Abstract

Abstract.The background of this research is to find out whether trade unions, collective labor agreements, and industrial relations have an effect on workers' welfare.In this research, data were collected using questionnaires as research data from 60 respondents from a total population of 144 workers who are members of trade unions at PT. Uniplastindo Interbuana. Hypothesis testing conducted using the SPSS version 22 application partially with the comparison method of the tcount value with the ttable value resulted in the conclusion that Variable X1, (tcount 3.539 > ttable 1.673) then H1 or the first hypothesis was accepted. Variable X2, (tcount 3.057 > ttable 1.673) then H2 or the second hypothesis is accepted. Variable X3, (tcount 2.864 > ttable 1.673) then H3 or the third hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to partially examine the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction, partially examine the effect of price on consumer satisfaction, and partially examine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, at the same time conducted at SOLARIA Resto Mall Lippo Cikarang.  The sampling method used is non-probability sampling, namely quota sampling. The sample of this study was 100 respondents who had visited the SOLARIA Mall Lippo Cikarang restaurant, and these respondents distributed online questionnaires via google form. This research is based on multiple linear regression analysis, with the help of SPSS statistical procedures, to test the validity and reliability of research tools in the form of partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test), classical assumption test and hypothesis test. hypothesis test (F test), the results obtained are product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. There is a positive and significant effect of price on consumer satisfaction. There is a positive and significant effect of service quality on customer satisfaction. There is a simultaneous influence of product quality, price, and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Resto SOLARIA Mall Lippo Cikarang. This shows that all hypotheses in this study are accepted.

Abstract

Bagaimana impresi penggunaan e-payment dan niat berperilaku baru menggunakan e-payment di masa new normal pada usaha mikro dan kecil?. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji model penelitian yang menjelaskan impresi e-payment dan niat berperilaku baru terhadap pemanfaatan inklusi keuangan digital UMK. Sampel penelitian adalah usaha mikro dan kecil di Cikarang, sebanyak 81 responden pemilik UMK. Data penelitian diolah dan dianalisa menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan aplikasi WrapPLS 7.0. Hasil penelitian mengemukakan bahwa impresi e-payment berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap niat berperilaku dan inklusi keuangan. Niat berperilaku baru penggunaan e-payment berpengaruh signifikan positif pada inklusi keuangan UMK. Niat berperilaku baru memediasi parsial hubungan impresi e-payment terhadap inklusi keuangan digital UMK. Niat perperilaku baru penggunaan Fintech berkontribusi lebih besar dibandingkan impresi penggunaan e-payment pada transaksi keuangan digital UMK.How are the impressions of using e-payments and new behavior intentions using e-payments in the new normal for micro and small businesses? This study aims to examine a research model that explains the impression of e-payments and new behavioral intentions toward utilization of digital financial inclusion MSEs. The research sample is micro and small businesses in Cikarang, with 81 respondents who own MSEs. The research data was processed and analyzed using SEM-PLS with the WrapPLS 7.0 application. The results showed that the impression of e-payment had a significant positive effect on behavioral intentions and financial inclusion. The new behavioral intention to use e-payments has a significant positive effect on MSEs' financial inclusion. New behavioral intentions partially mediate the impression of e-payment on digital financial inclusion of MSEs. The new behavioral intention to use Fintech contributes more than the impression of using e-payments in MSE digital financial transactions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT IK Precision Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 190 responden dan pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner dan diuji dengan metode analisis data secara komputerisasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini terbukti dengan pengujian hipotesis yaitu : Uji T untuk menguji dengan membandingkan t hitung dengan t tabel atau dengan melihat kolom signifikan pada masing-masing t hitung. Sedangkan Uji F untuk menguji variabel bebas secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan atau tidak signifikan dengan variabel terikat. Uji T untuk variabel pelatihan kerja (X1) diperoleh t hitung =3,083 > t tabel yaitu 1,973 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar (0,002 < 0,05) dan untuk variabel disiplin kerja (X2) diperoleh t hitung 6,304 > t tabel yaitu 1,973 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar (0,000 < 0,05) maka Ho ditolak. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel pelatihan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Uji F pengujian hipotesis secara simultan diperoleh F hitung 46,855 > F tabel 3,04 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar (0,000 < 0,005) maka Ho ditolak. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel pelatihan kerja (X1) dan disiplin kerja (X2) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline on west Cikarang sub-district employees and work motivation on West Cikarang sub-district employees. The scope of this study is to test the influence of work discipline and work motivation on employees of the West Cikarang sub-district. Data collection techniques include observation, dissemination of questionnaires and literature studies. The type of research used is with a quantitative approach. The analytical methods to be used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis and hypothesis test. Sampling in this study used a saturated sample technique. The results showed that work motivation had a negative effect not significantly on employee performance while work discipline had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in West Cikarang sub-district.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion, product price and product quality on consumer buying interest in traditional tea shops in Cifest Walk, South Cikarang. The sample in this study were traditional tea shop consumers, as many as 100 respondents. Data collection includes observation, distributing questionnaires and literature study. The type of research used is quantitative. The analytical method used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the t-test research show the t-count value of 2.492 with a significance of 0.014, which means the first hypothesis is accepted and partially shows a positive and significant influence between promotions on consumer buying interest. The product price variable obtained the results of the t-test with a t-count value of 3.050 and a significance value of 0.003 which means that the second hypothesis is accepted and shows a positive and significant influence between product prices on consumer buying interest. The product quality variable obtained t test results with a tcount value of 3.036 and a significant value of 0.003 which means the third hypothesis is accepted and shows a positive and significant influence between product quality on consumer buying interest. And it can be concluded that 32.1% consumer buying interest is influenced by promotion variables, product prices, product quality, while the remaining 67.9% consumer buying interest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Appropriate human resources are very important requirement to create a competitive advantage for a company. The success or failure of company cannot be separated from organizational commitment. This study uses a non-probability sampling technique. The hypothesis analysis method used is multiple. Linear regression to prove the hypothesis that this research has met the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and then processed to get the regression equatoin. The results of the t-test research show that the t-count value is greater than t-table (8,173 > 1,692) with a significant value below 0.05, which is 0.000. Therefore, Ha is accepted, meaning that the work motivation variable partially has a significant effect on the organizational commitment variable. The job satisfaction variable obtained the result of the t-test with a t-count value greater than t-table (3,387 > 1,692) with a significant value below 0.05, that is 0.001, therefore it is accepted, meaning that the job satisfaction variable partially has a significant effect on organizational commitment and it can be said that motivation work and job satisfaction together have a significant effect on organizational commitment.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kabupaten Bekasi merupakan kabupaten yang mengalami musibah banjir pada Sabtu, 20 Februari 2021, musibah ini telah melanda 17 kecamatan dan 40 desa dengan ketinggian air antara 40 – 150 sentimeter. Hal ini disebabkan karena intensitas curah hujan yang tinggi, meluapnya beberapa aliran sungai sebagai akibat dari berkurangnya lahan hijau dan meningkatnya pembangunan. Dampak negatif pasca banjir adalah kotornya rumah warga akibat lumpur yang harus segera dibersihkan, beberapa kerugian material dan munculnya beberapa penyakit akibat banjir yaitu penyakit kulit dan diare. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ( PkM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bantuan pelayanan medis dan obat-obatan kepada warga yang terdampak banjir. Kegiatan PkM ini dibagi menjadi 3 tahap yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi. Hasil PkM menunjukkan sebanyak 12,18% warga yang berobat dengan keluhan penyakit kulit dan diare; batuk flu sebanyak 35,90%; darah tinggi sebanyak 11,54% ; diabetes, asam urat dan kolesterol sebanyak 27,56% dan lain-lain sebanyak 12,82%. Dampak positif dari PkM ini yaitu terlaksananya program pelayanan medis dan bantuan obat-obatan yang dapat membantu meringankan beban ekonomi warga dalam melakukan pengobatan gratis, kemudahan akses dan pelayanan yang baik dari petugas yang ramah.Abstract: Bekasi Regency is a district that experienced floods on Saturday, February 20, 2021, this disaster hit 17 sub-districts and 40 villages with air altitudes between 40-150 centimeters. This is due to high rainfall, excessive rainfall, multiple river flows as a result of reduced green land and development. negative post-flood are residents' houses due to mud that must be cleaned immediately, some material losses and the emergence of several diseases due to flooding, namely skin diseases and diarrhea. This community service activity (PKM) aims to provide medical services and medicines to residents in the form of floods. This PkM activity is divided into 3 stages, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. The results of the PkM show that as many as 12.18% of residents who seek treatment with complaints of skin diseases and diarrhea; cough flu as much as 35.90%; high blood pressure as much as 11.54%; diabetes, uric acid and cholesterol as much as 27.56% and others as much as 12.82%. The positive impact of this PkM is the implementation of a medical service program and medical assistance that can help ease the economic burden of residents in providing free treatment, easy access and good service from friendly officers.

