Abstract

This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect effects of E-Service Quality on E-Loyalty, and the effect of E-Satisfaction o E-Loyalty on the use of Goride in the city of Semarang. The population in this study is GoRide users in the city of Semarang. The sampling method is accidental sampling and purposive sampling, with a total sample of 99 respondents. The data analysis technique use is path analyser. The results showed the E-Service Quality (X) variable had a positive and significant effect on E-Satisfaction (Z) and E-Loyalty (Y). The E-Satisfaction (Z) variable has an insignificant positive effect on E-Loyalty(Y) meaning that E-Service Quality(X) can directly influence E-Loyalty(Y), but cannot indirectly influence E-Loyalty(Y), so E-Satisfaction(Z) cannot mediate the effect of E-Service Quality(X) on E-Loyalty(Y).

Abstract

The meeting between generations is now starting to be felt in all organizations, and new things in Human Resources management. Differences in character, motivation, and characteristics in each create a contribution to the human resource management of an organization/company. This study aims to analyze Y-generation employees at ATC (Air Traffic Control) by examining the relationship between variables, perceived organizational support, job satisfaction, quality culture, and intention to move. The research object is ATC employees of seven airports in Indonesia with a total population of 620. The sample of this study is Y-generation of the ATC employees, which is as many as 225, with a purposive sampling method. Research data processing using AMOS version 24 with job satisfaction as the second-order (internal and external dimensions). The results showed that perceived organizational support and quality culture affected turnover intention which was moderated by job satisfaction. This research is expected to contribute to the understanding of job satisfaction which consists of external and internal dimensions that affect Y-generation in turnover intention.

Abstract

Reformasi birokrasi diarahkan untuk menciptakan aparatur yang bersih, brtanggung jawab, prtesional, birokrasi yang effisien dan effektif serta mampu menciptakan pelayanan prima kepada masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan insentif terhadap peningkatan motivasi pegawai pada Kantor Setda Kabupaten Jepara. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil Setda Kabupaten Jepara dengan jumlah 99 orang. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus yaitu cara pengambilan sampel dimana populasi menjadi sampel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil apabila gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dilksanakan dengan baik maka motivasi pegawai juga semakin baik. Hasil uji t juga menunjukkan ada pengaruh positip dan signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan demokratis terhadap motivasi pegawai di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Jepara. Insentif sudah diberikan secara layak, sehingga motivasi pegawai juga semakin meningkat. Hasil uji t juga menunjukkan ada pengaruhpositip dan signifikan antara insentif terhadap motivasi pegawai di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Jepara.

Abstract

This study took the object of the Great Mosque of Demak. This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and work responsibilities on the performance of the employees of the Great Mosque of Demak. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment and work responsibilities on the performance of the employees of the Great Mosque of Demak. In this study, the sampling technique used was the saturated sampling technique or the sampling technique where all members of the population were used as samples so that a sample of 40 respondents was obtained. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between the work environment on employee performance and there is a positive and significant influence between work responsibility and employee performance.

Abstract

Environmental conditions are very uncertain due to the Corona Virus -19 (Covid-19) pandemic coupled with the very tight business competition; business Agility (business agility) is a very important key for companies to maintain their performance. Understanding and practicing business agility that leads to success is very important for business people. This study investigates the impact of business Agility and market orientation related to competitive advantage and marketing performance in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Semarang City. The population of this research is all MSMEs in the city of Semarang, amounting to 17,564. The sample of this study amounted to 100 MSMEs using the Solving formula and proportional sampling technique. The data collected from 100 MSMEs in Semarang City are categorized into five types of businesses: Food MSMEs, Convection MSMEs, Trade MSMEs, Services MSMEs, and Animal Husbandry MSMEs. The analysis reveals that business agility and market orientation significantly improve competitive advantage and marketing performance. Competitive advantage can mediate business agility and market orientation towards marketing performance. This finding confirms that business agility creates a tendency for MSMEs owners always to have access to market changes and learn in business development to achieve competitive advantage and marketing performance. The implications of this finding emphasize that external environmental factors that cause risk tendencies will encourage MSMEs owners always to pay attention to environmental changes and always make efforts to adapt quickly, precisely, and flexibly to the dynamics that occur in the market, therefore MSMEs need to take advantage of the company’s knowledge and resources to maintain its business and improve its competence excellence and company performance.

Abstract

The success of a company can be measured through its marketing performance. To achieve success in marketing, companies must adopt a strategic approach that suits dynamic market conditions and increasingly high demands from customers. To achieve this, companies must design the right strategic approach. Having a deep understanding of the factors that influence marketing performance is very important in achieving this goal. Sustainability orientation and marketing orientation have been recognized as key elements that can have a significant impact on a company's marketing success. This study aims to analyze the effect of sustainability orientation and marketing orientation on marketing performance. In combination, sustainability orientation and marketing orientation can give companies a significant advantage in achieving successful marketing performance. This research is a quantitative approach. The number of samples used in this study were 194 samples taken from Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Central Java Province as respondents in this study. The data source used is a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1 to 5 points. Analysis test was carried out using SmartPLS software. The results of the research show that there is a significant influence between sustainability orientation and marketing orientation. In addition, the sustainability orientation also has a significant positive effect on marketing performance. Furthermore, this study found that marketing orientation also has a positive and significant influence on marketing performance. In addition, the marketing orientation variable also functions as a reliable mediating variable in mediating the relationship between sustainability orientation and marketing performance.
