Abstract

Pada beberapa keadaan, terjadi proses involusi uterus tidak berjalan sebagaimana mestinya, sehingga proses pengecilannya terlambat. Penyebabnya adalah infeksi endometrium, terdapat sisa plasenta dan selaputnya, terdapat bekuan darah, atau mioma uteri (Manuaba, 2013) Banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi proses involusi diantaranya menyusui, mobilisasi dini, status gizi, paritas dan usia. Penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui gambaran faktor-faktor yg mempengaruhi Proses Involusi Uterus Pada Ibu Post Partum di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Langensari Kota Banjar Tahun 2020. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode total Sampling. Diketahui lebih dari setengahnya responden memiliki umur antara 20 sampai 34 tahun sebanyak 12 orang (54,5) Diketahui sebagian besar responden termasuk pada kategori multipara sebanyak 15 orang (68,2%) Diketahui sebagian besar responden melakukan mobilisasi dini sebanyak 14 orang (63,6%). Diketahui lebih dari setengahnya responden melakukan inisiasi menyusui dini sebanyak 12 orang (54,5%). lebih dari setengahnya responden memiliki umur antara 20 sampai 34 tahun. sebagian besar responden termasuk pada kategori multipara. sebagian besar responden melakukan mobilisasi dini. Diharapkan akan menjadi tambahan informasi sehingga dapat meningkatkan kegiatan penyuluhan tentang faktor-faktor yg mempengaruhi Proses Involusi Uterus serta dapat menyarankan kepada ibu yang telah melahirkan utuk melakukan mobilisasi dini dan inisiasi menyusui dini (IMD) dapat membantu dalam involusi uterus.Background: In some circumstances, the uterine involution process is not running properly, so that the reduction process is too late. The cause is an endometrial infection, there is a remnant of the placenta and its membranes, there is a blood clot, or uterine myoma (Manuaba, 2013). Many factors can affect the involution process including breastfeeding, early mobilization, nutritional status, parity and age. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to describe the factors that influence the Uterine Involution Process in Post Partum Mothers in the Work Area of the Langensari Public Health Center, Banjar City in 2020. Metode: The type of research used in this research is descriptive research. The sampling used in this study is the total sampling method. Results: It is known that more than half of the respondents have an age between 20 to 34 years as many as 12 people (54.5) It is known that most of the respondents belong to the multiparous category as many as 15 people (68.2%) It is known that most of the respondents did early mobilization as many as 14 people (63.6%). It is known that more than half of the respondents initiated early breastfeeding as many as 12 people (54.5%Conclusion: more than half of the respondents were between 20 and 34 years old. most of the respondents fall into the multiparous category. most of the respondents carried out early mobilization. Suggestion: It is hoped that additional information will be provided so that it can increase outreach activities about the factors that affect the Uterine Involution Process and can advise mothers who have given birth to carry out early lactation and early initiation of breastfeeding (IMD) can help in the involution of the uterus.
