Abstract

  Leadership style influences work motivation because leadership style is right and is liked by employees, able to increase work motivation. The more employees who have motivation in working, the goals set by the company can be quickly implemented so that the company is able to survive in global competition. In this regard, the Central Jakarta Bungur Village Office is a government agency that is engaged in providing services to the community because the leadership style adopted by the leadership of the office can motivate employees to work and complete work effectively and efficiently. Data collection methods used in this study were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies with quantitative research methods. Data obtained based on the results of the questionnaire distributed to 30 employee respondents at the Bungur district office in Central Jakarta and processed using SPSS 25 stated that the questionnaire was valid and reliable. Correlation coefficient test results of 0.740 and P-value 0.000 means there is a strong and significant relationship between leadership style on employee work motivation. The coefficient of determination test results shows the influence of leadership style on employee work motivation with a percentage of 54.8%. From the research results the formed regression coefficient is Y = 9,152 + 0.721 X.

Abstract

Human resources are one of the main elements that occupy a very strategic position, meaning that the human element plays a very important role in carrying out activities to achieve company goals. For this reason, high motivation and job satisfaction are needed to improve employee performance which in turn will increase the competitiveness of the company. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze motivation and job satisfaction both partially and simultaneously on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Gagas Energi Indonesia towards 100 employees and the data collected is processed with multiple regressions with SPSS version 25. The results show that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation, and job satisfaction simultaneously have a positive effect and significant to Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstrak – Dalam era digital baru ini, pertumbuhan dan perkembangan pay TV sangat cepat. Dengan banyak pemain baru serta penetrasi pasar yang masih luas, dan hadirnya pemain baru seperti Nexmedia patut untuk di perhitungkan. Nexmedia adalah televisi berlangganan yang dimiliki oleh PT Mediatama Anugrah Citra. Dengan usia yang cukup muda, penetrasi pasar dan pertumbuhan pasar berlangganan Nexmedia TV dipengaruhi oleh karyawan. Selain pemimpin yang mengawasi dan memberikan pengawasan, peranan staf dan pekerja  membantu meningkatkan pertumbuhan penjualan produk Nexmedia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan apakah peran pemimpin dan karyawan juga dapat membantu kinerja perusahaan.Penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah simple random sampling dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan. data sekunder dari literatur yang relevan, maka dirumuskan hipotesis yang akan diuji kebenarannya dengan menggunakan analisis purposive teknik sampling. Hasilnya akan digunakan sebagai contoh bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the performance of employees at Bank CIMB NIAGA, Tbk Pondok Gede Branch, Bekasi. In this regard, how employees can work well with the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment. So against this, this study aims to show the significance of the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance. The number of samples used as many as 56 people using population research theory in taking samples. Data collection was done by using a questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). Multiple linear regression equation produces the equation Y = 9.157 + 0.151 X1 + 0.641 X2. The results of this study found that the variables (organizational culture and organizational commitment) simultaneously affect work motivation and the value of F Calculate (41.550) > F-Table (3.172). The results of the correlation analysis of determination (R Square) of 0.611 indicate that the variables of organizational culture and organizational commitment can contribute 61%. 39% influenced by other variables not examined. The most dominant variable affecting performance is the organizational commitment variable between the two variables with a t-count value (5.141) > t-table (2.005). While the organizational culture variable is not significant with the value of count (1.098) < t-table (1.672).

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the quality of hospital services and facilities have on patient satisfaction (a case study at dr. Chasbullah Abdul Majid Hospital, Bekasi city). The population in this study were outpatients at RSUD dr. Chasbullah Abdul Majid, Bekasi city. The sample in this study amounted to 100 patients, with the technique of determining the sample using nonprobability sampling and the sampling technique using accidental sampling, namely by looking for patients who happened to be having a doctor's examination. The results of data processing indicate the quality of hospital services and facilities and affect patient satisfaction, this is indicated by the account of service quality 4.714 with a significant level of 0.000 and t-count hospital facilities of 13.491 with a significant level of 0.000, the data above shows that the t-count value is greater than t table 1.660 and the significant value of both variables is below 0.05, then service and price have a very strong influence on patient satisfaction at RSUD dr. Chasbullah Abdul Majid Bekasi City which is shown by the coefficient of determination which shows the R2 value is 80.8%.

