Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out what are the incentives and work discipline on the work productivity of employees at PT Infomedia Nusantara. This type of research is associative with the entire population of Infomedia call center services that open 156 employees, and the number of samples uses a Slovin sample which opens 88 employees. The form of the instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale, the incentive questionnaire consisted of 7 statements, 9 questionnaire work disciplines and the questionnaire product consisted of 7 statements, all of the questionnaires were tested for validity and reliability. From the results of the questionnaire distribution for the incentive variable (X1), 58.4% agree, and 38.6% strongly agree, for the work discipline variable (X2), 60.2% agree, and 28.4 strongly agree, and for the productivity variable. obtained 68.8% agree and 28.6% strongly agree. From these data, it has fulfilled the classical assumption tests such as normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test, and continued with hypothesis testing, t-test to determine partial effect and F-test to determine simultaneous effect. The conclusion obtained from the hypothesis test is that there is a partial or simultaneous influence of incentives and work discipline on the productivity of PT. Infomedia Nusantara. The influence of incentives and work discipline on productivity is 56.8%.

Abstract

The research was motivated by phenomena that were felt to be lacking in terms of worker safety in a job, then this paper aims to determine the effect of worker safety with indicators of work conditions and use of work tools on employee productivity at Ben's Cafe Medan. The research in this paper was carried out by Ben's Cafe Medan, with the subject of 30 employees taken as a whole from the research sample. The data used in this research is primary data. Test the data with the normality test, test for the presence or absence of homogeneity. using simple regression analysis with a significant limit of=0.05. The output of the results studied found: there is a significant effect of the worker safety variable on employee productivity with tcount 2.204 > ttable 2.042 and a significance level of 0.036 <0.05, which means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The SPSS output is obtained at an R square value of 0.384 with the assumption that worker safety has an influence on employee productivity of 38.4% and the remaining 61% is influenced by other indicators not included in this paper.

Abstract

Economic growth is one of the indicators used to see the level of success of the development of a region. Original Local Government Revenue is a source of regional revenue that will be used to develop the region. Support from the tourism sector is expected to have an influence on North Tapanuli's economic growth. To determine the effect, it is studied using existing data. The results of the study directly show that the number of tourist visits has a negative and insignificant effect on Original Local Government Revenue. Directly the number of tourist visits has a negative but not significant effect on regional economic growth. Directly restaurant tax has a positive but not significant effect on Original Local Government Revenue. Restaurant tax directly has a positive but not significant effect on regional economic growth. And directly Regional Original Income has a negative and insignificant effect on regional economic growth. Then, indirectly, Original Local Government Revenue is not significant to mediate the relationship between the number of tourist visits and regional economic growth through Original Local Government Revenue. Furthermore, indirectly PAD is not significant to mediate the relationship between restaurant tax and regional economic growth through Original Local Government Revenue.
