Abstract

The development of entrepreneurship in transmigration areas is obstacles so that targets cannot be achieved effectively. This study aims to: (1) study the development of entrepreneurship implemented in the transmigration community; (2) reviewing the obstacles to developing entrepreneurship in transmigration areas; and (3) formulating efforts needed to increase entrepreneurship development in trans-migration areas. The study was conducted with a qualitative approach with the type of descriptive research in the Musi Rawas area. The results of the study indicate that the development of entrepreneurship has increased capabilities and is beneficial for business development, but has not effectively increased entrepreneurship and business development capabilities. In general, the constraints of developing entrepreneurship are not focused, diffusion of knowledge, and skills are not effective, have not been connected with entrepreneurship development programs in other technical sectors/ units, and there has been no change in the way of thinking in formulating business development needs.

Abstract

AbstrakIndonesia merupakan negara kepulauan yang menjadikan sebagian besar wilayahnya terdiri dari pesisir, yang sebagian bermatapencaharian sebagai nelayan masih identik dengan masalah kemiskinan yang sampai saat ini masih menjadi fenomena klasik pesisir. Wanita-wanita nelayan mempunyai potensi sebagai motor penggerak pemberdayaan masyarakat pantai. Dalam hal ini, istri para petani merupakan anggota rumah tangga yang memiliki potensi dalam membantu meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Pada penelitian ini peneliti memilih menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wanita di daerah pesisir memiliki kontribusi atau peran yang sangat besar dalam meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Kontribusi pendapatan istri tersebut dapat dilihat dari terpenuhinya kebutuhan primer, sekunder, bahkan tersier keluarga. Hubungan antara suami istri dapat memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga dengan saling bekerja sama untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga mereka. Pandangan ini tidak mempertentangkan antara pria dan wanita, melainkan antara pria dan wanita harus dapat bekerja sama untuk membangun kehidupan keluarga. Meningkatnya peran dan tugas istri sebagai pencari nafkah menimbulkan adanya kesepakatan antara suami dan istri untuk berbagi tugas.Kata Kunci:  Peran Wanita , Pendapatan, dan Keluarga Nelayan

Abstract

The study is to know the relationship between a depreciation of the company's fixed activity with its profits, the design of the study USES a quantitative approach with a retroactive correlational research type, the data used is the company's and the Indonesian stock exchange. The sample in this study is the international monetary report on the 2010-2014 period of 2010-2014Research shows that depreciation remains significantly affected profits.Companies or may be defined that the greater value of depreciation of fixed enterprise can affect the profit value of the company

Abstract

Community service activities that will be carried out are in the form of educating the community through outreach activities regarding COVID-19. The target audience in this Community Service activity are local residents. The implementation of community service is carried out by counseling first and then providing assistance to the practice of the counseling. Availability of experts from Bhayangkara University Lecturers, Bekasi, and assistant staff from students, participants (community), local officials so that this Community Service activity is carried out. The benefits obtained from this Community Service activity include being able to help the community in producing their own Covid-19 prevention media, as well as creative and innovative thinking based on entrepreneurship to be able to support and maintain current conditions.

Abstract

Kelurahan Marga Mulya di RT.005/RW.001 permasalahan yang ada masih banyak ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang tidak bekerja dan kegiatan usahanya belum berkembang. Ibu-ibu ini tidak produktif dan tidak bisa menghasilkan pendapatan untuk membantu keuangan rumah tangga. Dengan jumlah penduduk yang sebagian besar berusia produktif dan cukup berpendidikan, maka masyarakat sebaiknya diberdayakan untuk bekerja sehingga bisa menambah pendapatan keluarga. Oleh karena itu masyarakat perlu didorong untuk lebih kreatif dengan membuat produk yang bernilai ekonomis. Pada pengabdian masyarakat kali ini diangkat suatu perumusan masalah yaitu pemberdayaan dan pengembangan usaha bagi ibu-ibu rumah tangga di era new normal. Dari permasalahan yanga ada, maka solusi yang diambil adalah memberikan kegiatan pemberdayaan dan pengembangan usaha yang bernilai ekonomis untuk meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga bagi masyarakat di RT.005/RW.001 Kelurahan Marga Mulya Kota Bekasi. Kegiatan dalam pengabdian masyarakat kali ini adalah memberdayakan ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang tidak bekerja untuk memiliki usaha dan mengembangkan ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang sudah memiliki usaha. Target luaran yang ingin dicapai pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat kali ini adalah: aspek kewirausahaan, terjadi peningkatan kemampuan dan keterampilan masyarakat sehingga dapat memproduksi produk yang bernilai ekonomis; aspek pemasaran, para pelaku usaha mampu melakukan perencanaan nilai jual produk seperti kemasan dan merk dan memasarkan ke wilayah yang lebih luas, dengan demikian pendapatan akan semakin bertambah; aspek akuntansi, dapat melakukan pembukuan keuangan minimal pembukuan keuangan sederhana; aspek akademisi.

