Abstract

The goal of the research was to design a mobile application of inventory system in a minimart. In an application of using the mobile-based inventory minimart, J2EE system development used Waterfall method with the stages of analysis, design, coding, and implementation. The control of application inventory items at the minimart was intended for mobile-based users who controlled the supply of goods on the markets. It was to facilitate employee minimart in organizing, processing, monitoring the movement of inventory items that occurred in the minimart. The application of control inventory-based mobile minimart was to make users inventory, with a menu that was available in the form of product items, a promotion that had a limited promotion item reservations. The application can make employees in a minimart organize, process, and monitor the movement of inventory item more easily.

Abstract

Desa Pedado memiliki berbagai jenis UKM yang menghasilkan produk berupa jamur tiram, kerajinan flanel, dan kerajinan kasur lihab khas Palembang. Desa Pedado juga merupakan tempat kelompok aktivis Rumah Belajar Ceria (RBC) berada dan menjadi sasaran RBC dalam menggiatkan pendidikan di desa tersebut. Berbagai cara dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat umum mengenai potensi yang dimiliki Desa Pedado, salah satunya adalah dengan membuat website promosi hasil UKM Desa Pedado. Website tidak hanya menampilkan informasi mengenai produk-produk yang dihasilkan oleh UKM, melainkan juga menampilkan informasi mengenai Desa Pedado itu sendiri, serta dapat digunakan untuk sarana jual-beli produk UKM tersebut secara online. Penelitian ini membahas rancangan basis data yang akan diterapkan pada website promosi tersebut. Metode perancangan basis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Database Life Cycle (DBLC) dengan tahapan berupa conceptual database design, logical database design, dan physical database design. Hasil penelitian ini adalah rancangan basis data dalam bentuk konseptual dan logikal, serta implementasi basis data dalam bentuk fisik pada database management system.

Abstract

Bukan hal yang tabu saat ini setiap layanan mahasiswa dapat dilayani melalui web, hanya saja layanan yang berbasis web tersebut tidak sedikit pula yang merasa kesusahan dalam menggunakannya. Hal ini menjadi penting agar pengguna layanan ini merasa nyaman menggunakan dan tidak merasa kesulitan dalam penggunaannya. Untuk itu web ini perlu diukur agar bisa menjadi masukan untuk diperbaiki. Adapun untuk pengukurannya menggunakan metode pengujian usabilitas. Ada lima komponen yang bisa mengukurnya yakni dapat dipelajari (learnability), efisien (efficiency), mudah diingat (memorability), aman untuk digunakan atau mengurangi tingkat kesalahan (errors) dan memiliki tingkat kepuasan (satisfaction) [1]. Dari hasil pengukuran didapat nilai untuk kategori learnability 44% untuk ditemukan, kategori efficiency mendapatkan nilai 22% untuk ditemukan, kategori memorability mendapatkan nilai 75%, kategori error mendapatkan nilai sebesar 83% untuk ditemukan, sedangkan kategori satisfaction mendapatkan nilai sebesar 53% untuk ditemukan. Secara keseluruhan mendapatkan nilai sebesar 55,67% untuk ditemukan. Kata Kunci — Mengukur, Usability Testing, Website

Abstract

Partners in the activities of the Stimulus Community Partnership Program (Program Kemitraan Masyarakat Stimulus/PKMS) is a home industry engaged in the culinary field, Rosa Cake. Rosa Cake offers products in the form of goods and services like ordering culinary products or organizing training in making food. The process of recording the order and registration of training in Rosa Cake is still done manually so that it is susceptible to data loss or damage in the recording which results in a decrease in the production process and the level of public confidence. This PKMS activity analyzes further the process of recording experienced by partners, as well as offering solutions by utilizing the use of information technology that is increasingly developing, especially in terms of system developers (developers). The data processed is the product order data and training registration organized by Rosa Cake. The research methods used adopting the system development methods that are commonly carried out, namely conducting socialization (needs analysis), system development (system design and manufacturing), training (as well as system testing), submission (sending the system to users), and evaluation (and maintenance). The results of this activity in the form of a system that can be a solution to the problem and in accordance with the needs of partners.

