Abstract

Snapchat, and Instagram are two social networks which recently gain their users after adopting such a feature called "Story" which allows a certain post to be disappeared after a certain time. This research takes up this technology trends analyzing the factors that probably affect the behavioral intention to use Snapchat and Instagram stories among generation Z. Factors are analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling, with basis model and variables from Technology Acceptance Model. Data collection was targeted to finished within 1 week using online questionnaire with respondent from Jakarta and Tangerang for 100 respondent that are using both Snapchat stories and Instagram Stories. There are two tools researcher usually use to analyze Structural Equation Modeling: SPSS AMOS and LISREL. In this research, researchers choose AMOS. From six hypothesis proposed for Snapchat analysis, four hypothesis is accepted, while the other two are rejected. Meanwhile, on Instagram Stories analysis, five hypothesis is accepted and one hypothesis is rejected. This study finds out the Social Presence is an exogenous variable which has a major role in affecting other variables. Abstract

This research was conducted to find out whether the Dynamic Scripting method that has been used before only on zeus characters can be generalized to be used on other characters on the Dota 2 game. Dynamic scripting works by using the rulebase where the rulebase contains actions that determine the actions performed by Artificial Intelligence (AI). In addition, some adjustments have been made to existing methods. To find out whether the performance of a generalized and adjusted model is better than the previous model, a test has been conducted where AI is made with dynamic scripting against AI provided by the valve in the Dota 2 game. In addition, AI has also been tested against humans. Then the performance of AI will be analyzed by comparing the winning ratio and several other supporting variables. The results of this study are that AI got a low winning percentage against standard AI and cannot win at all and give poor performance against humans. It can be concluded that the Dynamic Scripting method cannot be generalized to other characters in the Dota 2 game.

Abstract

Data is an important thing as a base of an analytic or a hypothesis for concluding participant vote data in the Indonesian General Election. The data needs to be processed and secured, so the integrity of the data is in good condition. It also needs to protect the participant voting rights, so the information is correctly displayed. The research problems include creating a system that protects the integrity of election data and creating a system that protects election rights for each voter. Based on the problems, this research discusses a blockchain-based electronic voting information system that would secure the integrity of data and also protecting the participant voting rights in a General Election. The system uses Ethereum as a blockchain with Solidity as a programming language to build a smart contract and is built in Microsoft Windows platform. In this research, consortium blockchain and biometric fingerprint authentication are used as a problem-solving method, and waterfall steps is used as a system development method. The result of this research is a proposed design of the e-voting system. The conclusion based on this research is a blockchain-based e-voting system that secures the integrity of the data in a selection process and ensures protection to each vote right. Abstract

Regional Income and Expenditure Budget (APBD) is a very important thing in the progress of a region. APBD is an indicator of public welfare level in a region. Data of APBD that is shared on the official website data.go.id is still hard to read and understood, and for that reason the author will compare the budget value of APBD in every province, district, and city by using visualization. The method the author used is Visual Data Mining by creating an APBD visualization dashboard according to provinces, districts, and cities. Tableau Software is used to create the dashboard because Tableau allows an interactive, easy-to-use dashboard for analyzing lots of data. Besides, Tableau is already supported by many platform such as web based, iPhone app, also Android app, and this application is one of the common for visualization so there are a lot of sources to get more information and to develop visualization. The result of this research could help the government in reevaluating the APBD financial budget in every region in Indonesia. This research can help the people to know the APBD budget applied in every region. Index Terms-Regional Income and Expenditure Budget (APBD), financial, visualization.
