Abstract

Proses belajar dan mengajar secara langsung di dalam ruangan kelas, beralih menjadi distance learning atau belajar jarak jauh sebagai aksi antisipatif meluasanya penyebaran COVID-19 antara siswa dan guru. Penyesuaian proses belajar mengajar di era pandemi juga menjadi perhatian penting bagi para guru sebgai ujung tombak pelaksana pendidikan di sekolah. Hal ini menjadi perhatian penting bagi semua pihak untuk bertanggung jawab menghidupkan semangat belajar yang efektif bagi siswa, baik guru, orangtua, dosen, mahasiswa dan seluruh elemen masyarakat harus mengambil peranan dalam menyumbangkan ide, kretifitas, ilmu untuk bersama meningkatkan efektifitas belajar mengajar di masa pandemi ini.Presentasi dipilih untuk menyampaikan konsep-konsep yang penting oleh para peserta latihan. Metode ini didukung dengan presentasi oleh para dosen dengan menapilkan display teori dan materi yang sesuai dengan kegiatan pelatihan. Demonstrasi dipilih untuk menunjukkan proses kerja pemanfaatan teknologi aplikasi google classroom dan video mp4 dalam proses pengajaran speaking dan pengiriman tugas yang nantinya para guru akan meneruskan sosialisasi pemanfaatan teknologi dan aplikasi ini kepada para siswa. Keragaman guru bidang studi yang hadir sangat membuat suasana pelatihan hidup, karena peserta pelatihan yang berpartsipasi tidak hanya guru bidng studi bahasa Inggris saja, akan tetapi guru bidang studi lain yang memiliki tugas praktikum terlihat cukup antusias untuk mengikuti pelatihan ini. Pelatihan berlangsung dengan porsi praktik yang cukup besar, sehingga guru-guru bidang studi mempelajari beberapa fitur pengiriman tugas lainnya lewat google classroom dengan mempelajari cara pengiriman tugas lewat dokumen video, link, maupun dokumen yang tersimpan di google drive.Mengingat banyaknya fitur, platform, aplikasi, multimedia yang tersedia saat ini untuk mendukung kegiatan belajar mengajar, maka perlu adanya penambahan waktu pelatihan agar para peserta mampu memanfaatkan berbagai macam teknologi aplikasi dan multimedia sesuai dengan tingkat kebutuhan dan bidang studi yang diajarkan oleh para peserta yang terdiri dari guru-guru SMK.

Abstract

Pembelajaran merupakan salah satu bentuk proses interaksi peserta didik dengan pendidikan dan sumber belajar di dalam suatu lingkungan pembelajaran. Tanpa adanya sumber belajar proses pembelajaran tidak berlangsung secara efektif, sumber belajar itu bisa berupa daya, data, orang, dan lingkungan serta wujud tertentu yang digunakan untuk mendukung proses terjadinya pembelajaran. Namun, sesuai observasi di sekolah SMP IT Al-Munadi, masih banyak pendidik kurang mampu dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar, apalagi bahan ajar yang interaktif. Maka dari itu, dilaksanakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di SMP IT Al-Munadi. Materi pengabdian kepada masyarakat juga disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pihak sekolah SMP IT Al-Munadi Medan untuk meningkatkan SDM dan kesadaran sosial bagi pendidik. Selanjutnya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat diharapkan dapat berperan di dalam meningkatkan SDM Guru di sekolah SMP IT Al-Munadi Medan. Pelatihan pengembangan bahan ajar interaktif melalui pembelajaran daring yang telah dilaksanakan di SMP IT Al-Munadi dapat membantu pihak sekolah dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar interaktif yang digunakan di dalam proses pembelajaran secara daring dengan lebih mudah dan efektif.

Abstract

Desa Dagang Kerawan salah satu desa yang terletak dikecamatan Tanjung Morawa Kabupaten Deli Serdang Propinsi Sumatera Utara. Aktifitas pegawai desa sehari-hari dan juga pelayanan kepada masyarakat sudah menggunakan komputer, hanya saja penggunaan komputer belum dioptimalkan seperti komputer untuk akses internet berbeda dengan komputer yang digunakan untuk membuat dan mencetak dokumen, sehingga untuk membuat dan mencetak dokumen saja membutuhkan membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan media lain. Hal tersebut dikarenakan pegawai desa masih menggunakan komputer hanya sebatas pengoperasian dasar. Oleh karena itu, sangat diperlukan konfigurasi sharing internet dan sharing printer untuk mempermudah pekerjaan pegawai desa. Selain itu, kegiatan pengabdian tersebut memberikan pelatihan kepada pegawai desa untuk mengetahui sharing internet dan sharing printer sehingga jika terjadi suatu saat troubleshooting dapat ditangani sendiri oleh pegawai desa.

Abstract

Video files have a large size that affects the storage space and the delivery process. This size is a factor in how much storage space will be used and how long it will take to send files. The longer the video file, the larger the size can be overcome by doing the compression process. Compression is done to reduce the size of a file. The compression algorithm that can be used is the start step stop code algorithm. The advantage of the start step stop code algorithm is that it first determines the value of n = 0, then determines the value of a = start + nx stop, then the subset starting with n will be preceded by the number '1' and followed by the insertion of '0' followed by a combination of bits. a.