Abstract

The problem of waste in big cities in Indonesia is still the main focus of the related department. Generally, the problem is the lack of garbage transport facilities that can beused to transport waste from the temporary shelter (Tempat Penampungan Sementara, TPS) to the final processing site (Tempat Pemrosesan Akhir, TPA). This lack of garbage transport makes the garbage contained in TPS not fully transportable to TPA due to limited capacity and operational time of the relatedservice. In overcoming this problem, optimization of garbage transport facility utilization can be carried out to optimize the capacity of the garbage transported by finding the shortest path that can be traversed by the garbage transporter. This paper aims to apply the Bellman-Ford algorithm for determining waste collection routes. The Bellman-Ford algorithm allows a negative weighting for its edge value, so that it can anticipate the possible costs to be incurred in the selection of the garbage collection path. The stages of this paper were data requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The results of the study are trajectories with a minimum cost from the origin location to the destination location, although it does not pass through all TPS that must be visited.

Abstract

In this study, authors designed and built web based alumni information systems websites as a means for alumni to know information about alumni.The study was instrumental in assisting in the process of alumni management of the data, the authors found that the alumni findings had been using less-than-optimal spreadsheets. The method used in this study uses the prototype method, a system of life cycles based on working models, the goal is to develop models into final systems. That means the system will be developed faster than traditional methods and its costs will be lower. The result of this study is the web based alumni information system website. In the information system lies a feat, which shows the data of successful alumni so that users can look at successful alumni.

Abstract

SIMPONIK is one of the websites developed by the Furniture and Wood Processing Industry Polytechnic to answer the challenges during online learning due to covid 19 and the large number of guests visiting because it is located in an Industrial Estate. To improve the website's service and user experience, there must be testing of the website's usability. The purpose of this study is to test the usability of the SIMPONIK website as a basis for improving the appearance and services available on the website. This study uses the System Usability Scale (SUS) method by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. From the results of this study, the SUS score was 76,025, which means the SUS category is acceptable (71-100). Although the results are categorized as acceptable, there must be improvements must be made, especially in terms of practicality and convenience for users.

Abstract

Technological growth is increasing from year to year, this is indicated by the use of computers in all aspects, be it service companies, trade, or industry, ranging from small, large, to multi-national companies. KAMDATU is the procurement of office furniture. The supply chain process at CV. Kamdatu involves several external parties, namely suppliers, customers, shipping, and management. The problems faced by CV. Kamdatu is located in a sales and purchase processing system that is still manual (not yet computerized) so that it is prone to calculation errors, searching for item data, and delays in stock information, in addition to recapitulating reports takes a long time because employees have to recap data first this is because the absence of management in the purchase of goods and production The E-Supply Chain Management system that will be applied to CV Kamdatu focuses on the automation of information between companies, suppliers, consumers and delivery of goods. Inventory and fulfillment of customer orders are more controlled. Based on these problems the researcher uses a methodological method, namely the Unified Approach (UA) UA, which is an object-oriented development methodology that combines existing processes and methodologies with uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) as the modeling standard. Abstract

Training in the field of entrepreneurship can be enhanced by using developmental games to educate students. Simulation models for entrepreneurial strategies can be developed through RPG games. The GBL (Game based learning) implementation model was used in this study to provide training for entrepreneurial practice by implementing RPG games. Entrepreneurial practices developed by preparing businesses, investing for businesses in the form of goods, main capital in businesses, determining the prices of products sold, conducting buying and selling transactions, and managing all business needs are used in conducting research using the Development or R&D method. to create a multimedia that is interactive, resulting in an interactive mobile learning experience. The application of role-playing games received a score of "very good" in the entrepreneurship park at Harapan Mulya Vocational School, indicating that it was possible to provide vocational students with teachers who could provide them with information about how to become an entrepreneur.
