Abstract

Semenjak mulai diumumkannya pandemi coronavirus diseases (Covid 19)di Indonesia pada awal bulan Maret 2020, pemerintah sudah mulai berupaya meningkatkan penanganan  pandemi global Covid-19 ini. UPT. Perpustakaan UTM menerapkan WFH sebagai pilihan untuk antisipasi penularan Covid19, sesuai dengan surat edaran Rektor. Tentunya WFH adalah pilihan sulit bagi pustakawan, karena merupakan hal baru diluar kebiasaan, ada beberapa kendala yang ditemukan selama pelaksaan WFH, tetapi semua dapat diatasi dengan komunikasi yang intens antara pustakawan yang WFH dengan pimpinan, serta aturan yang jelas yang telah disepakati dari awal, dengan begitu penerapan WFH berjalan dengan lancar dan pustakawan dapat menghasilkan kinerja yang maksimal sehingga fungsi perpustakaan sebagai penyedia sumber informasi dapat tetap berjalan dalam situasi pandemi ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif interaktif dengan pendekatan studi kasus.

Abstract

Employee performance appraisal is an important process in organizational performance management, including in the public sector. Goal-setting appraisal is an increasingly popular performance appraisal method in the public sector. The purpose of this research is to describe the goal-setting appraisal strategy in increasing employee motivation in public sector organizations. This research was conducted through a literature study that collected and analyzed the results of previous research on the impact of goal-setting appraisal on employee motivation, the factors that influence it, along with strategies for determining goal-setting appraisal. The results of this study indicate that goal-setting appraisal has a positive and negative impact on employee motivation. Factors that influence goal-setting appraisals on work motivation include goal certainty, organizational commitment, social support, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction. In addition, there are several strategies that can be implemented by organizations in determining effective goal-setting appraisals. increasing employee motivation and organizational performance. This research can provide recommendations for practitioners and managers in the public sector to develop more effective performance management policies and practices.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the concept, design, potential implications and challenges of using HRIS in the performance management of the Madura batik industry. This study used the literature study method, with data collection using editing, organizing, and founding techniques, with data analysis techniques using data reduction techniques, data presentation and taking conclusions. The results of this study indicate that HRIS can be applied to manage the performance of the Madura batik industry, taking into account aspects of the needs and budget of the batik industry in choosing and using HRIS optimally. In addition, there are several potential implications and challenges in the use of HRIS that need to be addressed by the Madura batik industry in developing industrial performance.

Abstract

CV Buana Tengka Garment adalah produsen pakaian yang berada Kota Madura. Pekerja di perusahaan ini sering tidak masuk kerja karena sakit, izin, atau lainnya, yang bervariasi dari tahun ke tahun tetapi tetap dari tahun 2020 hingga 2022. Pelanggan yang berkunjung antara tahun 2020 dan 2022. Selain itu, 5 pekerja berhenti pada tahun 2022 karena ketidaksesuaian dengan pengawas. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menemukan hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 50 pekerja dari sebuah perusahaan pakaian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan regresi linier berganda, serta analisis koefisien determinasi, uji t, uji F, dan uji korelasi. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini, terdapat pengaruh signifikan gaya kepemimpinan transformatif terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh signifikan gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan pengaruh signifikan variabel gaya kepemimpinan transformatif dan gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. waktu yang sama. Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi, terlihat jelas bahwa model gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif memiliki hubungan yang lebih kuat daripada variabel gaya kepemimpinan transformatif, dengan tingkat hubungan 0,705–0,551, yang berarti bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif lebih cocok untuk perusahaan garmen ini.

Abstract

Social adjustment is a person's ability to interact with their social environment. Intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence are considered to have an influence on a person's social adjustment. This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence on social adjustment. The method used in this research is a literature study by collecting data from various sources such as books, journals, and related articles. The results of this study indicate that intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence have a positive influence on social adjustment. Intellectual intelligence can help a person in understanding and dealing with social problems, emotional intelligence can help a person in controlling emotions and interacting with others effectively, and spiritual intelligence can help a person in finding the meaning and purpose of life that can motivate to be positive in interacting with their social environment.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of employee roles and service quality, both partially and simultaneously, on consumer satisfaction at Cafe Joker Telang. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees, consumers and Cafe Joker owners. The sample in this study was 4 respondents obtained using nonprobability sampling techniques. Data collection techniques use interviews, documentation and observation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 23.0 tools. The conclusion of this research is that the quality and discipline of employees formed by the Cafe Owner, influences consumer satisfaction at Cafe Joker.

Abstract

This research highlights the key role of leadership and adaptation strategies in organizations when facing rapid change. The literature study method is used to collect and analyze relevant literature. The results confirm that the right leadership style plays a major role in overcoming ongoing changes. Leader adaptation strategies are also key in adaptive leadership to rapid change. Strategic leadership, adaptive human resources, and intuition strengthen adaptation strategies. This helps organizations adapt and achieve competitive advantage. This research provides leaders and managers with guidance in dealing with complex organizational change. In conclusion, adaptive leadership style and adaptation strategies are the main assets for keeping an organization relevant and efficient in a dynamic business era

Abstract

This research aims to identify the relevance of Neuromanagement, motivation, and organizational performance, along with the role of motivation as an intervening variable. The research method used is literature study, which involves collecting and analyzing data from various literature sources that are relevant to the research topic, such as articles, proceedings, books and so on. The research results show that Neuromanagement has significant relevance in increasing individual motivation in the work environment. Neuromanagement can influence motivation by increasing an individual's self-awareness and improving decision-making abilities. High motivation, in turn, acts as an intervening variable that links Neuromanagement and organizational performance. This research provides insight into the importance of understanding Neuromanagement in increasing organizational motivation and performance and proposes further research directions to explore this relationship in a more comprehensive and applicable manner

Abstract

This research explores the leadership paradoxes that arise when managing organizational change along with leaders' efforts in dealing with these paradoxes. This research uses a library study method, by analyzing various relevant literature sources from books, journal articles and other scientific sources. The results of this research reveal that there are four main challenges identified as paradoxes, namely resistance to change, uncertainty and complexity, risk and leader communication. In overcoming this paradox, this research shows that Kurt Lewin's model provides relevant guidance for leaders in facing the challenges of organizational change. This research provides practical and theoretical contributions to the development of effective leadership in facing the challenges of ongoing change

Abstract

The government has paid great attention to stunting prevention through Presidential Regulation No. 42 of 2013 concerning the National Movement for the Acceleration of Nutrition Improvement, which is now replaced by Presidential Regulation No. 72 of 2021 concerning the acceleration of stunting reduction, which aims to increase the government's commitment to improving nutrition, especially reducing stunting. The highest stunting rate in East Java is in Bangkalan Regency. The National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) stated that the stunting rate in Bangkalan District reached 38.9 percent. In Bangkalan Regency, Madura, in 2015, there were 240 toddlers who were malnourished, which increased by 36 toddlers from 2014 (Bangkalan Regency Health Office, 2015). This research aims to find out the government's strategy in tackling stunting and the work program carried out by the Arosbaya sub-district health center against stunting. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Using the case study method. This research data collection technique is using in-depth interviews, observation, documentation. By using the Purposive sampling type for sample determination which is done by determining the target of the population element that is thought to be most suitable for collecting data. Based on the latest data on Bangkalan Regency in October 2023, it was found that the number of cases of stunting toddlers in Arosbaya District was 38 cases. There is an innovative work program carried out by Puskesmas Arosbaya, namely the Puskesmas Care Staff program and Friday Barokah.
