Abstract

Karang Taruna merupakan sebuah organisasi kepemudaan yang biasanya ada dilingkungan desa, Karang Taruna adalah salah motor penggerak dalam berbagai kegiatan atau acara yang diselenggarakan oleh Desa/Kelurahan. Keberhasilan sebuah acara merupakan salah satu cerminan dari citra suatu organisasi (Desa). Berdasarkan gambaran dari potensi dan padatnya aktivitas di Desa Lengkong Kecamatan Bojongsoang kabupaten Bandung, maka diharapkan Karang Taruna  dapat menjadi pengelola  setiap acara yang diselenggarakan oleh Desa Lengkong termasuk di dalamnya adalah menjadi seorang Protokoler atau Master Of Ceremony (MC). Berdasarkan uraian yang telah diuraikan pada analisis situasi, maka ada beberapa rumusan permasalahan mitra yang dapat di identifikasi, diantaranya: (1) Mitra belum mengetahui ilmu manajemen event dan keprotokolan, (2) Mitra belum mendapatkan  bimbingan teknis dan pendampingan mengenai manajemen event dan keprotokolan. Solusi yang diharapkan diantaranya (1) Pengarahan dan pelatihan kepada mitra dalam manajemen event dan keprotokolan, (2) Bimbingan Teknis (Bimteks) dan pendampingan dalam manajemen event dan keprotokolan. Berdasarkan solusi dan target luaran dari rencana pelaksanaan program PKM pada mitra Karang Taruna, maka tim menetapkan metode pendekatan: (1) Metode  Pengarahan dan Pelatihan, (2) Metode Bimbingan Teknis (Bimteks) dan Pendampingan. Kesimpulan dari program PKM ini: (1) Mitra memiliki ilmu manajemen event dan keprotoklan dengan baik, (2) Mitra memiliki kemampuan dalam manajemen event khususnya kemampuan menjadi seorang Master Of Ceremony (MC), serta memiliki kemampuan dalam pengelolaan tata tempat, tata urutan, tata penghormatan, yang sesuai aturan keprotokolan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas strategi komunikasi pemerintah Kabupaten Bandung Barat dalam mengimplementasikan program Kelompok Informasi Masyarakat (KIM) di Kabupaten Bandung Barat (Studi Kasus di Dinas Komunikasi Informatika dan Statistik (Diskominfotik) Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Fokus penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses research (fact finding), perencanaan (planning), pelaksanaan (communicating/actuating), dan evaluasi (evaluating) dalam mengimplementasikan program Kelompok Informasi Masyarakat (KIM) di Kabupaten Bandung Barat; dan untuk mengetahui kegiatan komunikasi yang dilakukan Diskominfotik Kabupaten Bandung Barat dalam mengimplementasikan program KIM di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan tradisi studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap Kepala Dinas Kominfotik KBB dan Koordinator Relawan TIK KBB, dan melalui studi literatur terhadap dokumen yang terkait berupa artikel, berita online, maupun dokumentasi kegiatan yang terdapat di website dan media sosial komunitas Relawan TIK KBB. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) proses research (fact finding) dengan cara analisis dokumen terkait KIM, perencanaan (planning) komunikasi ditunjukan untuk adanya perubahan kognitif, perubahan sikap (attitude) hingga perubahan perilaku masyarakat, salah satunya dengan cara membuat jurnalisme warga melalui website Desa, membentuk komunitas Relawan TIK; pelaksanaan (communicating/actuating) diarahkan pada startegi mengenal khalayak, menyusun pesan, menetapkan metode, dan pemilihan media komunikasi; serta evaluasi sejauhmana startegi komunikasi tersebut berhasil dilaksanakan efektif dan efisien; (2) kegiatan atau aktivitas komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh Diskominfotik dalam mensosialisasikan kegiatan KIM di Kabupaten Bandung Barat adalah melalui kegiatan R-TIK (Relawan TIK) yang digagas masyarakat informasi Bandung Barat, melalui saluran-saluran media baru, seperti website Desa, facebook, twitter, dan media massa online terkait pemberitaan kegiatan R-TIK KBB ini.

Abstract

Videos and movies can be categorized as one of mass media in conveying messages to society. One of the important processes in video or film making is the editing process.The community service reported in this paper aimed to provide a training on film and video editing for literacy activists at the Kali Atas Community House of Reading, Cicalengka. Based on the analysis of the conditions faced by the participants, it was decided that the community service program should not only focus on increasing people's reading interest, but should also include activities that support the creativity of the community. The specific target expected from the training was to increase the participants’ creativity demonstrated by their ability to create video content that can attract people's reading interest. The film and video editing training was implemented for 3 weeks, starting from surveys, interviews, activities, evaluations, to final report. As a result of this activity, literacy activists who belonged to the Kali Atas Community House of Reading, Cicalengka, showed that they were able to produce a video that contained useful information for literacy promotion activities and this video was later uploaded on social media such as YouTube, Facebook, and Iinstagram. We recommend that this activity be continued to support literacy activities in Cicalengka such as discussion on media literacy, mural painting as well as more advanced training on film/video editing.

