Abstract

Giving a speech is one of the activities to speak or communicate verbally. The purpose of the implementation of this activity is to train Nasyiatul Aisyiyah's South Padangsidimpuan branch in speaking skills. By conducting this training, Nasyiatul Aisyiyah will be more skilled in making speeches in front of the public, therefore follow-up is needed to continue to practice Nasyiatul Aisyiyah's speech skills. There are 4 stages in providing speech training assistance, namely starting from the preparation stage, the training implementation stage, the evaluation stage and the followup stage. The results of the speech skills assistance to Nasyiatul Aisyiyah received a good response from the partners. The partners play an active role in participating in the speech skills training

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui “Penguasaan Teori Drama Terhadap Kemampuan Menganalisis Karakter Tokoh Naskah Drama Oleh Mahasiswa  Semester 3 Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia”.Penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan (field Research) dan penelitian kepustakaan (library Reseach). Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 21 mahasiswa. Penelitian dilaksanakan di program studi Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia FKIP UMTS. Alat pengumpulan data melakukan penyebaran angket dan tes untuk kemampuan menganalisis karakter drama. Statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan rumus korelasi product moment, yaitu Analisis data dengan menggunakan rumus korelasi product moment yang di peroleh hasil 0,6681, sedangkan r tabel dengan n = 21 pada taraf kesalahan 5% adalah 0,433. Dari nilai tersebut dapat dilihat bahwa r hitung lebih besar dari pada r tabel yaitu 0,6681 > 0,433. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis dapat di terima kebenarannya, artinya terdapat pengaruh penguasaan teori drama terhadap kemampuan menganalisis karakter tokoh naskah drama “pakaian dan kepalsuan” karya achdiat. K mihardja oleh mahasiswa  semester 3 Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPemberdayaan Masyarakat dalam Mengelola Kemiri Sebagai Produk Wirausaha di Simalombu Kec. Onan Runggu Kab. Samosir. Silimalombu adalah sebuah desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Onan Runggu, Kabupaten Samosir, Provinsi Sumatera Utara, Indonesia, dengan masyarakat lebih dari seratus keluarga dan mata pencaharian masyarakatnya adalah petani dan nelayan. Tujuan dari pemberdayaan masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan bimbingan dan pelatihan dalam hal pengolahan kemiri sebagai produk wirausaha di Silimalombu. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi: tahap observasi, tahap persiapan, tahap pelatihan pembuatan produk, tahap evaluasi, tahap tindak lanjut. Hasil pelatihan pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam pengolahan kemiri sangat baik dan diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat desa Silimalombu. Kata kunci : Masyarakat, Kemiri, Produk WirausahaABSTRACTCommunity Empowerment in Managing Candlenuts as Entrepreneurial Products in Simalombu Kec. Silimalombu is a village located in Onan Runggu District, Samosir Regency, North Sumatra Province, Indonesia, with a community of more than one hundred families and the livelihoods of the community are farmers and fishermen. The purpose of this community empowerment is to provide guidance and training in terms of processing candlenut as an entrepreneurial product in Silimalombu. Implementation methods include: observation stage, preparation stage, product manufacturing training stage, evaluation stage, follow-up stage. The results of the training on community empowerment in processing candlenut are very good and are expected to be a contribution in improving the economy of the Silimalombu village community.Keywords: Society, Candlenut, Entrepreneurial Products

Abstract

Learning to write in schools is a means to develop writing skills because the success of students taking lessons at school is largely determined by writing skills. Therefore, writing skills are very important for subjects. Writing skills are not only needed when someone is still in school. This study limits the problem to the Influence of Direct Learning Learning Model on the Ability to Write Advertisements and Posters by Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 2 Padangsidimpuan. Samples were taken from class VIII-9 male totaling 17 students, female totaling 15 students, so the total sample amounted to 32 students. This means that the comparison of rxy and rtable values is (0.683>0.341).

Abstract

Stunting education is crucial for children to grasp the perils of stunting and uphold their health and well-being. Educating children about this matter is challenging, given their susceptibility to boredom and difficulty in comprehending complex concepts. Innovative approaches are essential to captivate their attention and facilitate comprehension. In Mompang Jae Village, Mandailing Natal Regency, stunting education was conducted for a cohort of children using persuasive posters and videos. The study involved 30 child participants, employing a persuasive educational method. The percentage of respondents with limited knowledge plummeted from 67% to 33%, while those with a strong grasp of the topic surged from 17% to 67%. Effective knowledge enhancement can be achieved through diverse methods, including education. Incorporating visually appealing educational aids, such as persuasive posters, aids information absorption due to their visually intuitive nature. These posters are prominently displayed at the local healthcare center (posyandu), designed to engage children's attention and reinforce the significance of combating stunting.
