Abstract

Dampak dari pandemic Coronavirus Disease-2019 (COVID-19) salah satunya adalah kegiatan proses belajar dan mengajar yang dilakukan dengan secara Online. Pembelajaran secara daring bisa dilakukan dengan menggunakan piranti lunak masing masing. Smartphone, laptop, dan koneksi internet yang stabil menjadi hal yang sangat genting saat ini. Pembelajaran secara daring juga mengakibatkan proses belajar yang dialami mahasiswa menjadi kurang efektif dan efisien dikarenakan berbagai hal seperti perangkat yang kurang mendukung, koneksi internet yang kurang memadai khususnya di daerah perkampungan serta proses mengajar memaksa dosen dan mahasiswa harus belajar serba terdigitalisai. Hal ini juga tentu dirasakan mahasiswa pada Universitas Budi Darma. Naïve Bayes merupakan teknik prediksi berbasis probabilistik sederhana yang berdasar pada aturan bayes dengan asumsi independensi yang kuat. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah studi literatur yaitu mengumpulkan sampel data berupa keluhan atau aduan mahasiswa dalam bentuk kuesioner. Berdasarkan Hasil dari pengujian dengan menggunakan 97 responden training serta 12 responden testing menampilkan akurasi sebesar 83,33%. prediksi puas dan kenyataannya benar puas adalah 8 responden. Jumlah prediksi Tidak Puas dan kenyataannya benar puas adalah 0 responden. Jumlah prediksi Puas dan kenyataannya benar tidak puas adalah 2 responden. Jumlah prediksi puas dan kenyataannya benar tidak puas adalah 2 responden. Pada prediksi tidak puas class precision mempunyai nilai 50% sebaliknya prediksi puas mempunyai 100% serta class recall pada true tidak puas mempunyai nilai 50% sebaliknya class recall pada true puas mempunyai 100%.

Abstract

In order to improve the quality and quality of learning in educational institutions, technological developments are needed in achieving that goal. Especially during the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, which requires teaching and learning activities to be carried out online. SMP IT Al-Munadi, which is an educational institution under the auspices of the Al-Munadi Waqf Foundation, tries to take advantage of technological developments so that the learning process takes place effectively, especially in the implementation of exams. Manual exams were not allowed during the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. In addition, manual exams have many obstacles such as the possibility of cheating by students when answering exams and requiring additional time for teaching staff to check student exam results. The use of instructional media is an alternative to these problems, where using a learning media application can change the exam process manually to online. Therefore, the community service carried out by the team is conducting training on the use of learning media as a means of online examinations.Keywords: Usage, Media, Learning, Exam, Online

Abstract

Government agencies, of course, have honorary staff. The honorary staff in its development aims to assist the performance of Civil Servants (PNS) where civil servants are already overwhelmed in carrying out the functions of the local government, one of which is in public services. Civil servants and honorary staff have an important role for the community in providing maximum public services, especially in the Deli Serdang Regency Education Office. In the process of realizing these services, the Education Office analyzes the performance of the honorary staff. The scopes to be analyzed include attendance, work discipline, cooperation, public services and other supporting factors. In the assessment process, an effective system is needed to see the results of the performance of the honorary staff, so a Decision Support System is needed to see these results. In this study the author uses a Decision Support System for Performance Analysis of Honorary Personnel at the Education Office of Deli Serdang Regency by applying the Weighted Product (WP) method. In this study, the authors also ranked the sample of honorary workers through the criteria listed to determine honorary workers who are entitled to an extension of their tenure.

Abstract

Covid-19 yaitu suatu penyakit yang menyerang sistem pernapasan manusia dan dapat menular dengan mudah. Sumatera Utara salah satu daerah yang dilanda pandemi Covid-19. Melalui Gugus Tugas Percepatan dan Penanganan Covid-19 provinsi Sumatera Utara telah melakukan berbagai upaya untuk pencegahan penyebaran Covid-19 seperti belajar dan ibadah dirumah, himbauan pakai masker dan lain sebagainya. Untuk mempermudah identifikasi penyebaran Covid-19 Tim Gugus membagi zona penyebaran Covid-19 berdasarkan jumlah kasus positif. pembagian zona dengan menggunakan satu variabel yaitu positif menyebabkan penanganan Covid-19 tidak maksimal karena hanya terkonsentrasi pada zona dengan kasus positif yang terbanyak sedangkan potensi penyebaran bukan hanya dari kasus positif. Oleh karene itu, dibutuhkan teknik yang lain dapat mengelompokkan / cluster zona penyebaran Covid-19. Salah satu teknik yang sesuai untuk pengelompokkan / cluster yaitu algoritma clustering K-Medoids. Hasil dari implementasi algoritma Algoritma K-Medoids yaitu cluster zona penyebaran Covid-19 di Sumatera Utara dibagi dalam 3(tiga) Cluster yaitu cluster 1, cluster 2 dan cluster 3. Cluster 1 identik dengan zona merah, Cluster 2 identik dengan zona kuning dan cluster 3 identik dengan zona hijau. Abstract Covid-19 is a disease that attacks the human respiratory system and can be transmitted easily. North Sumatra is one of the areas hit by the Covid-19 pandemic. Through the Task Force for the Acceleration and Handling of Covid-19, the province of North Sumatra has made various efforts to prevent the spread of Covid-19, such as studying and worship at home, appealing to wear masks and so on. To make it easier to identify the spread of Covid-19, the Cluster Team divides the Covid-19 spread zones based on the number of positive cases. zoning by using one variable, namely positive, causes the handling of Covid-19 to be not optimal because it is only concentrated in the zone with the most positive cases, while the potential for spread is not only from positive cases. Therefore, another technique is needed to group / cluster the Covid-19 spread zones. One technique that is suitable for grouping / clustering is the K-Medoids clustering algorithm. The results of the implementation of the K-Medoids Algorithm algorithm, namely the Covid-19 spread zone cluster in North Sumatra is divided into 3 (three) clusters, namely cluster 1, cluster 2 and cluster 3. Cluster 1 is identical to the red zone, Cluster 2 is identical to the yellow zone and cluster 3 is identical to the green zone

