Quality of service at PT. Permata Indah Bersinar is still ineffective and not maximized. Because this company does not have a web-based housing marketing information system. This company also has not implemented a Customer Relationship Management strategy. In this research, the system created is a web-based housing marketing information system. With this system, companies will find it easier to disseminate information about their housing, consumers will also find it easier to get information without having to come directly to the marketing office. This system also implements Customer Relationship Management (CRM), so that consumers can ask and answer questions about housing through this website. By utilizing a housing marketing information system using web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM), as an effort to improve service quality and increase customer satisfaction and maintain relationships between companies and consumers.

To clean the floor, it can be done manually by using a floor mop along with floor cleaning fluid, but this will result in a floor that is already clean. Still, the implementation time is long enough to interfere with the time of mothers who are office workers or manufacturers to help their husband's income. . In the process of cleaning the floor, cleaning the floor can be done until the floor is clean so that the children are comfortable playing on the floor. The process of cleaning floors can be done in various ways, either manually or automatically. To clean the floor with a large floor size more quickly, the floor is cleaned with machine power. But the range and limitations of floor cleaning machines exist. So it is necessary to make a robot that works automatically without human assistance to do the cleaning so that the job is done quickly and the area limit of the cleaning results is greater. The system will work using penggerak technology remotely using Bluetooth. This system aims to connect communication between wheeled robots and smartphones via Bluetooth communication media. From the test results, the author has successfully applied Bluetooth technology to a wheeled robot by providing instructions such as forward, backward, turn right, turn left, and stop. This robot is used to clean floors quickly and practically so that it can be done by itself.

Abstract: Community service activities entitled "Installation of Operating Systems Based on Windows 10" aims to provide information to students from MAN Asahan about Installing Windows Operating Systems. The method used in this activity is a direct observation of the MAN Asahan school by watching and analyzing the problems or troubleshooting that occurs at the Computer Lab at MAN Asahan. In addition, information on problems in the computer Labs of the school was also carried out by a team of lecturers as the perpetrators of this community service by way of direct interviews with the Teachers and employees who served in the Computer Lab of the MAN Asahan school. The end result of this dedication is how students can repair computers, as well as troubleshooting that occurs on school computers and computers at home, can be overcome alone without having to use computer repair services.Keywords: installation; operating system; Windows 10 Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang diberi judul “Instalasi Sistem Operasi Berbasis Windows 10” bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi kepada siswa dan siswi MAN Asahan tentang Instalasi Sistem Operasi Windows. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah observasi langsung ke sekolah MAN Asahan dengan melihat serta menganalisa permasalahan ataupun troubleshooting yang terjadi pada Laboratorium Komputer disekolah MAN Asahan. Selain itu, Informasi permasalahan pada komputer Lab sekolah juga dilakukan tim dosen selaku pelaku kegiatan pengabdian ini dengan cara wawancara langsung kepada Guru dan pegawai yang bertugas di Lab Komputer sekolah MAN Asahan. Hasil akhir dari pengabdian ini adalah bagaimana siswa dan siswi dapat memperbaiki komputer serta troubleshooting yang terjadi pada komputer sekolah maupun komputer dirumah dapat teratasi sendiri tanpa harus memakai jasa perbaikan komputer. Maraknya kasus pencurian, penculikan dan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) baik di media sosial maupun di lingkungan masyarakat Desa Gambus Laut Batu Bara khusunya sering terjadi kejahatan-kejahatan yang sama sehingga mengakibatkan keresahan, kegaduhan serta ketidaknyamanan pada warga Desa Gambus Laut khusunya. Setiap keluarga pada awalnya selalu mendambakan kehidupan rumah tangga yang aman, nyaman, dan membahagiakan. Secara fitrah perbedaan individual dan lingkungan sosial budaya berpotensi untuk menimbulkan konflik. Bila konflik sekecil apapun tidak segera dapat diatasi, sangatlah mungkin berkembang menjadi KDRT dan kejahatan yang lain-lain. Kejadian ini dapat terwujud dalam bentuk yang ringan sampai berat, bahkan dapat menimbulkan korban kematian, sesuatu yang seharusnya dihindari dan dilakukan pencegahannya. Oleh karena itu korban pencurian, penculikan dan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) harus mendapat perlindungan secara maksimal. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk mengatasi kasus pencurian, penculikan dan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) yang terjadi di Kantor Kepala Desa Gambus laut Batu Bara sebagai penunjang kebutuhan pada masyarakat Desa Gambus laut Batu Bara.

Public service is a process of bureaucratic performance, the link with bureaucratic culture is very strong, meaning that any activities carried out by public service officers must be guided by the normative rules that have been determined by public organizations as a manifestation of the behavior of public organizations. In this regard, the problem that exists is that the service of public officials at the Pulau Rakyat Sub-district Office, Asahan Regency, shows that there are still deviations in attitudes and behavior as well as the actions of the apparatus as public servants. In everyday reality, it shows that the management services are complicated, require a large amount of money, are less informative or less transparent and discriminatory. In fact, people's expectations for improving the implementation of public services are actually getting further away from the reality. The quality of service is indicated by the absence of professional services, which is the success of the government in managing quality services. The quality of service by the employees of the Pulau Rakyat Sub-district Office of Asahan Regency who are selfish, considerate and serious to carry out their duties and obligations, as well as low knowledge and skills in carrying out their duties

