Abstract

Telah disadari bahwa saluran udara sering mengalami gangguan terutama disebabkan oleh petir, ayunan penghantar, maupun karena tersentuh pohon. Ini terbukti bahwa pada Penyulang Bringin I yang menggunakan saluran udara dipasang 3 buah Recloser dan PMT (Pemutus Tenaga) sebagai pengaman arus lebih. Faktor-faktor tersebut diperlukan untuk menghasilkan setting peralatan pengaman yang baik. Koordinasi pengamanarus lebih ini berpedoman pada data-data hasil perhitungan impedansi, arus hubung singkat, dan setting pengaman arus lebih serta disesuaikan dengan teori koordinasi. Koordinasi ini meliputi: koordinasi Recloser dengan Pengaman lebur (Fuse), koordinasi Recloser dengan PMT (Pemutus Tenaga), dan koordinasi Recloser dengan Recloser. Untuk mempercepat dan mempermudah proses koordinasi pengaman arus lebih dan untuk mengetahui kelayakan koordinasinya, maka digunakan suatu bentuk simulasi koordinasi pengaman arus lebih tegangan menengah 20 KV khususnya untuk Penyulang Bringin 1 dengan bantuan salah satu program komputer yakni program Delphi.Kata kunci: Setting, koordinasi, dan pemrograman

Abstract

Distribution of electricity to consumers through some process that begins from power plants to substations supplied (sub-station), then lowered into the substation -a low-voltage distribution substations. The distance is too far between the point on the voltage distribution in particular between the IBT to the parent distribution substation secondary voltage drop triggers, It is as well as on the distance between new or IBT IBT cilegon Gandul to trigger serpong substation secondary voltage drop at substation serpong.To stabilize the voltage of the secondary to the primary voltage on distribution transformer tap changer operation. Problems arise when the tap changer to operate too much will lead to the over-excitation of the distribution transformer. The side effects of the over-excitation also trigger an increase in temperature of the thermal transformer, so the effect on the components within it, is no exception to the isolation of paper inthe process of thermal temperature rise is accelerating aging insulating paper it self. The exixtence of aging insulating paper must be accompanied by the estimated number of clear that the replacement of aging insulating paper on time, so it requires the calculation of accurate data on the thermal temperature kenaiakan to aging transformer paper insulation.Keywords: electricity distribution process, reduced secondary voltage, over-excitation, aging insulating paper, the estimated value.

Abstract

Efficiency needs to be done by PLN as a provider of electrical energy and of course also by the user community as consumers of electrical energy. One of the efficiency measures to conserve energy use in the community is the use of energy-efficient electical appliances (energy saver) areused both in business, commercial or industrial or domestic sector. Energy-efficient appliances are now widely sold in the wider community as they seek to offset the cost of electrical energy consumption. Equipment generally contains capacitor banks or elco (electrolyt condensator) whichcan reduce electric currents, but no significant effect on consumer savings account payments.The Study that's obout improving the power factor has been more on the side of the electricity supplier. both in transmission and distribution. On the load side (electricity consumers), the measurement of power factor and load balancing only on the main panel or distribution ponel.so that the measured accumulated loads of different types of loads.So far research on increasing the load power factor only produces the resulting level of power efficiency and whether this level can still be expected usefulness in relieving the financial burden of the electricity customer bills or not. Abstract

Utility Electricity of building is one important component in supporting thefunction of the building. Electricity utility of a building must be safe, because the use of electrical energy in buildings is harmful to human and environmental uses. Thus, in the use of electrical energy and electrical utilities in a building must comply with regulations and meet specified minimum standards. Semarang as major cities in Indonesia have many buildings with a variety of functions. These buildings should provide a sense of security and comfort for the user and the environment against the use of electrical utilities. It is necessary for assessing the levelof reliability of the electrical utility-rise buildings in the city of Semarang.Using qualitative methods by scoring and quantitative method by measuring electrical quantities of a number of samples, the high rise buildings in the city of Semarang on average have a higher utility electricity of buildings with less reliable category.Keywords: level of reliability, utility electricity of buildings, Semarang city
