Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui partisipasi masyarakat dalam musyawarah perencanaan pembangunan di Desa Betao Riase. Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi partisipasi masyarakat di Desa Betao Riase. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 1302 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan peneliti adalah sampling insidental.  Penelitian ini lebih tepatnya menggunakan sampel secara kebetulan yang dianggap cocok sebagai sumber data. Dengan menggunakan Rumus Yount dengan  jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 65 responden, dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui kuisioner, wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif  kuantitatif dengan menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel partispasi masyarakat dengan persentase 50,33% dikategorikan “cukup terlaksana dengan baik”, faktor yang mempengaruhi partisipasi masyarakat dengan persentase 55,2% dikategorikan “cukup terlaksana dengan baik”. Kata Kunci : Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan Desa, Partisipasi                     Masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain tax literacy and leadership agility at the awareness of indigenous peoples in paying taxes. Based on the report, land and building taxes' income is still low for the indigenous peoples of "towani tolotang" South Sulawesi. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with the Nvivo-12 plus program's help by taking a sample of 55 respondents of the traditional leader "uwwa" who spread to the community. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and documentation. The results showed that the level of tax literacy has a significant effect on the level of awareness of paying taxes. Its influence is strengthened by applying leadership agility in the form of sensitivity, leadership unity, and resource fluidity. The implication is that with a high level of tax literacy involving leadership agility, the level of awareness of paying taxes will also be higher. The importance of this research is to increase public awareness of paying taxes, although the limitations of this research are on indigenous peoples.

Abstract

Pada dasarnya sudah banyak sekali program pemberdayaan yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah desa Carawali. Namun sayang dalam tataran praktik berbagai penyimpangan acapkali terjadi yang disebabkan oleh beragam alasan. Misalnya alasan financial, pendidikan, dan keterampilan, kesehatan dan lain sebagainya. Badan usaha milik desa Carawali merupakan salah satu organisasi yang terkesan pakum hari ini. Tidak dapat dipungkiri peran organisasi Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) sangat besar. Terutama untuk mengatasi permasalahan sosial masyarakat yang dapat menjadi wadah untuk melakukan pengembangan sumberdaya manusia disamping sebagai wadah pemenuhan dan pemecahan permasahalan sosial di tengah kehidupan masyarakat. Tujuan dari Kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah mengoptimalisasi pengelolaan BUMDes Carawali. Karenanya, dalam pengabdian ini penulis melakukan berbagai strategi guna mengaktifkan organisasi BUMDes Carawali yang saat ini tidak terkelola dengan baik. Adapun strategi yang dilakukan adalah melakukan pembinaan mental keorganisasian, pembinaan tata kelola administrasi, serta pembentukan struktur melalaui kegiatan workshop. Dengan demikian pengabdian ini dapat mengoptimalisasi peran BUMDes Carawali dalam penyelesaian berbagai permasalahan ditengah masyarakat. Adapun ukuran keberhasilan dari kegiatan ini adalah BUMDes Carawali dapat menjadi sehat kembali dengan terbentuknya pengurus baru yang dapat lebih berperan kemasyakat terhadap pembangunan SDM dan membantu pemerintah desa dalam memecahkan persoalan sosial yang ada. Dengan adanya BUMDes ini pemerintah desa Carawali dapat kembali mengaktifkan dana bergulirnya.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1. find out the influence of leadership style on community participation in Sereang Village, Maritengngae District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. 2. To find out the factors that influence the leadership style in Sereang Village, Maritengngae District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study is 779, with a sample of 78 people. The sampling technique used is random sampling or random sampling. Data collection techniques used 1. Observations 2. library studies 3. cetets (questionnaire). The collected data is then analyzed with the help of SPSS 16 for Windows applications. The results showed that 1. the influence of leadership style on community participation in Sereang Village Maritengngae District, Sidenreng Rappang District was in the unfavorable category with a percentage of 31.7%. 2. What factors influence the leadership style in Sereang Village, Maritengngae District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency are: Strength based on coercion (17.7%), Strength of appreciation (26%), Strength of expertise (19.5%), Official strength (11 , 9%), Strength of reference (14.4%).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the village government about the management of village-owned enterprises in the village of Bina Baru Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study were 266 heads of families in Bina Baru Village, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This study uses the Slovin formula to a sample of 73 people based on data with incidental sampling techniques. Quantitative descriptive is the type of research used by this research. This research uses data collection techniques, namely observation, questionnaires, interviews and literature study. The data analysis technique used is the assistance of the IBM SPSS statistic 21.0 program. The results of this study indicate that the role of the village government is 48.9% less good. Management of Village-Owned Enterprises in Bina Baru Village, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency 47.9% Poor Role of Village Government "Influential / Important" on Village-Owned Business Management in Bina Baru Village, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang District with t table t table value (4,980> 1, 66660) with a percentage of influence of 50.9% is not good, so that the role of the village government in the management of village-owned enterprises in Bina Baru Village, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang District has not been effective.

