Abstract

Makalah ini membahas upaya peningkatan kinerja program studi dengan menggunakan metode data envelopment analysis (DEA), tahap-tahap yang dilakukan yaitu mengukur kinerja masing-masing program studi (efisiensi input output) yang ada di Instutut Teknologi Nasional (Itenas) Bandung dengan data envelopment analysis (DEA), kemudian melakukan perangkingan dengan Cook and Kress untuk mengetahui program studi yang terbaik, setelah itu melakukan upaya peningkatan kinerja untuk program studi lain dengan menjadikan program studi terbaik menjadi acuan. Kata Kunci: Efisiensi, Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), Cook and Kress.   ABSTRACT This paper discusses about enhancement of courses performance by using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method, the stages which should be done are: measure the performanca of each (efficiency inputoutput)courses which is at  Institut Teknologi Nasional (Itenas) Bandung with data envelopment analysis (DEA), then do the sorting from the higher to the lower to know the best course, after that do the improvement efforts to those course by making the best course be the model.
