Poverty is a problem that need to be addressed in a multi-sectoral, sustainable and synergistic. Ministry of Social Affairs has introduced a Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE) as one of the institutions to increase household incomes and reducing poverty. Therefore, it is necessary to study what are the factors that the determinant of the success of KUBE. The research should also extent to the success of KUBE impact on increasing household incomes and poverty alleviation, especially in West Java Province. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of critical success of KUBE and its implications for society and the increase in income poverty reduction in West Java Province. The method used is survey with research hypothesis testing.Measuring perceptions of research variables taken against the perpetrators KUBE. In this measurement, the questionnaire were randomly distributed to 225 respondents. Methods of data analysis used was path analysis to test the research hypothesis. The conclusion of this research are: (i) KUBE critical success factors are: entrepreneurship, institutional quality, capital adequacy, education and training, strategic partnerships, and regulatory and organizational systems, (ii) The six factors are significant determinants of the success of KUBE, either simultaneously or partially, (iii) The success of KUBE has a significant influence on increasing peopleâs income, (iv) The success of KUBE also has a significant influence on poverty alleviation.

Penelitian ini dilakukan di latar belakangi bahwa komunikasi pemasaran di Rumah Bersalin Fatimah Kota Bandung belum optimal. Belum optimalnya komunikasi pemasaran di Rumah Bersalin Fatimah Kota Bandung tersebut, diduga karena kepuasan pasien yang masih rendah, dan rendahnya kepuasan pasien diduga disebabkan oleh Citra dan Kualitas Layanan yang masih rendah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dan analisis kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Analisa Data dengan teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra berada pada kategori cukup baik, kualitas layanan berada pada kategori cukup baik, kepuasan pasien berada pada kategori cukup baik, dan komunikasi pemasaran berada pada kategori cukup baik. Pengaruh secara simultan citra, kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pasien Rumah Bersalin Fatimah Kota Bandung, adalah sebesar  59,9 sisanya sebesar  40,1 % ditentukan oleh variabel lain. Pengaruh kepuasan pasien terhadap komunikasi pemasaran di Rumah Bersalin Fatimah Kota Bandung adalah sebesar  71,2 % dan sisanya sebesar  28,8 % ditentukan oleh variabel lain.

The Bank is a business entity that in its business activities raises funds from the community and its mines in the form of credit. As for the banking structure in Indonesia, it consists of commercial banks and BPR. Adaris main commercial banks and BPR what no one is in a way of depositing giro and can not also be cross-payment, can not be in-activities in foreign exchange and limited stage operations. This research is an expectation to know the Macroeconomics and Internal Performance performance of Bank Persero and BPD for the period 2007-2018 and to know how the influence of Third Party Funds, CAR, NPL, BI Rate, Inflation and Exchange Rate on the Profitability of Bank Persero and BPD. The sample in this study is Persero Commercial Bank. This study uses descriptive and verificative methods. Data analysis then which way of analysis data panel regression. The results of the study point that Simultaneously has 3 variables of positive, but uneven relationships, namely CAR, DPK, and BI Rate. As for npl variables and exchange rates have a good relationship and exchange rate results. When viewed from the coefficient value of each variable, then the VARIABLE NPL and Exchange Rate have a considerable influence on the performance of profitability.

This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity on bond ratings for food and beverages companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016- 2020 period, to analyze the impact of solvency on bond ratings for food and beverages companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period, to analyze the effect of profitability on bond ratings for food and beverages companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period, and to analyze the impact of liquidity, solvency, and profitability simultaneously on the financial sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. This research is a quantitative study with secondary data in the form of company financial statements for 2016-2020 obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange or the website of each company and bond rating data published by bond rating agencies, namely PT. PEFINDO for five consecutive years. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method. The t-test or partial test results show that solvency significantly affects bond ratings in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016 - 2020 period. The F test results show that the variables CR, DER, and ROA jointly positively affect Bond ratings for food and beverages companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. Then the coefficient of determination analysis (R2) results simultaneously explain that Liquidity, Solvency, and Profitability influence the Bond Rating variable for food and beverages companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Capital Adequacy Ratio dan BOPO Ratio Terhadap Return On Asset Pada PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini Capital Adequacy Ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return On Asset sebesar 45,5%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (2,583 > 2,306). BOPO Ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return On Asset sebesar 47,6%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (2,698 > 2,306). Capital Adequacy Ratio dan BOPO Ratio secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return On Asset diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = -0,158 + 0,013X1 + 0,035X2 dan nilai determinasi sebesar 66,1%, uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (6,823 > 4,350).

The background of this research based on the phenomenon that is where employees performances are not optimal so that the development of the companies currently not optimal. As for the main factor is the low of job satisfaction. Based on preliminary research, low job satisfaction caused by non-optimal of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and the limited motivations of the employees PDAM’s in Banten Province. This study aims to acknowledge and analyze The Impact of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Work Motivations on Employees On The Job Satisfaction Employees PDAM’s In The Province Banten. This study used a descriptive approach and verification, and the research method used descriptive and explanatory survey. In this study, the samples are all employees of PDAM’s in Banten Province as much as 285 Employees. The analysis method of this study is the Path Analysis. The research concludes that there is a The influence of the Transformational Leadership on Job Satisfaction of 23,32 percent, The effect of Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction of 8,12 percent, the effect of Work Motivation on Job Satisfaction at 10,28 percent. Simultaneously influence of independent variables on the Job Satisfaction of 69,02 percent of the remaining 30,98 percent is that other factors are not studied, but also influence on Job Satisfaction.

The main aim of this report is to identify and describe the idea of digital leadership. For the study, the effects of digital leaders' traits and experience on the digitalization process will be examined. Different multinational and global businesses have been examined to apply the concept of digital leadership to their businesses. In this paper, with the goal of an organizational literature review, we analyze the concept of digital leadership. The paper seeks to identify the digital leadership concept; to analyze these abilities and their impacts deeply in the new digital age. As a result of detailed literature research, digitalization and technological developments lead businesses to transform organizational structures, processes, business models, and strategies. Digital leadership is crucial for organizations to survive in the new digital era by adapting and transforming business strategies. To accomplish business objectives and successfully drive the digital business transformation, digital leaders use and enhance the company's digital assets. Digital leaders have different abilities and perspectives compared to traditional leaders. However, many organizations do not understand digital leaders' value, leading to poor performance and unrecoverable failures. This research paper demonstrates a strong link between digital leadership and corporate success and productivity, following the analysis and clarification of the digital leadership concept generated in the modern age and the review of variable business strategies and positioning of the leadership concept in different sectors.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on work ethic which has an impact on employee performance at PT. Mitraindo Perkasa in Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 125 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study Compensation has a significant effect on work ethic by 26.7%, hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Work environment has a significant effect on work ethic by 41.5%, hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Compensation and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on work ethic by 47.2%, hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Work ethic has a significant effect on employee performance by 39.1%, hypothesis testing is obtained a significance of 0.000 < 0.05.