Abstract

For a woman appearance and beauty is one of the most important things. Maybelline is one of the favorite beauty cosmetic brands for some women in Indonesia. There are many cosmetic competitors in Indonesia, but still Maybelline is still one of the best-selling beauty products traded in Indonesia. This study aims to determine, examine, and analyze how the influence of social media, quality and price on buying interest. This research was conducted on people who live in South Cikarang. With a total of 112 respondents. This study uses a quantitative approach and the data used are primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires conducted online. The method used in this study is the multiple linear regression method using the IBM SPSS version 23 software application. The results of this study indicate that: (1) social media has a positive effect on buying interest, (2) quality does not have a positive effect on buying interest, (3 ) Price also has a positive effect on the interest in buying Maybelline cosmetics in the people of South Cikarang.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang menentukan keberhasilan suatu organisasi. Di era globalisasi yang penuh dengan perubahan dan tantangan, karyawan dituntut untuk memiliki kemampuan belajar yang tinggi (learning agility) agar dapat beradaptasi dan menyesuaikan diri dengan perubahan tersebut. Self-efficacy dan locus of control merupakan dua faktor psikologis yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Efikasi diri adalah keyakinan seseorang bahwa dirinya mampu menyelesaikan suatu tugas atau mencapai tujuan tertentu. Locus of control adalah keyakinan seseorang tentang sumber kendali atas kejadian-kejadian dalam hidupnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran efikasi diri dan locus of control dalam mendorong ketangkasan belajar dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri secara langsung dan melalui kelincahan belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan industri. Sedangkan learning agility berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel locus of control secara langsung dan melalui learning agility berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