Abstract

In improving the quality and quality of learning in educational institutions, technological development is needed in achieving that goal. Especially in the Lower STM 1 High School at the moment trying to take advantage of technological developments to meet the expected goals. Manual exams conducted at SMA Negeri 1 STM Hilir have many obstacles such as the possibility of fraud committed by students when answering exams and require additional time for the teaching staff to check students' test results. Kahoot is a learning media application, where by using kahoot the manual examination process can be changed to online. Therefore, community service conducted by the team is to conduct training in the use of the Kahoot application instead of a manual exam.

Abstract

SMKS Prayatna 1 Medan is one of the senior high schools located in Medan that provides various educational support facilities for its students. However, along with the spread of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) which makes some countries set policies to impose lockdowns, such as in Indonesia doing Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) policies. Local governments decided to implement policies to engage students and began implementing learning methods with online systems. Some schools are not ready for online learning systems, which require learning media such as mobile phones, laptops or computers as experienced by SMKS Prayatna 1 Medan. It also has an impact on teachers are required to be able to design learning media as an innovation by utilizing online media, one of which is when the implementation of the exam. So , online media technology is needed that can accommodate the implementation of school exams at SMKS Prayatna 1 Medan. One application that can be used as a means of learning is Google Form. Google Form is a free feature from Google that can be used for the creation of online exam forms with various problem modes from multiple choices and essays. It is expected that through training in the use of Google Form as an online exam medium is expected to be a solution to overcome the difficulty of carrying out online exams at SMKS Prayatna 1 Medan. through training in utilizing Google Form as an online exam media is expected to be a solution to overcome the difficulty of conducting online exams at SMKS Prayatna 1 Medan

Abstract

A trainer is someone whose job it is to prepare physically and mentally for sportsmen and groups of sportsmen. Some trainers are former athletes. Coaches organize tactics, strategies, physical training and provide moral support to athletes. Therefore, a proper Decision Support System is needed so that the determination of the trainer becomes more optimal and precise. The use of promethee is one solution that can determine and generate decisions from several alternatives. the main problem is simplicity, clarity and stability. It is hoped that to overcome this, a decision support system for selecting the best coach in Dispora will be built using the Promethee method which will be designed using Visual Basic 2008 and using Microsoft Access 2007. In the Visual Basic design, the calculation and ranking process will be generated.Keywords: Decision Support Systems, Coach, Promethee.

Abstract

Current technological developments are increasingly advanced which also have an impact on communication lines. The development is based on the emergence of the internet, through the internet, many things have been done, one of which is the exchange of information. However, this development creates new problems, namely due to the relatively large size so that it requires storage media to accommodate all the data received. From these problems, a technique was found in order to solve all the problems previously found. The technique is called the compression technique. is the process of converting the original (raw) data into another data stream with a different format that has a smaller size or the process of converting a set of data into coded form in order to save storage space. In this case, what I use in compression is the Gopala-Hemachandra Code 2 (GH-2 (n)) algorithm for compressing audio files. So from this research we will get what percentage of the data before the compression process is carried out with those that have been demcompressed. Abstract

An athlete must have good knowledge, skills, personality and discipline in following the coaching or the ongoing race or competition. The problem in the selection of athletes for the Student Education and Training Center (PPLP) is that they are not objective enough. The decision-making technique in the SMARTER (Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Ranks) method is based on the theory that each alternative consists of a number of criteria that have values and each criterion has a weight that describes how important it is compared to other criteria. It is hoped that to overcome this, a decision support system for the selection of athletes in the Student Education and Training Center (PPLP) will be built using the Smarter method at the Office of Youth and Sports (DISPORA) North Sumatra Province which will be designed using Visual Basic 2008 and using Microsoft Access 2007. The Visual Basic design will produce a calculation and ranking process.Keywords: Decision Support System, Athlete, Smarter.