Abstract

Every village financial report presented must be of high quality and accountable to the public because the report can later be used by policy makers to make decisions in the administration of government. One of the things that affect the quality of financial reports is the Village Financial System (Siskeudes) used. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the implementation of the Siskeudes application on the quality of village financial reports in Maiwa District, Enrekang Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive with quantitative analysis using George C Edward III's policy implementation model. The population in this study is the village secretary and village finance officer in Maiwa District, Enrekang Regency. Samples were taken from 42 respondents using saturated sampling. Data were analyzed by Likert scale. Based on the research results, it can be seen that from the results of the Siskeudes application implementation test, the percentage is 76.325% in the "good" category and the quality of financial reports is 86.08% in the very good category. The implementation of the Siskeudes Application has a significant effect on the Quality of Village Financial Reports in Maiwa District, Enrekang Regency. Based on the value of tcount ttable or 7.850 2.021 so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Implementation of the Siskeudes Application (X) has an effect of 60.6% on the quality of financial reports (Y). Every 1% increase in the implementation variable of the Siskeudes application will improve the quality of financial reports. The coefficient is positive, meaning that there is a positive relationship between the implementation of the Siskeudes application and the quality of financial reports, the higher the implementation of the Siskeudes application, the higher the quality of financial reports.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research was to determine the improvement of bureaucracy service quality at Watang Pulu District Office in Sidenreng Rappang, along with the influencing factors that. The method used was qualitative descriptive method, that aimed to provide an overview about the efforts to improve the quality of bureaucracy services in governmental support at Watang Pulu District Office in Sidenreng Rappang using a survey approach. The population in this study were all apparatus at Watang Pulu District Office and its people, to conclude 45 people and all of them were accounted as sample. The results obtained from the calculation of factors that affect the service quality were (1) awareness factor was rated 3,06, (2) rules factor was rated 3,02, (3) organizing factor was rated 2,68, (4) ability factor was rated 3,08, and (5) service facilities was rated 2,66. These results concluded the improvement of bureaucracy service quality at Watang Pulu District Office in Sidenreng Rappang was in good category at a rate of 2,9.

Abstract

Competence of human resources on the quality of public services in the Maddenra Village Office, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency and to determine the factors that influence human resource competence in the Maddenra Village Office, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population of this study was 2,095 people. Samples were 95 people. The sampling technique used is Purpossive Sampling. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and with the help of SPSS application version 21. The results showed that the Human Resources Competence at the Maddenra Village Office with a percentage of 58.16% was in the unfavorable category. The quality of public services at the Maddenra Village Office with a percentage of 58.30% is in the poor category. Based on the value of t count> t table or 9,855> 1,989, then H0 is rejected, it means that Human Resources Competence has a significant effect on the Quality of Public Services in the Maddenra Village Office, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency with a percentage contribution of 51.1% influence. Factors that Influence Human Resources Competence: a. Internal factors: 1) Employees in improving service capability 58%. 2) The ability of employees to anticipate public complaints 59%. 3) Increased employee use of computers 56%. b. External factors: 1) Government attitudes towards human resource support 59%. 2) Community involvement in improving services 57%. 3) employee training to support technology development 51%. Based on the description above, it can be concluded that the factors that influence the Competency of Human Resources in the Office of Maddenra Village with a percentage of 56.67% are in the unfavorable category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the supervision model at Arifin Nu’mang Rappang Hospital, to determine the effect of the supervision model on employee work performance at Arifin Nu’mang Rappang Hospital, and to determine the factors that influence supervision at Arifin Nu’mang Rappang Hospital.The research method approach that will be used in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study were medical employees at Arifin Nu’mang Rappang Hospital wich consisted of 176 employees. The sample technique used is Purposive Sampling using the Slovin formula to produce 64 samples. Data collection techniques performed in this study were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The collected data is then processed and analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques with the help of descriptive statistics using SPSS 21.0 and Likert Scale. The results showed that the supervision model at Arifin Nu’mang Rappang Hospital was in the rare category with a percentage of 53.95%, the influence of the supervisory model on the work performance of employees at Arifin Nu’mang Rappang Hospital with a percentage of 55% influence, the factors affecting influencing supervision in Arifin Nu’mang Rappang Hospital is in the rare category with a percentage of 51,36%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of employees towards public services and the factors that affect the performance of employees towards public services at the Department of Highways, Cipta Karya, Spatial Planning, Land and Public Housing, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study were 93 people. The sampling technique used was random sampling or random sampling. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques are observation, questionnaires, literature study and interviews. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, simple linear regression using a Likert scale. The results showed that the performance of employees towards public services at the Department of Highways, Cipta Karya, Spatial Planning, Land and Public Housing of Sidenreng Rappang Regency was quite good. Where the percentage of employee performance is 60.85% in good category, while public service is 62.28% in good category, As for the factors that affect employee performance, namely the ability factor with an average result of 58.4% and the motivation factor with an average result of 57.2%. By looking at the percentage results of 57.8%, the factors that affect employee performance are in the unfavorable category.
