Abstract

Fluctuation of carbon in rivers are considered to be reflection of their rivers discharge fluctuation. To monitor carbon concentration fluctuation in Surabaya river, several water samples were analyzed automatically in Automated Water Monitoring System MERMAID (Marine, Environmental Remote-Controlled Monitoring and Integrated Detection) for Total Inorganic Carbon (TIC) and Total Organic Carbon (TOC). An inverse relationship with discharge was found in this study, relatively high TIC and TOC observed at low discharge and low TIC and TOC in high discharge. It shows dilution process of carbon organic and inorganic during rainy seasons and accumulation process during dry seasons. Inorganic carbon (TIC) is the dominant form of carbon transport in Surabaya river. The high amount of inorganic suggesting basin-wide flushing with dominant allochthonous HCO3 - from carbonate rocks regions in Brantas basin.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the extent of the influence of marketing mix on sales rate. This study uses quantitative methods and data collection methods using the questionnaire method. The subjects in this research are consumers in CV. Irwan Shop. The object of this research is the marketing mix and sales rate in CV. Irwan Shop. The population in this study were consumers of CV. Irwan shop, consisting of 132 consumers who have been netted for 2 months, with a sample of 30 respondents. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, documentation, and a list of questions. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, validity and reliability, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination, multiple correlation and linear regression. The hypothesis test used is the T test (partial test) and the F test (simultaneous test). From the results of data analysis, it was found that the partial product was positive and had a significant effect on product sales rate in CV. Irwan Shop. Product is the most dominant variable affecting sales rate. Price has a positive and significant effect partially on product sales rate in CV. Irwan Shop. Some promotions are positive and have a significant effect on product sales rate in CV. Irwan Shop. Place partially has a positive and significant effect on product sales rate in CV. Irwan Shop. Simultaneously product, price, promotion, and place have a significant effect on product sales rate in CV. Irwan Shop. Doing business in an online shop needs to maintain product quality, price conformity, innovation in promoting and all placed in an effort to boost sales rate.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the price and quality of service, how far the relationship with consumer satisfaction Bookstore Bandung Book Center. This study uses the associative method with a quantitative approach. Obtaining data from respondents through questionnaire answers. The data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire, namely through direct distribution with consumers at the Bandung Book Center Store. The population in the study amounted to 100 consumers. The sample taken is 50 consumers with random sampling. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that Price (X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) and Service Quality (X2) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). Other results, that together price and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Companies must be able to ensure that they provide prices and quality services that match the wishes of consumers so that the company can survive and grow rapidly.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out how much influence the quality of the product has on the interest in buying cloth masks in Saveme Bandung. Using a quantitative approach, survey methods were selected for use in the study. As a data collection tool, the dissemination of questionnaires that have been compiled based on eight dimensions of product quality and four indicators of buying interest. In this study, the population used was a customer who bought cloth mask products at Saveme Bandung in December 2021, and got as many as 41 populations calculated using the slovin formula to find out how many samples can be taken. The results of the questionnaire are then carried out various tests such as, validity and reliability tests, heteroskedasticity tests, normality tests, coefficients of determination, so that they contain the required data and processed using the application of statistical analysis program, namely SPSS. In addition, the t test (partial test) and a simple linear regression test showed the positive effect of variable X on Y. Then it can be known that the quality of cloth masks in Saveme Bandung is influenced by the quality of the product up to 56%. The remaining 44% is affected by variables other than this regression or untested variables.

Abstract

Cimory is a well-known yogurt brand in Indonesia, consumed by various groups, making this yogurt brand the main choice when consuming yogurt. This is evidenced by the Top Brand Award Indonesia 2020 in the fermented milk category, Cimory brand ranks first with an index of 69.6%, followed by Heavenly Blush brand in second place with an index of 13.9%, and 10.4% for Nutriboost. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image on Cimory yogurt purchasing decisions by applying 4 dimensions of brand image, namely brand identity, brand personality, brand association, and brand benefit and competence. The population in this study was 266 families in the coverage area at Alfamart Mekar Wangi and the sample was taken based on calculations using the slovin formula, namely, 73 respondents answered a questionnaire with 21 questions. The results of the study prove that the brand image variable has a significant influence on purchasing decisions with a value on hypothesis testing of 14.621 > t table 1.994. Output R Square of 75.1% (0.751) the data shows that purchasing decisions are influenced by brand image while the remaining 24.9% is on other variables not tested in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui (1) dampak harga pada keputusan suatu pembelian (2) dampak kualitas produk pada keputusan pembelian (3) dampak harga serta kualitas sebuah produk pada suatu keputusan pembelian. Untuk mencari korelasi antara harga dan kualitas produk maka peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian asosiatif dengan objek pengujian ialah pembeli sprei RISE. Peneliti menggunakan purposive sampling untuk teknik samplingnya, yakni pelanggan sprei RISE yang telah membeli secara online sebanyak 50 responden. Hipotesis diuji dengan analisis data berupa analisis regresi linear berganda. Selanjutnya, peneliti mencari coefficient of determination guna mengetahui besaran variabel bebas mempengaruhi variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada saat yang sama dua faktor bebas yang dipertimbangkan, yakni harga serta kualitas suatu produk mempengaruhi keputusan dari suatu pembelian dengan koefisien determinasi yakni 46,1%, sedangkan 53,9% lainnya disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor lain yang tidak dianalisa.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, menuntut bjb untuk memenuhi kebutuhan layanan perbankan untuk memastikan kepuasan pengguna. bjb merupakan bank yang berkontribusi dalam membentuk serta menggerakan perekonomian suatu daerah. Perkembangan teknologi dimanfaatkan oleh bjb untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanannya yakni melalui jumlah pengguna internet yang semakin bertambah disetiap tahunnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah guna mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan mobile banking yang terdiri dari dimensi skala inti e-SERVQUAL atau Service quality yang mencakup dimensi efisiensi, fulfillmenr, reliabilitas, privasi terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Pada peneliti ini jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 95 responden, dan peneliti menggunakan data primer. Adapun metode analisis yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Metode ini dapat mengetahui seberapa besarnya pengaruh antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependen. Selanjutnya, hasil analisis hipotesis menyatakan bahwa 69,4% kepuasan pengguna dapat dijelskan oleh efisiensi, fulfillment, reliabilitas, privasi sedangkan 30,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak ada dalam penelitian ini. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian ini menunjukkan kualitas bjb DIGI pada bank bjb di kota Bandung berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna (nasabah).
