Abstract

Public speaking adalah tata cara untuk bicara di depan umum, sehingga harus dilakukan secara runtut dan terencana. Oleh karena itu, dalam public speaking tidak hanya membutuhkan kemampuan berbicara, tapi lebih pada kemampuan bicara yang terstruktur dan mudah dipahami orang banyak, akan tetapi masih banyak masyarakat yang masih malu-malu atau tidak percaya diri berbicara di depan public. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh MA NW Pringgarata di kelas XII adalah yang paling utama tentang berbicara di depan umum dan menyampaikan inspirasinya didepan kelas. Untuk masalah ini siswa belum paham tentang bagaimana memulai menghilangkan rasa percaya diri atau public speaking. Sedangkan kendala yang lain adalah tidak menguasai materi yang ingin di sampikan di depan kelas dan cara menghilangkan rasa takut, gerogi yang masih ada didalam meanset siswa, sehingga rasa takut dan gerogi masih muncul didalam diri pribadi, bagaimana cara menyampaikan apa yang ingin kita sampaikan sesuai dengan matri yang sudah dirancang dan bagaimana cara mengurangi rasa takut. Solusi dan target yang ingin dicapai adalah menambah kemampuan dan mengasah public speaking masyarakat khususnya siswa di MA NW Pringgarata. Luaran yang ingin dicapai adalah dipublikasikan di jurnal berakreditasi sinta. Metode yang dilakukan pada pengabdian ini adalah dengan cara membentuk class public speaking disertai dengan simulasi-simulasi pada kelas public speaking khusus nya di mata pelajaran ekonomi. Pada saat pengabdian diawali dari pembelajaran dasar-dasar mengurangi ketidak percayaan diri kepada siswa kemudian dilanjutkan dengan simulasi-simulasi real.

Abstract

Tulisan ini membahas tentang Fungsi Pengawasan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat dalam Penanggulangan Terorisme sebagaimana disebutkan Dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 2018 tentang Perubahan Kedua Atas Undang-Undang Nomor 15 Tahun 2003 Tentang Penetapan Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2002 Tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Terorisme Menjadi Undang-Undang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa pelaksanaan fungsi pengawasan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat dalam penanggulangan terorisme yang diatur dalam UU No 5 Tahun 2018 serta untuk mengkaji rancangan bentuk dan fungsi tim pengawas penanggulangan terorisme yang dibentuk oleh Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian hukum Normatif. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa pelaksanaan fungsi pengawasan DPR sebagaimana diamanahkan oleh Undang-Undang belum ditetapkan peraturan lebih teknis untuk melaksanakan fungsi pengawasanya tersebut, melainkan baru hanya berupa rancangan draft peraturan. Kedua, dalam rancangan Tim Pengawas Penanggulangan Terorisme tersebut hanya diisi oleh unsure anggota dewan saja, tidak ada pelibatan aktif masyarakat di luar unsur wakil rakyat.

Abstract

In facing the era of globalization which is growing rapidly at this time, especially with the development of increasingly advanced science and technology, it is essential to have adequate skills to support the performance of village officials in Pungkang Lauk Village, Aikmel District, East Lombok. This is because in service activities to the community, the village apparatus of Pungkang Lauk, Aikmel District, and East Lombok still have not utilized their potential optimally in operating Microsoft Office programs. This condition certainly has an impact on the less than optimal performance of village officials in serving the community. The purpose of this Community Service is to provide training and improve and maximize the potential of human resources on how to operate computers in the Microsoft Office Excel program on the Pungkang Lauk Village device, Aikmel District, East Lombok, so that they can better serve the needs of the village community. Implementing Community Service activities is a method of training, practice, and question and answer. While the target audience is villagers, especially village officials in Pungkang Lauk Village, Aikmel District, and East Lombok who want to maximize the existing potential by operating computers better. By holding Community Service Activities through training in operating computers, especially village officials in Pungkang Lauk Village, Aikmel District, and East Lombok, can add insight and knowledge and improve the performance of village officials more optimally in providing services to the community as desired by the government.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisa ketentuan yuridis wewenang pengawasan Hakim yang dilakukan oleh Komisi Yudisial dalam UU No.22 Tahun 2004 serta ketentuan yuridis wewenang pengawasan Hakim yang dilakukan oleh Komisi Yudisial dalam putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi No. 005/PUU-IV/2006, Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metodelogi penelitian hukum normatif yang mana hasilnya adalah kewenangan pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh Komisi Yudisial itu bukan hanya dalam rangka menegakkan kehormatan dan keluhuran martabat serta menjaga perilaku hakim untuk menjaga dan menegakkan kehormatan, keluhuran martabat, serta perilaku hakim dalam rangka mewujudkan kebenaran dan keadilan berdasarkan ke-Tuhanan Yang Maha Esa, akan tetapi jika dalam menjalankan kepengawasannya itu Komisi Yudisial mendapati ada hakim yang berprestasi maka Komisi Yudisial berhak untuk mengajukan usul kepada Mahkamah Agung atau Mahkamah Konstitusi untuk memberi penghargaan kepada hakim tersebut, begitu mulianya tugas dari Komisi Yudisial yang dengan keterbatasan wewenangnya mau memainkan peran yang selama ini diharapkan publik. Sedangkan Putusan MK yang telah mengamputasi kepengawasan Komisi Yudisial adalah sebuah keputusan yang melampaui batasan yang diminta atau ultra petita, putusan itu juga tidak dapat dipertanggung-jawabkan secara akademis. Hal itu bisa dilihat dari pernyataan Ketua Mahkamah Konstitusi pada saat itu yakni Jimly Asshiddiqie bahwa “keberadaan lembaga Komisi Yudisial ini dibentuk tersendiri di luar Mahkamah Agung, sehingga subjek yang diawasinya dapat diperluas ke semua hakim, termasuk hakim konstitusi dan hakim di seluruh Indonesia.

