Abstract

This research was conducted in order to identify Sari Organik publicity analysis through Instagram social media based on the Iriantara concept which consists of the basic principles of publicity. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, this research focuses on one of the activities in Sari Organik, namely publicity activities on Instagram social media. In this regard, this qualitative descriptive approach is expected to explain the situation, problems and @sari.organik publicity activities through social media. This research was conducted at Sari Organik in February 2020. Data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions, so that the data collected was only important data because it had been sorted. This study uses observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation, meaning researchers get data from these 3 techniques. The results showed that the publicity activities at Sari Organik which were carried out using the basic principles of publicity from the Iriantara concept were very effective with wide and inexpensive reach. Publication activities are very important to support activities in selling products. As for the focus of the media used as publicity media is Instagram social media. Instagram is one of the media that is loved today as well as Sari Organic using Instagram as a media publicity.

Abstract

AbstrakRadio komunitas merupakan media komunikasi yang independen, tidak komersil, daya jangkau siarannya terbatas dan tidak komersil. Kemunculan Radio Komunitas di daerah ter­ pencil ataupun perdesaan berfugsi sebagai pemberi informasi, mendidik dan menghibur serta sebagai alat kontrol sosial.  Radio komunitas dalam  pengelolaannya melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat dan informasi­informasi yang disampaikan merupakan informasi yang bertujuan mengubah kehidupan masyarakat di suatu daerah untuk menjadi lebih baik. Radio komunitas memiliki peran penting dalam komunikasi pembangunan. Kegiatan komunikasi harus mampu mengantisipasi gerak pembangunan. Pembangunan pada dasarnya melibatkan minimal tiga komponen, yakni komunikator pembangunan, bisa aparat pemerintah ataupun masyarakat, pesan pembangunan yang berisi ide­ide atau pun program­program pembangunan, dan komu­ nikan pembangunan, yaitu masyarakat luas, baik penduduk desa atau kota yang menjadi sasa­ ran pembangunan. Indonesia memiliki filosofi pembangunan manusia seutuhnya dan pemban­ gunan masyarakat Indonesia, harus bersifat pragmatik yaitu suatu pola yang membangkitkan inovasi bagi masa kini dan yang akan datang. Kata kunci: Radio, Komunitas, Komunikasi, Pembangunan

Abstract

Abstrak : Gaya Komunikasi perempuan dalam organisasi Pembinaan Kesejahteraan keluarga (PKK) berperan penting pada keberhasilan pelaksanaan program-program Pemerintah tentang kesehatan ibu dan anak,  kesejahteraan keluarga dan pemberdayaan perempuan.Gaya komunikasi merupakan perpaduan antara bahasa dan tindakan yang dipergunakan seseorang untuk menyampaikan pesan. Ketua PKK di tingkat Rukun Warga (RW) menyampaikan pesan sepuluh program PKK dengan beberapa gaya komunikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dalam bentuk studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian di RW 07 dan RW 03 Kelurahan Katulampa, Bogor, pada April 2018. Hasil penelitian, Ketua PKK di RW 07 dan RW 13 Kelurahan Katulampa lima gaya komunikasi yaitu, Gaya dinamis, Gaya melepaskan, gaya penataan, gaya kesetaraan dan gaya penarikan. Controlling style cenderung tidak dilakukan karena tidak sesuai dengan budaya organisasi dan karakteristik anggota. Withdrawal style meskipun tak sesuai dengan budaya organisasi dilakukan oleh Ketua PKK di RW 07 dan RW 13. Fungsi gaya komunikasi informatif, regulatif, persuasif dan integratif dilakukan Ketua PKK TW 07 dan RW 13 Kelurahan Katulampa dengan tujuan untuk dapat melaksanakan program-program PKK secara maksimal dengan mengusung persahabatan, toleransi dan kekeluargaan.  Abstract :The Communication Style of women in the organization of Family Welfare Development (PKK) plays an important role in the successful implementation of Government programs on maternal and child health, family welfare and women's empowerment. Communication style is a combination of language and actions that a person uses to convey a message. Pkk leaders at the Community Rukun (RW) level delivered the message of ten PKK programs with several styles of communication. This research uses descriptive qualitative in the form of case studies. The research location in RW 07 and RW 03 of Katulampa Subdistrict, Bogor, in April 2018. As a result of the research, the Chairman of PKK in RW 07 and RW 13 of Katulampa Sub-District conducted five communication styles, namely Dynamic style, Relinquishing style, structuring style, equalitarian style and withdrawal style. Controlling style tends not to be done because it is not in accordance with the organizational culture and characteristics of members. Withdrawal style although not in accordance with the organizational culture is carried out by the Chairman of the PKK in RW 07 and RW 13. The function of informative, regulative, persuasive and integrative communication style was carried out by the Chairman of PKK TW 07 and RW 13 of Katulampa Village with the aim to be able to carry out PKK programs to the maximum by bringing friendship, tolerance and kinship. Keyword: Communion style, development message, female leader

