Abstract

The community service activity is targeted to an organization of Rajagukguk family member in Kisaran, Asahan. It is aimed to provide the kokedama skill training to make decorative plants in which this skill will be able to give knowledge and skill to decorate the house yard or area more beautiful. The community service activity is held for two days, 24th-25th April 2020 through online learning media as in COVID pandemic condition, the government has declared to do stay at home and social distancing. Then the method used is to make a video of how to make kokedama and then share the video to the community of Rajagukguk family member. All the members responded positively to this training activities provided.

Abstract

Gapoktan Bina Tani Kepenghuluan Sintong is a group of farmers engaged in the business of livestock and selling cows, both beef cattle and live cattle for resale. Gapoktan Bina Tani Kepenghuluan Sintong provides cows of various types and sizes such as Simmental Cow, Angus, Brahma, and Limousin. Currently, Gapoktan Bina Tani Kepenghuluan Sintong already has many customers but has obstacles in marketing, promotion, sales, and customer data management activities. To maintain its business to compete with other competitors, Gapoktan Bina Tani Kepenghuluan Sintong must improve its business strategy. The methods used in this study are qualitative, with the type of research being descriptive and active. The purpose of descriptive research is to describe the business processes running in Gapoktan Bina Tani Kepenghuluan Sintong, which is then analyzed using the concept of E-CRM. The results of research on the implementation of E-CRM cow sales at Gapoktan Bina Tani Kepenghuluan Sintong can optimize marketing, sales, and improve service to customers.

Abstract

This study aims to recommend the best-selling Milk in CV. Sempurna based on criteria determined by using the technique of decision support system. Mechanical multi-criteria decision-making is based on the theory that each alternative consists of a number of criteria that have values and each criterion has weights illustrates how important these criteria with the other criteria. The final results obtained from this decision support system will provide an alternative, to recommend the best-selling Milk Product Selection in CV. Sempurna. The Best Milk Product Name SAW was Carnation Coffee-Mate Id 48x495g obtaining ranked first, next Bear Brand RTD Tin 30x189 Ml and Nestle Miss Plain Sbc Can 48x370 Gr rated two and three.

Abstract

Sales performance evaluation is a stage in conducting an examination and assessment of information seeking performance or work results of employees / workers in the sales field of a company, this is done in an effort to streamline the company's operational costs because a salesperson is the peak in the achievement and turnover of an operational cost. company, carried out by a salesperson where a salesperson certainly sells products produced by the company or organization with a predetermined sales level, so it is necessary to conduct an assessment or evaluation of sales performance in order to appoint and find out the quality level of sales performance, to reward good sales performance will increase motivation and enthusiasm for sales work achievement so as to be able to streamline operational costs, a systemized selection is made using the MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis) method. in measuring sales performance evaluation so that the implementation process is more structured and runs honestly and fairly. The results obtained in the study that alternative A1 is a sales that has the best performance with a value of 0.546616.

Abstract

Abstract - The rapid growth of housing in Asahan has actually caused business competition among unhealthy housing developers. Problems that often arise due to unfair competition between developers are developers trying to market their housing without taking into account the quality and legality of the housing to be built. The choice of housing can provide convenience to consumers in determining housing choices from the value of the comparison of each housing chosen by the community. Abstract

Noodles are a food requirement that is a favorite food by the people of Indonesia. Mie Mawar is one of the actors (MSMEs) engaged in the food business that provides yellow noodles or wet noodles without preservatives so that they are healthy for consumption which distinguishes them from other noodle businesses. In the last period, there has been instability in orders for Mie Mawar due to competitors and the marketing process which has been carried out only through word of mouth, so that information dissemination is limited, plus the Covid19. Reports of sales or orders on Mie Mawar still do manual bookkeeping so that it is possible for errors or recording errors to occur and even lose other important transaction files. Therefore Mie Mawar requires Electronic-Customer Relationship (E-CRM) in a strategy to increase the order of Mie Mawar which is more creative to provide solutions to existing problems. The system created will make it easier for customers to process noodle orders more efficiently in order to increase orders and profits for business people. By making three efforts in providing CRM strategies including strategies in Acquiring (Getting customers), Enchancing (Strengthening relationships), and Retaining (Maintaining Customers). With the implementation of E-CRM on Mie Mawar, there was an increase in orders of 51.23% in January 2022. It will continue to increase along with new customers at Mie Mawar.

Abstract

Employee acceptance is the most important thing for a company to obtain a new competent employee. Employees are the main assets of companies that become planners and active actors of organizational activity. In some companies, the process of receiving new employees is still not done professionally. So often we find new employees coming into a company only survive in a short time only. The main reason is the recruitment error. To solve these problems required analytical techniques that can assist corporate management in making decisions to determine new employees at PT. Indah Jaya. The method used in this research is TOPSIS (Techinique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method which is one of the methods in Decision Support System (SPK). Through the application of this method, researchers can compare each prospective employee based on the criteria that determine the prospective employee is considered qualified. Such as education criteria, work experience, skills / abilities, age, character and other criteria.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial characteristics have a positive influence on entrepreneurial motives. Therefore, the motivation is very suitable given at school age. Children of school age who have an entrepreneurial education background are one of them is in SMK Negri 6 Tanjung Balai which has a Marketing Department. So this kind of motivation is suitable for students who have the jurasan. Motivational ways are: Providing an understanding of Technopreneurship and Entrepreneurship, Providing motivation about starting entrepreneurial activities in accordance with good entrepreneurial characteristics, Explaining about e-commerce in an effort to deepen technopreneurship, Explaining the virtues of e-commerce applications and tools so as to help budding business people by using several examples. Community service activities at SMK Negeri 6 Tanjung Balai students have been completed at THE 6 Tanjung Balai State Vocational Hall with the topic of Motivation for The Implementation of E-Commerce in Building Entrepreneurial Interests of SMK Negeri 6 Tanjung Balai Students in the Era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 on September 5-6, 2019 and attended by students of smk negeri 6 TanjungBalai Business Department as many as 37 people