Abstract

The election of the branch head is prioritized to support the performance process and the continuous control process so in the election must have criteria that are able to give the right decision the criteria in question are education, experience, absenteeism and responsibility. Election of branch heads at PT. Cefa Indonesia Prosperous Lestari is carried out by receiving files from the company secretary's report, then an assessment is made based on predetermined criteria. The author chose the MABAC method (MULTI ATTRIBUTIVE BORDER APPROXIMATION AREA COMPARISON). used to analyze different alternatives and estimate alternatives according to their level of ultility where the values of the attributes are expressed in intervals to increase efficiency and improve accuracy in the decision making process.

Abstract

Adiwiyata is one of the Ministry of Environment's programs within a framework supported by school knowledge and awareness in environmental preservation and sustainable development efforts. Therefore, appreciation is needed for Adiwiyata schools in order to provide motivation and improve performance. The determination of the North Sumatra adiwiyata award recipient still uses a manual system and requires quite a long time. Based on these problems, we need a system that supports the decision (SPK) that allows you to receive recipients of adiwiyata awards using existing criteria. One method that can be used is Elimination Et Choix Traduisant la Realite (ELECTRE). This method can solve the type of problem in making decisions with alternatives and criteria that have been given the weight of research using ELECTRE to produce the lowest ranking ranking or highest ranking. Abstract

Abstrak−Kasi (Kepala Seksi) pada suatu pemerintahan desa merupakan unsur pelaksana operasional pemerintahan yang dipimpin seorang kepala seksi. Peran kasi sangatlah dibutuhkan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pemerintahan desa. Dalam penentuan Kasi terbaik haruslah memenuhi beberapa kriteria seperti Lama Bekerja, Pengabdian Masyarakat, Loyalitas Kerja, Usia dan Pendidikan Terakhir. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan suatu Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut menggunakan metode Operational Competitiveness Rating Analysis (OCRA) untuk memperoleh data-data yang dibutuhkan dalam menentukan kriteria Kasi terbaik. Sehingga dalam penelitian penentuan Kasi terbaik ini, menghasilkan alternatif A5 dengan nilai 1.347 sebagai alternatif terbaik. Kata Kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan; Kasi; Metode OCRA Abstract−Kasi (Section Head) in a village government is an element of implementing government operations led by a section head. The role of the cation is very much needed in improving the quality of village governance. In determining the best Kasi must meet several criteria such as Length of Work, Community Service, Work Royality, Age and Last Education. Therefore, a Decision Support System (DSS) is needed to overcome this problem using Operational Competitiveness Rating Analysis (OCRA) to obtain the data needed to determine the best Kasi criteria. Abstract

Young Lecturers are lecturers who have a relatively new tenure compared to lecturers who have served more than 10 (ten years) at a university. Assessment of the performance of young lecturers at universities is very necessary, it aims to get an assessment of the performance achievements of the tri dharma of higher education that have been passed in several years. In order for the assessment of performance achievements to be more effective, a method is needed in generating decisions. In this study, an analysis of the combination of the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) and Rank Order Centroid (ROC) methods was carried out with the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method. The WASPAS method is a ranking method that requires weights. For this reason, the ROC method is used to generate weight values. While the PSI method is a PSI method that is used to rank without the need for a weight value for each attribute. The results showed that alternative A1 is the best alternative with the highest performance with a value of 0.323 (WASPAS+ROC method) and a value of 2.016 (PSI method).

Abstract

Attendance is one of the most important repetitive transactions because it is related to the productivity of employees and employees and is one of the controlling indicators Human resources (HR) which aim to increase the potential of human resources as well used in the framework of efficiency. Current technological developments allow making a system that can assist humans in recognizing a digital image. One of them, a field that is currently being developed is pattern recognition. This technology identifies the special physical characteristics of a person. An example of pattern recognition is an example of face recognition, iris recognition, fingerprint recognition (finger recognition), and others. The face is part of the human body to be the focus of attention in social interactions. The face has a very important role that can show someone's identity; therefore a face can be used as a part of the human body that is used as an indication of knowing someone or face recognition. Attendance is an administrative act regarding attendance and absence attendance of employees. In this facial recognition, research uses a camera to capturing someone's face was then compared to the face that had previously been stored in a specific database. Broadly speaking, the process of facial recognition is the webcam camera captures the face. Then we get an R (read) value, G (Green), B (Blue). Using pre-processing, cropped, RGB to grayscale. After the Grayscale process is carried out, the face processing stage is carried out using the eigenface method. In this eigenface method, there are several core stages namely: converting faces to matrices, calculating Flat Vector averages, determining values eigenface, and perform the face identification process by looking for the eigenface value approaching. One of the ways of facial recognition can be developed into an application absence that can be applied in companies to prevent manipulation of absences by employees or employees.

Abstract

The selection of workshop heads requires an interactive computer-based system that helps decision makers to use data and various models in solving structured problems. One of the selections for the Head of the Workshop is the Decision Support System. Decision Support System is an interactive information system that provides information, modeling and manipulating data. There are many methods used in making decisions in every important data in the form of the number of units per year, the number of services per year, the number of sales of spare parts per year, years of service and discipline, one of which is the AHP and WSM method. AHP is a functional hierarchy with human perceptual input, WSM is a general model, it has been used for different applications such as robotics, processors, and others. The AHP method is used to find the criteria for selecting the best workshop head and the WSM method is used to find the final result of the selection of the workshop head. The results show that the best workshop heads will get rewards in the form of traveling abroad with their families. Thus, the results of the designed system will assist the Company in conducting the selection process for the best workshop heads. however, the calculation only produces the largest value which will be selected as the best alternative