Abstract

This study was used to measure the effect of price, promotion and product innovation on customer satisfaction Telkomsel provider in the millennial generation in Bekasi City. This research is a quantitative study in which the object used is the millennial generation in Bekasi City. This research was conducted using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. The number of samples used in this study were 181 respondents. The design used in this research is hypothesis testing using the structural equitation model (SEM) – SmartPLS 3.0 The results of this study provide an explanation that the variables of price, promotion, and product innovation have a positive effect on customer satisfaction in the millennial generation in Bekasi City.This research has a limited object of research which is only carried out on the millennial generation in Bekasi City. This is used as a suggestion for future researchers. The novelty in this study combines the variables of price, promotion and product innovation on customer satisfaction in the millennial generation in Bekasi City.

Abstract

Community service activities that will be carried out in the form of community empowerment at the location of service and development of business products and marketing based on digital marketing.The target audience in this Community Service activity are local residents, local officials, existing micro-enterprises, and external parties in terms of marketing. The implementation of community service is carried out by counseling first and then providing assistance to the practice of these activities until finally at the evaluation stage of the activity. Where it is not only limited to practice but assistance in making these products have added value and product marketing based on digital marketing. The benefits obtained from this Community Service activity include being able to create business opportunities, independent villages, developing micro businesses, helping to increase the selling value of products, digital marketing and creating new job opportunities.

Abstract

Green and Clean 2017 is one of the Jakarta government’s programs to realize the city of Jakarta as a pioneer of a healthy, pollution-free city and a leading country pioneer in new breakthroughs in the field of hygiene. The management of household waste has not been well coordinated so it needs an effort to empower the community about household waste, namely the provision of counseling and technical guidance on the separation of wet and dry waste and the weighing stage until the final process where they can make a profit. Costs and benefits in the process are recorded with simple bank bookkeeping. Gradual and continuous collaboration between waste managers who have a creative, innovative, reliable and honest character with member of Family Welfare Program (Pembinaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga/PKK) in the neighborhood of RT 005 / RW 001 in Bekasi City who actively participate will create a clean, beautiful environment and increase income for people in their environment

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of consumer experiences, time saving orientation, and price saving orientation on actual behavior using grab food through convenience motivation as an intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative approach and a pilot study of 30 respondents was conducted to test the research instrument. The object of this research is the people of Bekasi City by using a sample of 136 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study uses regression using the SPSS version 24 application. The results show that consumer experiences, time saving orientation, and price saving orientation variables have a significant effect on actual behavior and convenience motivation in using grab food. Meanwhile, convenience motivation is able to mediate consumer experiences, time saving orientation, and price saving orientation towards actual behavior in using grab food.

Abstract

In a human resource company, it is important for the company, to advance the company and improve employee performance properly. Performance can be influenced by good communication between superiors and subordinates, a good work environment. Performance is an achievement of results by employees in carrying out a job task and responsibility when employees are able to work optimally. If effective communication is established directly or indirectly, then employees will feel comfortable in the work environment, the more employees are given comfort and good communication to foster, the employees will work optimally in carrying out their duties. Based on the test results that have been carried out on communication and the Work Environment on Employee Performance, it can be explained through the discussion as follows Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and communication and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