Abstract

Investment Manager is the party that manages the securities portfolio for customers or manages the collective investment portfolio for a group of customers based on the prevailing laws and regulations. One of the Mutual Fund products is the Equity Fund. The Investment Manager in managing Equity Mutual Funds carries out portfolio activities, both securities portfolios and collective investment portfolios. Portfolios are intended to minimize the risks that occur when managing investments. With the existence of a portfolio, it is hoped that the rate of return expected by investors can be achieved optimally. In managing a Equity Mutual Fund, mistakes are never made. Investment Manager errors can cause losses on the part of investors. As for the problem, what are the actions of the Investment Manager in carrying out stock portfolio activities that can harm investors in equity mutual funds, what is the civil liability of the Investment Manager to investors who are harmed in the Equity Mutual Fund, and where investors can file a complaint against the actions of the Investment Manager. to the detriment of investors. The research method carried out by the author is library research, namely the activity of collecting data and provisions in laws and regulations that have binding legal force, both regulations issued by the government of the Republic of Indonesia and regulations issued by BAPEPAM-LK. In addition, data is also collected from books and internet media. Based on the research conducted by the author, it can be concluded that: Investment Manager's actions in carrying out stock portfolio activities that can harm investors in Equity Mutual Funds include actions that are prohibited for Investment Managers as regulated in Article 35, Article 41, and Article 42 of the Law No. 8 of 1995 concerning the Capital Market. If the Investment Manager is proven to have committed an act that can cause harm to the investor, the Investment Manager is responsible for compensating the loss, and if the Investment Manager does not want to compensate for the loss, the investor can file a complaint with BAPEPAM-LK or file a lawsuit with the District Court. It is hoped that before investors invest in an Mutual Fund, the investor should know in advance the vision and mission of the Investment Manager who manages the Mutual Fund, including the soul, spirit, and also the characteristics of the Investment Manager Representative who is appointed as the person in charge of carrying out operational management activities. The Mutual Funds, including the preparation of the Securities portfolio which is the basis for the existence of the Mutual Funds.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas komunikasi dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Telecom Weitel Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan data kepustakaan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 karyawan PT. Telecom Weitel Jakarta Timur. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 26. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel independen memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komunikasi merupakan variabel terpenting yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is a unity of energy and an important element that is very influential for the Agency / Company. For the achievement of a goal, it requires human resources that have discipline in order to create a good performance, so that it will accelerate the achievement of optimal goals. The research method used was observation, documentation, questionnaires, and interviews, using a sample technique with a total of 40 respondents. Calculations for analyzing data using SPSS Version 25 Based on the results of the calculation of the Correlation Coefficient Test obtained a result of 0.805 means it has a strong relationship between work discipline and employee performance. Determination Coefficient Test Results produce R Square value of 0.648 or 64.8% means that 64.8% is influenced by work discipline. In the regression equation yields Y = 11.218 + 0.740X. meaning that if the value of X = 0 or without discipline then the employee's performance is 11.218. If X increases by 1 point or every increase in work discipline by 1, it will increase employee performance by 0.740, which means there is a positive influence between work discipline and employee performance.

Abstract

The development of knowledge and technology has encouraged various large companies in Indonesia to compete with each other to advance their companies. PT Taman Impian Jaya Ancol, a unit of Sea World Ancol North Jakarta, has implemented an electoral procurement system as an application that realizes good governance. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the E-Procurement system at PT Taman Impian Jaya Ancol Unit Sea World North Jakarta. The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection techniques use observation, interview and documentation methods. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that PT Taman Impian Jaya Ancol Unit Sea World has a fairly good procurement administration procedure, with the principles of effective, efficient, competitive, transparent, fair and accountable. Electronic procurement is a web-based application system that carries out the process of all procurement of goods by utilizing the internet, by direct appointment and auction methods. The document process used by PT Taman Impian Jaya Ancol unit of Sea World Ancol North Jakarta, on the document for the implementation of procurement of goods includes a Bill of Quantity (BQ), a draft work agreement or contract, a Letter of Order (SP), a Report on Receipt of Goods (LPB), and a Minutes (BA) which are carried out regularly and archived properly. In the process of procurement of goods with an e-procurement system does not always run well, there are obstacles that occur during the implementation of procurement, namely from considering prices, not explaining complete specifications of goods, and applying the e-procurement system