Abstract: The community service activity entitled "Fiberoptic Introduction Workshop for Triyadikayasa Aek Songsongan Vocational School Students" aims to provide information to Triyadikayasa Aek Songsongan Vocational High School students, provide education on technological developments in the world of education. The method used in this activity is direct observation to Triyadi-kayas Aek Songsongan Vocational School by observing analyzing and introducing fiber optic technology and how to install and apply it. Optical fiber is a technology of transmission media that is being developed and is widely used to connect computer networks. In addition, information on technological developments in the introduction of optical fiber is carried out by a team of lecturers and participates in bringing students to provide technology education to the community. Abstract: First level public health efforts are carried out to essential communities and community health development efforts. Essential health efforts include health promotion services, environmental health, maternal health, child and family planning, nutrition and disease prevention. The phenomenon obtained when researchers conducted a survey of nursing care for high-risk families in the working area of the Rawang Panca Arga Health Center, obtained one family with hypertension health problems. Information obtained from the health center supervisor said that there were many hypertension cases at the Rawang Panca Arga Puskesmas. Almost every month there are new cases of hypertension. Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga, shows that in 2019 hypertension ranks first in the top 10 diseases at Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga with the number of new and old sufferers reaching 1239. Based on these data the researcher wants to forecast using a single exponential smoothing (SES) analysis. The incidence of hypertension is based on data on the number of incidence of hypertension in the previous year at Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga, by first identifying patterns of hypertension at Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga and then forecasting the number of incidence of hypertension at Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga.. Keywords: SES Method; New Cases of Hypertension Patients; PHP and MySQL Abstrak: Upaya kesehatan masyarakat tingkat pertama dilaksanakan kepada masyarakat esensial dan upaya pengembangan kesehatan masyarakat. Upaya kesehatan esensial diantaranya meliputi pelayanan promosi kesehatan, kesehatan lingkungan, kesehatan ibu, anak dan keluarga berencana, gizi serta pencegahan penyakit. Fenomena yang diperoleh pada saat peneliti melakukan survey asuhan keperawatan pada keluarga resiko tinggi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga, diperoleh satu keluarga dengan masalah kesehatan hipertensi. Keterangan yang diperoleh dari pembimbing puskesmas mengatakan bahwa kasus hipertensi di Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga tergolong banyak. Hampir setiap bulan terjadi kasus baru hipertensi. Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga, menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2019 hipertensi menempati urutan pertama pada 10 besar penyakit di Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga dengan jumlah penderita baru dan lama mencapai 1239. Berdasarkan data tersebut peneliti ingin melakukan peramalan (forecasting) menggunakan analisa Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) pada angka kejadian hipertensi berdasarkan data jumlah kejadian hipertensi pada tahun sebelumnya di Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga, dengan terlebih dahulu mengidentifikasi pola penyakit hipertensi yang ada di Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga untuk kemudian dilakukan peramalan jumlah kejadian hipertensi di Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga. Abstract: Software Defined Network has recently become a new architecture in computer network systems that offer convenience with a centralized control system. The Software Defined Network Architecture will separate the control plane and the data plane. Where the control plane will be placed on the controller that is stored and provides all the needs that exist in the network system. In Software Define Network, it still needs a lot of research, especially security, because it is the most important part in the network. One solution that can be used as security is a firewall. With the firewall, every data traffic will be monitored and also determine the entry and exit of data. In this research, a firewall will be implemented at the data link layer which will use a tree topology in the software define network and POX as the controller. The results of this study produce a firewall program with the python programming language which is placed on the POX controller. The code modification has successfully blocked, controlled, and monitored each packet based on the rules on the firewall. Keywords: data link; firewall; pox controller; software defined network Abstrak: Software Defined Network belakangan ini menjadi satu arsitektur baru pada sistem jaringan komputer yang menawarkan satu kemudahan dengan sistem kontrol terpusat. Pada arsitektur Software Defined Network akan memisahkan control plane dan data plane. Dimana control plane akan ditempatkan pada controller yang bertugas mengatur serta menyediakan segala keperluan yang ada pada sistem jaringan. Pada Software Define Network masih perlu dilakukannya banyak riset khususnya bidang keamanan, karena keamanan merupakan bagian terpenting dalam jaringan. Salah satu solusi yang dapat digunakan sebagai keamanan adalah firewall. Dengan adanya firewall maka setiap lalu lintas data akan dapat dimonitoring dan juga menentukan keluar masuknya suatu data. Pada penelitian ini akan diimplementasikan firewall pada data link layer yang akan menggunakan topologi tree pada software defined network dan POX sebagai Controllernya. Hasil pada penelitian ini menghasilkan satu program firewall dengan bahasa pemrograman python yang ditempatkan pada pox controller. Modifikasi kode telah berhasil untuk memblokir, mengontrol dan memonitoring setiap paket berdasarkan rule pada firewall. Kata kunci: data link; firewall; pox controller; software defined network

Setiap mahasiswa pasti memiliki minat belajar dalam setiap perkuliahan, matakuliah yang banyak membuat mahasiswa/i bingung atau mengalami kendala dalam memilih minta belajar yang di pahami dan dimengerti pada setiap mahasiswa. Minat belajar pada mahasiswa/i sangat diperlukan sebagai tolak ukur tujuan dari pencapaian penyusunan Tugas akhir nantinya yang harus diselesaikan oleh mahasiswa/i itu sendiri. Untuk menentukan minat belajar mahasiswa dapat kita tentukan sesuai dengan minatnya dengan menggunakan Metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting). Pada penelitian ini akan ditentukan minat belajar mahasiswa dengan menghitung berdasarkan kriteria dari sejumlah mahasiswa/i AMIK Royal yang mendapat kesempatan dalam kasus penelitian ini.
