Abstract

Data mining is the process to obtain useful information from the warehouse database in the form of science. This study analyzes the data by using data mining algorithms and methods appriori. The system is built is intended for fulfillment in determining the pattern of drug purchases by using Visual Basic 6.0 programming language and MySQL database on a case study in the health sector. The system is built based on the needs of users obtained through interviews and field studies. System development methodology used is the waterfall method which consists Analysis, Design, Coding and Testing. Test results with a priori algorithms and systems built show results that have met the requirements in determining the pattern of drug purchases by the tendency of drug purchases by customers. Compared with the current system performance information is shown on the effectiveness of the system of determining the pattern of drug purchases for the availability of drugs and drug layout for ease in knowing where drugs are viewed from 2 itemset drug.

Abstract

Perusahaan ritail modern saat ini tengah merambah di masyarakat yang memfasilitasi masyarakat umum untuk bertransaksi dengan mudah dan cepat. Dalam kegiatannya perusahaan ritail tersebut mempekerjakan karyawan dengan status kontrak. Hal ini dilakukan karena tingginya kegiatan mutasi agar karyawan dapat melatih karyawan-karyawan baru pada cabang yang baru. Pada proses pengikatan kontrak ada beberapa kriteria yang harus dipertimbangkan agar tidak terjadi pengunduran diri dari karyawan tersebut. Kriteria yang dipertimbangkan tersebut antara lain masa kerja, prestasi kerja, tanggung jawab, usia dan kesehatan. Permasalahan dalam penentuan perpanjangan kontrak kerja ini adalah belum adanya alat bantu sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat mengkonversi kriteria tersebut menjadi satu keterhubungan sehingga hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan seperti pengunduran diri mungkin terjadi. Solusinya adalah dengan memanfaatkan metode SMART dengan pemecahan masalah multikriteria sebagai alat bantu dalam pengambilan keputusan.Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) merupakan metode yang mampu menyelesaikan masalah dengan multikriteria. Dengan pemanfaatan metode ini diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi dan rekomendasi yang tepat bagi karyawan yang akan diperpanjang kontraknya sehingga hasilnya dapat diterima oleh manajemen secara objektif. Dengan adanya model sistem pendukung keputusan ini diharapkan karyawan dapat mempersiapkan dirinya agar masuk kedalam kriteria yang diinginkan perusahaan.

Abstract

Prediction of students 'understanding of the subject is important to know the extent to which the students' understanding of the subjects presented by educators when teaching and learning activities and to determine the ability of educators in delivering subjects. Artificial Neural Network to predict the level of students' understanding of subjects using backpropagation learning algorithm uses several variables: Knowledge, skills / abilities, assessment and workload and guidance and counseling. Backpropagation learning algorithm is applied to train eight indicators to predict the level of students' understanding of the subjects. The test results obtained by the student's understanding level prediction accuracy rate of 90% with a 6-5-1 architecture.

Abstract

This study proposes a dynamic web-based information system using a content management system (CMS) osCommerce with PHP programming language and MySQL database. Utilization of a dynamic web Content Management System has advantages of easy and friendly in content management. Realtime information dissemination network using the Internet will bring up a quick response from the customer as the target market so that the main goal of entrepreneurial activity is achieved. With the implementation of web commerce information system is expected to be a solution for students as a means of self-employment training that has relevance to the subject so that students will have confidence in the start up of entrepreneurial activity as an effort to create their own jobs for students.

Abstract

Improving Academic Achievement Scholarship (PPA) and Student Learning Aid (BBM) is one of the stimulus given to the government for students with the aim of motivating students to enhance the spirit of learning. In accordance with the program guidelines issued by the Directorate General of Higher Education must follow the principle of 3T is Right Target, Right Number and Timely. Computer Informatic Management Academy (AMIK) Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar is one of the private universities obtained on the scholarship quota. In accordance with the number of students currently as many as 1,400 people then the allocation of the scholarship must be selected carefully to fit the government guidelines. In this case we need a method that can support decision boosters system (DSS) in determining the grantee is using simple additive weighting method (SAW). With the basic concepts seek a weighted sum of the rating performance of each alternative on all attributes that require a decision matrix normalization process. This method can make an assessment criteria and detailed compound with a comprehensive framework considerations hierarchy process which then calculate the weights to each criterion in determining the priority recommendations of PPA and BBM scholarship recipients in accordance with the target.

Abstract

The door is the most important and important part of a room to pay attention to its safety compared to other parts because it is from the door that everyone will enter or leave. This study aims to build a door security device using a Fingerprint sensor based on Arduino Mega 256. The door that will be given a security device is the door in classes at STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar. This tool can be used as a security control system at the classroom door, users do not need to use manual security such as keys, and this tool is also equipped with an alarm as a marker when the Fingerprint sensor is accessed by someone who is not the owner, this alarm will sound. This system consists of hardware and Software. The hardware consists of an Arduino Uno, Fingerprint sensor, buzzer, Selenoid door, LCD and then the Software on this system uses the Arduino IDE program. This system runs if the Fingerprint sensor detects a finger from the user, the solenoid as a door lock will open. Otherwise, if the sensor does not see a finger from the user, the solenoid as a door lock will not open, and an alarm will sound. This door safety device can effectively be used as security on classroom doors and other rooms such as leadership rooms, education rooms and staff rooms