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of exposure to news of sexual harassment by rapid test officers at Soekarno-Hatta airport on radarbogor.id on the level of anxiety of the people of DKI Jakarta. The independent variable (X) in this study is news exposure and the dependent variable (Y) is thelevel of anxiety. The indicators for the exposure variable are frequency, duration and attention, while the indicators for the level of anxiety are mild anxiety, moderate anxiety, severe anxiety andpanic. This study uses a quantitative approach. Sampling used non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique, with the criteria of reading news about sexual harassment by rapid test officers at Soekarno-Hatta airport on radarbogor.id and women in DKI Jakarta. Data collectiontechniques in this study were literature studies, questionnaires and interviews with the managing editor of radarbogor.id. The results of this study indicate that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.This means that there is an effect of exposure to news of sexual harassment by rapid test officers at Soekarno Hatta Airport on radarbogor.id on the level of anxiety of the people of DKI Jakarta. The results of the coefficient of determination test identified that exposure to news of sexual harassmentby rapid test officers at Soekarno-Hatta airport on radarbogor.id affected the anxiety level of the people of DKI Jakarta by 44.8%. Keywords: anxiety level; exposure; news AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek paparan berita pelecehan seksual oleh petugas rapid test di bandara Soekarno-Hatta pada radarbogor.id pada tingkat kecemasan masyarakat DKI Jakarta.Variabel independen (X) dalam penelitian ini adalah paparan berita dan variabel dependen (Y)adalah tingkat kecemasan. Indikator untuk variabel paparan adalah frekuensi, durasi dan perhatian, sedangkan  indikator  untuk  tingkat  kecemasan  adalah  kecemasan  ringan,  kecemasan  sedang,kecemasan parah dan panik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengambilansampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling, dengan kriteria membaca berita tentang pelecehan seksual oleh petugas rapid test di bandara Soekarno-Hatta padaradarbogor.id dan perempuan di DKI Jakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalahstudi literatur, kuesioner dan wawancara dengan redaktur pelaksana radarbogor.id. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Artinya, ada efek paparan berita pelecehan seksual oleh petugas rapid test di Bandara Soekarno Hatta pada radarbogor.id tingkat kecemasan masyarakat DKI Jakarta. Hasil koefisien uji penentuan teridentifikasi bahwa paparan berita pelecehan seksual oleh petugas rapid test di bandara Soekarno-Hatta pada radarbogor.id mempengaruhi tingkat kecemasan masyarakat DKI Jakarta sebesar 44,8%. Kata kunci: Berita, terpaan, tingkat kecemasan

Abstract

Abstract Technology mobile application is utilized by the Bogor Botanical Gardens under Lembaga Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia (LIPI) as one of the attractions in the city of Bogor by designing an Android-based mobile application for visitors to the Bogor Botanical Gardens, called Jelajah Kebun Raya Bogor application. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using Kotler's theory of the quality dimensions of service delivery which includes physical evidence, empathy, reliability, quick response and assurance. The results of the research note that the application is designed to improve the quality of public services and to facilitate the visitors down the extent of the area of the Bogor Botanical Gardens. There are features on applications i.e., features information about the history of the plant and other historic buildings that are in the Bogor Botanical Garden to make it easy for visitors to get the information needed to facilitate navigation and features visitors exploring the vastness of the areas of the Bogor Botanical Gardens, content in the application is accurate and secure, in accordance with the needs of visitors, improve the renewal applications. Keywords: Service Improvement, Mobile Application, Jelajah Kebun Raya Bogor.

Abstract

Abstract                    This study aims to determine how the public relations strategy of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Operational Area 1 Jakarta in establishing communication to residents of the building shop tenants on the Nyi Raja Permas street in Bogor Station area before curbing occurred.                    The technique used to answer the problems presented is qualitative-descriptive using the Communication Strategy theory proposed by Effendy. This theory is used to find out about how the communication strategy carried out by Public Relations of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Operational Area 1 Jakarta to the residents who are disciplined. The research subjects used in this study were Suprapto as Senior Public Relations Manager, Ayep Hanapi as Junior Manager of Public Relations, Nanda Public Relations Staff and one of the residents who were disciplined. Data collection techniques using field observation techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation.                    The research results related to the communication strategy carried out by the public relations of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Jakarta Operational Area 1, namely through two-way communication which emphasizes more on persuasive communication strategies and informative communication strategies. Persuasive communication strategies and informative communication strategies are very visible when the public relations of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Jakarta Operational Area 1 conducted a dialogue with the tenants of the shophouse on the Nyi Raja Permas street in Bogor Station area through a socialization program, here the Public Relations of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) explained to residents that the area would later be built residential area integrated with the station and residents who would be disciplined would be moved or relocated to Pasar Kebon Kembang Bogor, of course the Public Relations of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daerah Operasi 1 Jakarta also explained informally that this development project was a government project to improve the efficiency of the use of rail transportation. Keywords: Communications Strategy, Land Controlling, Transit Oriented Development

