS analysis. The results showed that both design thinking and market orientation had a great influence on dynamic digital start-up capabilities. The strongest factor in the design thinking is the emphatize process so that the ability of start-ups to feel the environment and understand customer needs and market dynamics better than competitors. While the strongest factor in entrepreneurship is the courage to act to achieve goals so that start-ups are able to face market competition. Suggestions for further research is need to focus on two weaknesses factors, there are, the process of ideas in conducting design thinking and the lack of initiative in initiating innovative actions, because the innovation today is urgently needed to win the market competition.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the service quality of educational institutions on student satisfaction at SMK Negeri 4 Malang. The sample that has been used were all students of class XI SMKN 4 Malang taken through a total sampling technique in order to obtain 260 students. Collec ted data through observation, interviews and questionnaires by testing the quality of service through five variable indicators, namely tangible, reliability variable, responsiveness variable, assurance variable, and empathy variable using Likert scale. The results of this study was indicate that the tangible, reliability and responsiveness variables have a negative and insignificant ef fect, while the assurance and sympathy variables have a positive influence on student satisfaction at SMKN 4 Malang. This is because the guarantee is able to provide feedback to students by providing trust and a sense of security, while the empathy variable is able to provide a sense of comfort in understanding the needs of students so that they can provide service satisfaction for SMKN 4 Malang students in these two aspects.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The teacher is one of the most important actors and is the spearhead of education. Teachers are required to provide services according to standards, so that they are expected to produce more qualified human resources. The design in this study uses a quantitative approach with the Causality method. The population used is all teachers of MA Muhammadiyah 1 Pakis Duren Banyuwangi with a total of 33 respondents, using total sampling. Based on the results of statistical test analysis using several tests, such as the F test, the results showed that the F value was 6.442 with a significance level of 0.002 or less than 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that Organizational Culture, Work Motivation and Work Commitment simultaneously affect the performance of MA Muhammadiyah 1 Pakis Duren teachers. Individually, the effect of Organizational Culture, Work Motivation and Work Commitment variables was measured using the t-test with the results that there were: 1) Not significant between the Organizational Culture variables on the Teacher Performance variable, 2) The significant between the Work Motivation variable on the Teacher Performance variable was 0.573, and 3) There is no significant difference between the Performance Commitment variable and the Teacher Performance.

Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic hit the whole world, especially in Indonesia. This pandemic period requires people to take better care of their health, one of which is by consuming healthy foods that are beneficial to the body. There are several restaurants in Malang that offer healthy food in the form of salads and smoothies. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of green products and lifestyle on the intention to buy healthy food in the city of Malang. The number of samples in this study were 75 consumers. Quantitative data collected through questionnaires were analyzed using PLS analysis. The results showed that both green products and lifestyle had a great influence on purchase intentions. The strongest factor in green products is the composition of the content, so green products must pay attention to the ingredients in their salads and smoothies. Because the better the vegetables and fruits used, the faster the benefits will be felt by consumers. While the strongest factor that exists in the lifestyle is family interest, where when the family gets used to eating organic food, this will become a habit, which will be carried out continuously and will make it a lifestyle.

Abstract

After Covid-19 attacked Indonesia, many business need to build e new strategy in order to face the new normal era. Including every owner of Goat Farm in Malang, which usually running the buying and selling process traditionally. The new strategy which can be done is through less contact economy, which is using internet. When every owner of goat farm selling their product by internet, they will not also get the usual income earned but also get wider potential buyer in outside Malang. That’s why, Making Promotion Video using Filmora training Activities for Goat Farm in Malang is done in the form of a tutorial delivered directly by the speaker. Where based on the results of this dedication, every owner of Goat Farm in Malang is very interested and eager to participate in similar activities for the development of business knowledge.

Abstract

Strategy is needed in an organization to develop the organization. One strategy that has been developed is related to recording to financial reporting and planning to tax calculation. Transparent financial report will be very useful, especially when it is related to decision making for organizational development. Besides, financial report also becomes the basis in the calculation and reporting of income tax (PPh) of the organization. Training in financial reporting and tax accounting planning will greatly assist the organization, both for decision making and corporate strategic planning. Business strategic training, financial reporting, and taxation are conducted to help CV Safira Media Utama Malang in achieving better business performance.

Abstract

: Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan di Akbid As Sakinah Pasuruan, dengan peserta mahasiswa jurusan kebidanan. Setelah membantu persalinan, problem ibu melahirkan yang sering terjadi yaitu perawatan pasca bersalin. Banyak keluhan yang dialami ibu melahirkan, salah satunya ASI kurang lancar, kulit tidak bersinar dll. Apalagi di era pandemic saat ini, dimana ibu hamil dan menyusui membutuhkan nutrisi yang cukup guna menjaga imunitas tubuh dan bayi yang baru lahir tetap bagus agar terhindar dari serangan virus. Kebutuhan gizi atau nutrisi kalsium untuk ibu hamil bisa dipenuhi dengan mengonsumsi susu, yogurt, keju, jus jeruk yang diperkaya kalsium, kacang almond, ikan salmon, bayam, brokoli, dan lainnya. Namun, masih belum banyak diketahui bahwa susu yang mengundung kalsium lebih tinggi dibandingkan susu lainnya adalah susu kambing. Oleh karena itu penulis melakukan kegiatan PKM dengan Tema ‘Meningkatkan Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak di Masa Pandemi Covid 19”, melalui konsumsi susu kambing dan olahan lainnya. Dalam kegiatan PKM ini penulis menjelaskan tentang manfaat susu kambing untuk ibu hamil dan menyusui. Susu kambing memiliki kandungan-kandungan yang bisa mencegah virus masuk ke dalam tubuh. Susu kambing adalah susu yang dihasilkan oleh kambing betina setelah ia melahirkan. Dibanding susu sapi, popularitas susu kambing memang belum terlalu dikenal. Meski tidak sedikit juga orang yang mengkonsumsinya sekali-sekali karena dianggap memiliki khasiat mengobati penyakit tertentu. Berdasarkan kandungan nutrisi di atas, berikut manfaat susu kambing untuk kesehatan: 1. Membantu penyerapan nutrisi makanan, 2. Menyehatkan saluran pencernaan, 3. Meningkatkan sistem imun, 4. Mengobati diabetes, 5. Mengobati gangguan pernapasan, 6. Mengobati penderita psoriasis, 7. Mencegah penyakit saraf, dan 8. Membantu meningkatkan kecerdasan.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan sebagai salah satu hal yang sangat penting untuk mencapai visi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini melibatkan 30 responden yang merupakan karyawan PT Togamas Semesta Abadi Kota Malang. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuesioner. Data penelitian selanjutnya dianalisis secara kualitatif maupun kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modelling-Patrial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Berdasarkan hasil analisis PLS, diperoleh hasil bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence purchasing decisions. The research method uses a quantitative approach with Accidental Sampling sampling technique, a total of 100 respondents using Ms Glow skincare products. From this study, it was found that the celebrity endorser variable had a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions for Ms glow skincare products in the city of Malang. Product quality variable has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions for Ms glow skincare products in the city of Malang. Product review variables have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions for Ms glow skincare products in the city of Malang. Skincare entrepreneurs need to pay attention to the artists used in Celebrity endorsers, because the artists used must really match the criteria for the products to be offered.