Abstract

Sundanese local wisdom is the values ​​resulting from the wisdom of the Sundanese people in carrying out their lives as people, rishis and kings. The kings of Sundanese at that time in leading were guided by the characteristics a leader must have written in the ancient Sanghyang Siksakandang Karesian script. Method using the literature review method by analyzing the literature on Sundanese leadership in the past and in the present. The results of data analysis from several journals discuss Sundanese local wisdom in leadership issues based on the ancient Siksakandang Karesian text, which explains that Sundanese leadership is guided by parigeuing. The figure of an ideal leader must stick to the astaguna principle of "eight wisdoms", so that his leadership is harmonious, good, and harmonious. The eight wisdoms as stated by Darsa (1998) are as follows: Animan (gentle), Ahiman (firm), Mahiman (broad-minded, Lagiman (agile / nimble / skilled), Prapti (right on target), Prakamya (tenacious / diligent) , Isitwa (honest), Wasitwa (open to criticism) This Sundanese leadership figure has weaknesses, because openness and admiration are one of the obstacles that make it difficult for Sundanese people to compete at the national level with Javanese ethnicities. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi aparat desa melalui literasi informasi di era digital dalam adaptasi smartpolitan di Desa Wantilan Kabupaten Subang dengan membantu mitra dalam peningkatan kemampuan dalam mengembangkan pemahaman literasi informasi menuju desa smartpolitan. Lahan pertanian dan perkebunan yang semakin berkurang sangat berpengaruh terhadap ketahanan pangan di desa. Terjadi potensi kerawanan konflik sosial akibat belum adanya mata pencaharian baru setelah pembebasan lahan oleh kawasan industri. Selain itu, terjadinya perubahan keseimbangan alam yang berpengaruh terhadap ketahanan lingkungan. Hadirnya kawasan indutri yang seimbang dengan pemahaman digitalisasi akan membawa dampak kesejahteraan yang nyata bagi warga Kabupaten Subang pada umumnya dan khususnya warga Desa Wantilan.Berdasarkan identifikasi masalah pada mitra, tim memberikan solusi dan metode yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan tersebut melalui: 1) Pengarahan dan pelatihan bagi para aparat desa dan warga dalam menggunakan media sosial untuk promosi dengan Platform Digital Marketing. 2) Bimbingan teknis dan pendampingan pembuatan konten serta membentuk tim khusus digitalisasi. 3) Bekerjasama dalam pengembangan potensi yang dimiliki Desa Wantilan. Hasil pengarahan dan kegiatan pelatihan yang telah dilakukan oleh Tim beserta narasumber yaitu pelayanan yang efektif dan efesien dengan pendekatan pemanfaatan teknologi digital, sumber daya manusia dari desa dengan peningkatan pemahaman literasi digital di lingkungan pegawai desa, dan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam proses pelayanan dilakukan pelatihan dan bimbingan teknis terhadap aplikasi yang akan digunakan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was motivated by the emergence of anxiety from parents regarding their children's learning achievements, in connection with the necessity to study at home or referred to as School From Home (SFH) due to the covid-19 pandemic. This practically makes school activities must be carried out at home. Education is one of the sectors affected, problems that arise include children who are used to attending lessons at school, as well as socializing with friends and the school environment, now suddenly have to change and change by doing all activities at home with their parents. So far, SFH activities have not been considered effective, considering that there is no mature readiness for parents and children to interact in learning activities like in schools in general, so that learning does not run optimally. The purpose of this study was to obtain data and analyze how much influence parental interpersonal communication has on children's learning achievement during the School From Home (SFH) period of the covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is survey research, with the aim of looking at the effect of the independent variable (variable x) on the dependent variable (variable y), namely parental interpersonal communication on children's learning achievement. Data analysis uses a quantitative approach, through path analysis testing. The results showed that there was a significant influence of Parent and Child Interpersonal Communication on Children's Learning Achievement during the School From Home (SFH) Period of the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had an extraordinary impact on business continuity, including Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The majority of MSMEs have been negatively affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The digitization of MSMEs is an effort to change from conventional to digital systems as an effort to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of MSME business and operational processes. The digitization of MSMEs has made MSME business actors change their business management from conventional to modern practices. However, there are still many people who do not understand that the use of digital media is an obstacle for various aspects, one of which is MSME actors in Jalan Cagak District, Subang Regency. The opportunity to be able to introduce MSME products is very open with digital media. This should be able to help and boost the economy of MSMEs in Jalan Cagak District, Subang Regency, by taking advantage of various opportunities as creative content industry players.The problems that have been identified are the things that are discussed together by the PKM team (community activity program), in order to be given the best solution, the problem is how the current content creators become qualified so that they can help in efforts to increase digital media literacy. In this PKM activity, the team will carry out activities based onseveral methods. The expected output target in this activity is so that digital media literacy can be in demand with quality creative content.The approach method used to overcome problems faced by partners is through outreach, training or counseling and consulting activities. Then an active participatory approach is carried out between the proposing team and partners on an ongoing basis and plays an active role in providing assistance and coaching in the creation of digital creative content.