Abstract

MANPK MAN 2 Mataram is one of the flagship madrasah programs in Indonesia. As a superior program, the education pattern is implemented using a boarding school system at State Madrasahs with the strengthening of religious and Indonesian sciences. In teaching at MANPK MAN 2 Mataram, the skills emphasized are Islamic insights but also being able to speak English communicatively and also in writing. From the results of our observations as lecturers who want to assist students at the MAN 2 PK School, we see that the problem is that these students are still lacking in mastering English vocabulary and lack of communicative English training in class, only given lots of answering practice text questions and studying grammar so that mastery of the language for speaking or communication is still lacking. To improve English speaking skills, students must also be supported by innovative methods so that maximum achievement can be achieved. In this dedication, the author uses the Spying method. By using the SPY method in this service in class, students' skills in English conversation increase. Most students actively speak and do not feel afraid and embarrassed even though they are not optimal. This method also helps them learn new vocabulary and pronunciations. Based on interviews with teachers, it can be concluded that the SPY method can help teachers increase students' interest in English subjects.

Abstract

The aim of this Community Service is to provide education to the public about the dangers of electronic cigarettes which are used as a substitute for conventional cigarettes using 2-dimensional animation of public service advertisements. research methods using: concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing and distribution. The initial stage that must be carried out is to think about the concept. This stage is used to determine the goal, namely to produce a 2-dimensional animation of public service advertisements on the dangers of electronic cigarettes to make it easier for the community, especially young people in Suntalangu village, to know the dangers of electronic cigarettes, what they are, and who will be the object in This public service advertisement, namely this animation, is aimed at the community, especially youth in Suntalangu village with ages ranging from 13 years to 60 years or passive or active e-cigarette users. Then carry out 2-dimensional animation designs on public service advertisements such as designing images, text, audio, video and animation. then collect materials such as making a 2D animated film in the form of characters, backgrounds, audio files and other supporting materials. After that comes the creation stage, namely editing characters and objects, animating, rendering, dubbing up to the final editing. then testing is carried out to see whether the public service advertisement has been successfully created. And the final stage is distributing or distributing 2-dimensional animations of public service advertisements. The result is that it is hoped that young people will avoid or not use e-cigarettes again.

Abstract

 Animated video is an audio-visual medium by combining animated images that can move followed by audio corresponds to the animated character. and in this case the service uses 3-dimensional animation. This community service aims to provide knowledge to children to be able to make 3-dimensional animation videos of photosynthesis in natural science subjects so that children can know and learn easily how the photosynthesis process works, using technology. The research method uses the Luther Sutopo method with the following steps: concept, design, material collection, manufacture, testing and distribution. The initial stage that was carried out was to think about the concept, namely the goal, was to produce a 3-dimensional animation video of photosynthesis through the training carried out, and for whom this training was carried out, namely for children who were still attending elementary school. Next, do a 3-dimensional animation design for the video which is made in the form of text, images, audio, video and animation. Then collect the materials needed to make this animated video such as background, images, sound and other supporting materials. After collecting all the materials, this 3-dimensional animated video was made until final editing. Then a test was carried out on the animated video that was made to see whether it was suitable for use as training material for elementary school children. After being declared suitable, it will be immediately distributed to elementary school children. The impact is that it is hoped that children who are still in elementary school will be technologically literate, so that later they can make other animated videos with different material.
