Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the utilization of collections in the library SMA Negeri 4 Denpasar. The method used in this study which is descriptive quantitative with the population is all students active library users of SMA Negeri 4 Denpasar, with the number of members of the library is 1000 people. while to determine the sample in this study taken a number of 100 respondents using slovin formula with percentage error of 10%. sampling using probability method by using simple random sampling technique.The results showed that the use of library collections SMA Negeri 4 Denpasar has met and in accordance with the needs of its users. the utilization of library collections occurs due to several factors that drive internal and external factors. collection in the library SMA Negeri 4 Denpasar is good so it can support the needs of users in the field of education. Abstract

The research type used is explanatory research with quantitative approach. Samples taken 114 customers which is determined by purposive sampling technique. Data collecion method use are questionnaires. The statistical analysis used are descriptive analysis and inferential analysis consisting of path analysis with SPSS 20.0 version. Based on the path result showed that eWOM has a significant and positif effect of Brand Image with beta coefficients 0,615, arithmetic t 8,244, and probability 0,000 (p<0,05), eWOM has a significant and positif effect of Purchase Decision with beta coefficients 0,635, arithmetic t 8,704, and probability 0,000 (p<0,05), eWOM has a significant and positif effect of Brand Trust with beta coefficients 0,734 arithmetic t 11,432, and probability 0,000 (p<0,05), Brand Image has a significant and positif effect of Purchase Decision with beta coefficients 0,727, arithmetic t 11,210, and probability 0,000 (p<0,05), and Brand Trust has a significant and positif effect of Purchase Decision with beta coefficients 0,729, arithmetic t 11,282, and probability 0,000 (p<0,05). Kеywords: EWOM, Brand Image, Brand Trust, Purchase Decision АBSTRАK Jenis penelitian yang digunaksan pada penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 114 responden yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial yang terdiri dari analisis jalur path dengan SPSS versi 20.0 Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variable (1) eWOM memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap  Brand Image dengan nilai koefisien beta sebesar 0,615 dengan thitung sebesar 8,244 dan probabilitas sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05). (2) variabel eWOM memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan nilai koefisien beta sebesar 0,635 dan thitung sebesar 8,704 dan probabilitas sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05). (3) variabel eWOM memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Brand Trust dengan nilai koefisien beta sebesar 0,734 dan thitung sebesar 11,423 dan probabilitas sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05). (4) variabel Brand Image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan  nilai koefisien beta sebesar 0,727, thitung sebesar 11,210 dan probabilitas sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05). Abstract

The purpose of this research is  to examine the effect of audit risk(inherent risk, control risk, and detection risk) to audit fees. Respondens  in thisresearch were auditors who work in public accounting firms in Malang,Surabaya, and Jakarta. Based on purposive sampling method, the total sample inthis  research was 104 respondents from public    accounting firms in Malang, Surabaya, and Jakarta. Hypothesis in this research used multiple regression analysis.The results of this research indicate that inherent risk and control risk partially doesn’t have  significant effect on determining audit fees, and detection risk partially doesn’t have  significant effect on determining audit fees. But inherent risk, control risk, and detection risksimultaneously show positive and significant effect on determining audit fees

Abstract

Latar belakang: Menurut Penelitian UNFPA dan BKKBN di Yogyakarta tahun 1999, ditemukan bahwa responden wanita berusia 57 tahun dari latar belakang yang berbeda menyatakan, sudah tidak mau lagi melayani kebutuhan biologis suaminya, dan secara sukarela memperbolehkan suaminya untuk berselingkuh.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan aktivitas seksual lansia di Dusun Saragan, Pandowoharjo, Sleman.Metodologi: Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian di Dusun Saragan, Pandowoharjo, Sleman. Waktu penelitian bulan Mei s.d. Juni 2014. Subyek penelitian adalah lansia yang berusia lebih dari 60 tahun. Informan dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 7 orang, 4 orang lansia perempuan dan 3 lansia laki-laki. Peneliti meneliti perilaku, sikap, norma subjektif dan niat lansia tentang aktivitas seksual. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam.Hasil: Didapatkan hasil bahwa seluruh informan perempuan masih melakukan aktifitas ciuman, berpelukan, dan hubungan seks dengan pasangannya. Sedangkan seluruh informan laki-laki menyatakan sudah tidak melakukan aktifitas seksual apapun. Separuh informan perempuan memiliki sikap positif terhadap aktivitas seksual sedangkan seluruh informan laki-laki memiliki sikap negatif terhadap aktivitas seksual. Informan menyatakan tentang aktivitas seksual mereka dipengaruhi oleh peran pasangan, peran keluarga, mitos tentang timbulnya tumor pada lansia, dan penyuluhan. Seluruh informan perempuan memiliki niat untuk melakukan aktivitas seksual sedangkan seluruh informan laki-laki tidak memiliki niat untuk melakukan aktivitas seksual.Simpulan: Seluruh informan perempuan masih melakukan aktivitas seksual seperti berciuman, berpelukan, danhubungan seks,sedangkan informan laki-laki sudah tidak melakukan aktivitas seksual apapun.ABSTRACTBackground: According to UNFPA research and BKKBN in Yogyakarta in 1999, it discovered that woman respon- dent in the range of age 59 years old with different background, said that they won’t make sex with their husband and let them to have affair.Objective: This research was taken to describe the sexual activity for the overage in Saragan, Pandowoharjo, Sle- man.Methode: It used qualitative method with the kind of research was descriptive research. It took place in Saragan, Pandowoharjo Sleman on May until June 2014. The research subject was the old people of the range of age was up to 60 years old. The informan in this research are 7 old people, 4 women and 3 men. The researcher took research based on behavior, attitude, subjevtive norm and the intention of the old people about sexual activity. The data was collected by using in-depth interview.Result: The result of the research showed that the woman respondent were still doing kiss, hug, and have sex. And all the man respondent hadn’t done sex anymore. Half of the woman respondents had positive attitude about sexual activity but all of the man respondents have negative attitude to activity sexual. All of the respondent point of view were influenced by their couple, family, myth about the tumors, and workshop. All of women respondent had the intention of making sex and the man respondent hadn’t it.Conclusion: All the woman respondents were still doing kiss, hug, and have sex. And the man respondent hadn’t done sexual activity anymore.

Abstract

ABSTRACKThe purpose of this study is to examine: 1) The influence of the taxpayers' awareness of individual taxpayer compliance. 2) The influence of the service of tax authorities on taxpayer compliance of individual taxpayers. 3) The influence of tax amnesty on individual taxpayer compliance. This research is descriptive research with quantitative approach with primary data. The population of this study is individual taxpayers of non-employee which are registered in tax service office Pratama Malang Selatan. Determination of the sample is done by incidental sampling method, with total of respondents of 100 taxpayers and method of data collection using questionnaires.Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that : 1) Taxpayer awareness has a significant positive impact on non-employee taxpayer compliance. 2) Fiscal services have a significant positive impact on non-employee taxpayer compliance. 3) Tax amnesty has a significant positive impact on non-employee taxpayer compliance. Keywords: Tax compliance, The taxpayer awareness, The service tax authorities and Tax Amnesty and Non-Employee Individual Taxpayers.