Abstract

Penelitian ini berupaya menjelaskan dan mendeskripsikan hubungan antara konsep diri remaja dengan persepsi remaja terhadap budaya makan sehat. Penelitian ini dirancang menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian survei korelasional deskriptif. Pengamatan dalam penelitian ini menghasilkan jawaban, dari variabel karakteristik individu (X1) yang meliputi jenis kelamin, uang saku, pekerjaan ayah, pekerjaan ibu, status tempat tinggal dan jumlah saudara kandung dan variabel konsep diri (X2) yang terdiri dari citra diri dan variabel harga diri menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan dengan variabel persepsi budaya makan sehat (Y) yang terdiri dari variabel pelaporan di media massa dan sosialisasi dengan teman sebaya. Nilai hubungan adalah 0,548. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh jawaban, semakin tinggi citra diri remaja, semakin tinggi kebutuhan akan berita kuliner di media massa. Remaja memahami perlunya menjaga kesehatan dan menjaga bentuk tubuh agar tetap proporsional dengan menghindari karbohidrat. Remaja mempertimbangkan untuk mencoba "makanan trending" dengan teman-teman ketika kondisi memungkinkan. Remaja percaya bahwa tubuh yang sehat menjadi bekal dalam hubungan. Remaja menjadikan media massa sebagai sumber dalam mendapatkan informasi terkait makanan sehat dan tempat makan baru (kafe) dengan menu kuliner baru yang inovatif dan harga terjangkau. Remaja terkadang berkumpul dengan teman-teman sebagai cara bersosialisasi. Menikmati makanan bersama teman-teman di kafe dapat memperkuat hubungan dengan teman sebaya. Kafe menjadi salah satu pilihan bagi remaja untuk bergaul. Meskipun mengonsumsi makanan di kafe-kafe, para remaja masih berpikir untuk mempertahankan bentuk dan penampilan tubuh mereka. Para remaja tahu konsep "4 sehat 5 sempurna" tetapi tidak selalu memilih diet dengan kandungan nutrisi yang cukup. Makanan di kafe sering mengandung tepung tinggi, gula dan lemak. Namun, untuk remaja, kadang-kadang makan makanan dengan kandungan gizi yang tidak lengkap adalah umum.

Abstract

The growing of tourism in Bogor is very competitive. The Companies have to produce the interest products for consumers and should communicate effectively with the stakeholders. Therefore a company should be able to develop appropriate marketing strategies to cope with increasingly fierce competition. The concept is to apply the importance of a company in integrating various communication channels to closely integrate multiple channels of communication to deliver a message by clear, consistent, and exciting about the organization and its brand. Kujang Pajajaran Gallery Bogor is one of the tourism place that implements the concept of integrated marketing communications in attracting tourists to visit.This research is a qualitative descriptive study using in-depth interviews, observation, documentation, and literature. The material processing techniques using an interactive model that was introduced by Miles and Huberman which includes three The material components namely reduction, presentation, drawing conclusions and verification.The results showed that Kujang Padjajaran Gallery Bogor utilizationed three elemen of integrated marketing communication such as marketing interactive, personal selling and selling promotion.

Abstract

This research is located in Katulampa, East Bogor District, Bogor City, West Java Province and has an area of 491 Ha. Regency of Cimahpar in the north, Regency of Tajur in the south, Regency of Baranangsiang in the west and Sukaraja Village in the east, Bogor Regency.Katulampa urban altitude is located at 500 meters above sea level and has a temperature and an average of 36 degrees Celsius (Katulampa Urban: 2011). The distribution of Katulampa Urban Village consists of 20 Rukun Warga (RW) (hamlets) and 107 Rukun Tetangga (RT). Posyandu is a program of the Ministry of Health which in its implementation cooperate with Posyandu. Before a program is socialized to the community, careful planning is made. In the planning of culture and social life and local wisdom in a region becomes important capital in the successful implementation of the program. The message to be conveyed should be able to reach as many people as possible (communicant). Communities targeted by messages are heterogeneous. After considering and discussing and reaching an agreement, the message from the center will be rolled into the ranks below, in this case to the provincial, municipality, district, administrative Village, RW and RT levels. The message was then restored in a more conical way by involving the Provincial Health Office and the community consisting of Posyandu Chairman, Posyandu Cadre and health workers. Mothers who have been informed about the benefits of immunization deliver it to the husband, who will usually decide whether the child should be immunized or not. Most husbands are already aware of the benefits of immunization for the health of infants and toddlers ages 0 months to five years. Posyandu cadres adapt to targeted community conditions. The prevailing culture in society is an important consideration in the persuasive of parents who have babies and toddlers.The communication strategy includes macro strategy (planned multi media strategy) and micro (single communication medium strategy).
