Abstract

Latar belakang: Corona virus of Disease (COVID-19) merupakan penyakit respirasi akut yang disebabkan oleh COVID-19 yang menyerang orgam paru-paru.. Masyarakat menganggap bahwa jenazah pasien covid dapat menyebarkan virus. Namun sebenarnya penanganan yang baik oleh tenaga medis pada jenazah pasien COVID-19 tidak akan memberikan penularan. Hal ini yang perlu dipahamkan kepada masyarakat. Di sini peran mahasiswa kedokteran sangat penting untuk dapat menyampaikan hal yang benar. Metode : Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan total sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuisioner yang terdiri dari 4 aspek pengetahuan dan 1 aspek sikap. Aspek pengetahuan yang ingin digali adalah pengetahuan tentang informed consent terkait penatalaksanaan jenaah covid-19 Hasil dan kesimpulan : Secara umum pengetahuan dan sikap mahasiswa kedokteran terhadap penatalaksanaan jenazah pasien COVID-19 pada kategori cukup dan baik dengan rata-rata 81,6% untuk pengetahuan dan 46,5 % untuk sikap.

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this community service is to provide a deep understanding of the impact and prevention of household violence for members of Lembaga Pembinaan Pengembangan Keluarga Sakinah, Youth Communication Agency for Indonesian Mosque, West Nusa Tenggara. The method applied in this community service is in the form of socialization related to increasing understanding of the impact and how to prevent domestic violence. This socialization is considered important considering the confusion that generally occurs among Muslim women and men who tend to misunderstand several things regarding domestic violence in the perspective of religion and social life. This activity took place in two sessions, namely an educational session related to domestic violence in the perspective of Islam and law, as well as an educational session related to psychological, social and economic impacts.. This education packaged in the form of socialization is expected to lead to increased awareness of the importance of preventing domestic violence and what steps to take if experiencing or knowing of a case of domestic violence. This activity produces an output in the form of articles, so that information regarding the prevention of domestic violence is not only limited to LPPKS or majlis taklim groups but can be absorbed by the wider community.

Abstract

HELLP Syndrome is a complication that can occure during pregnancy beginning with the occurrence of hypertension. HELLP Syndrome occurs in about 0,5 to 0,9 % of all pregnancies and there are to 10% to 20% of cases with severe preeclampsia. This study aims to determine the description of the risk factors for patient with HELLP Syndrome who are being treated at the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial General Hospital in 2022.  This research method is a categorical descriptive reearch. Data collection uses patient medical records with certain characeristics and all variabel are observed at the same time. There were 71% of pregnant women aged ≥35 years, 42% with non-educational background and 100% of the study sample were multigravidas, with 57% of patients having a famil history of hypertension. It was found that 71% of patient experienced dizzines, 85% people experienced epigastric pain, 71% experienced malaise, with 28% of people experiening swelling. Risk Factors for Patients with HELLP Syndrome who are treated at the Regional General Hospital of West Nusa Tenggara Province in 2022 are age ≥35 years, history of low educations, multigravida and have family history of hyprtension.
