Abstract

Availability of land for agriculture is an absolute requirement to achieve self-reliance, security and food sovereignty. However, Indonesian farmland tends to decline due to land conversion. Therefore, determining sustainable food farmland and regulating the conversion of food farmland is one of the most strategic policies to achieve food security. The Spatial Plan of the Province of Riau in the Spatial Pattern Plan section states that one of the areas focused on wetland agriculture (rice) is Indragiri Hilir Regency. However, the high conversion of agricultural land threatens the survival of Sustainable Food Agricultural Land. Since the LP2B policy is very dependent on the willingness of the farmers who own the fields, it is considered necessary to socialize the concept of this LP2B policy among farmers so that they can support government policy in achieving food sovereignty. The results of the analysis show that Batang Tuaka sub-district has the potential to be used as Sustainable Food Agricultural Land (LP2B), but unfortunately this is not supported by farmers' knowledge and understanding of the LP2B concept, so the conversion of farmland is becoming more common and can threaten the realization of food security in Indragiri Hilir Regency.

Abstract

Abuse of Narcotics and / or psychotropic substances can cause various adverse health effects and can even lead to death. But there is Narcotics and Psychotropic abuse that is rife in various countries including Indonesia. Whereas Regarding the Abuse of Narcotics and / or Psychotropics, it does not only come from adults but also from teenagers. There are also people who don't really understand what Narcotics, Psychotropics are, what bad effects can be caused by the abuse of Narcotics and / or Psychotropics and what legal sanctions they can face if they consume Narcotics and / or Psychotropics without rights or against the law. Such people are vulnerable to being targeted by drug dealers. Therefore, the implementation of this legal counseling work program is expected to increase public knowledge regarding the legal rules regarding Narcotics, Psychotropics and penalties for adolescents who commit crimes so that the community, especially teenagers, obey the applicable legal rules..

Abstract

Indragiri Hilir City aims to analyze the effect of public policies and community empowerment on food security. The research used a descriptive quantitative method, with the data collection instrument using a questionnaire. Results show that policy implementation has an effect of 90.3% on increasing food security and 99.2% when combined with community empowerment..

Abstract

The goal of this study is to describe and analyze the synergy model between the Central Government and the Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir Government that is effective in creating food security, implementation of a food security action program in the Indragiri Hilir Regency, and to identify food security problems in order to improve the welfare of farmers and communities in the Indragiri Hilir Regency, as well as what steps have been and must be taken in order to achieve this goal. The technique employed in this study is qualitative, with the focus of the research being the opinions and attitudes of stakeholder actors in the execution of the Indragiri Hilir Regency's Food Security Action Program policy, including resource preparedness, implementation procedures, and others. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis model sinergisitas antara Pemerintah Pusat dan Pemerintah Kabupten Indragiri Hilir yang efektif untuk melahirkan ketahanan pangan, implementasi program aksi tentang ketahanan pangan di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, dan mengetahui permasalahan-permasalahan tentang ketahanan pangan guna peningkatan kesejahteraan petani dan masyarakat di Kabupten Indragiri Hilir serta langkahlangkah apa yang telah dan harus dilakukan guna mewujudkan ketahanan pangan serta peningkatan kesejahteraan petani di masa mendatang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan fokus penelitian adalah pandangan dan sikap aktor stakeholders dalam implementasi kebijakan Program Aksi Ketahanan Pangan Kabupten Indragiri Hilir, meliputi kesiapan sumber daya, proses implementasi dan lain-lain.

Abstract

According to the findings, inhabitants of the Indragiri Hilir region have a strong understanding of the procedures involved in applying for loans online if their income is at least comparable to the average pay. This is the case regardless of whether or not they live in the region. People who earn less than their drinking wages have a low level of understanding, but those who earn more than their drinking wages have a very high level of knowledge. Those people who make more than their drinking wages are able to understand more. According to these findings, respondents who identify as either single or married have a grasp of online loans that is, on average, superior to that of other respondents. This holds true for both of the categories that were previously discussed. The respondents' decision to utilise this online loan application was most influenced by the fact that it was convenient to borrow money without having to offer a guarantee; however, providing financial support to members of the borrower's family was only a secondary factor in the decision to utilise this online loan application.
