Abstract

The combination of technology and art makes photography a complex work of art and a media of images that also gives meaning and message. The work of photography comes from certain creative concepts rooted in basic ideas, which then appear in a photoshoot. Bali prewedding style photo as a form of photographer's creativity, because in the process requires high creativity. The process of photography combining ideas and objects of photographs and photographers can be intertwined perfectly to produce the best photos. This study uses qualitative methods, supported by several theories to dissect the purpose of research, namely the theory of forms to dissect aspects of Balinese style prewedding photo forms, aesthetic theories to dissect aesthetic concepts, function theory to dissect function aspects, and semiotic theory to dissect meaning in photographs Balinese style prewedding. The results obtained, namely, the form of ideas in making prewedding photos based on ideas is a form of photo prewedding with Balinese architecture background. The Balinese style prewedding photo process is based on the social life of the people and the form of Balinese style prewedding based on Balinese style fashion.

Abstract

Sepeda onthel tetap langgeng dikalangan tertentu di tengah gempuran produksi berbagai macam sepeda modern. Bentuk klasik dari sepeda onthel menarik untuk dijadikan karya fotografi still life dengan lokasi pemotretan di kota Heritage Denpasar Bali. Untuk mengetahui cara memvisualisasikan serta teknik yang digunakan dalam proses penciptaan karya sepeda onthel dalam fotografi still life dengan tonal warna sepia. Penciptaan karya fotografi ini berawal dari melakukan observasi lapangan, ekplorasi dan eksperimen dalam melakukan pemotretan. Dari hasil pemotretan dilanjutkan dengan proses pemilihan foto terbaik, dan tahap akhir dilakukan proses editing tonal sepia dan pencetakan karya. Selain itu penulis juga menggunakan adanya teori estetika untuk membantu proses pembuatan karya sepeda onthel. Dalam penciptaan karya ini penulis dapat menarik kesimpulan untuk mengetahui visualisasi sepeda onthel serta teknik-teknik yang digunakan. Melalui karya fotografi still life mengenai sepeda onthel dalam fotografi still life dengan tonal warna sepia ini diharapkan kepada masyarakat mengenal dan melestarikan sepeda kuno ini sedangkan kendala saat pemotretan adalah Pandemic Covid 19 yang menghambat kebebasan dalam eksplorasi lapangan.

Abstract

Jember Regency is a regency located in the province of East Java, Indonesia. Jember Regency is rich in reliable tourism objects and has great opportunities to be developed in the future. There are various natural attractions that save many small paradises that are still not widely known to the public. The creation of this work aims to introduce tourist objects to the wider community in Jember Regency in Landscape photography works. In making this Landscape photography work, the creator has the opportunity to know more and introduce various tourism places in Jember Regency to the wider community. The emergence of the idea started from the creator who likes to take landscape photos where landscape photos are divided into various kinds and the creator was born in the city of Jember, so the creator wants to learn more about landscape photography and introduce tourist objects to the wider community in Jember Regency in the work of Landscape photography. The creator uses the method of exploration, observation and literature study in order to get maximum results. After doing these three methods, the creator took pictures of various tourist objects in the city of Jember. These tourist objects consist of Papuma Beach in Lojejer Village, Payangan Beach and Teluk Love in Sumberrejo Village, Tea Gambir Gardens in Sumberbaru Village, Damar Wulan Waterfall in Ledokombo Village, Sucopangepok Rice Fields. View of Sucopangepok Village and SJ88 in Sucopangepok Village, Tobacco House in Mumbulsari Village, Dan Rejo Dam in Tempurejo Village and still some tourist attractions in Jember. Abstract

Palm sugar is sugar made from sap or palm tree juice. Most people prefer palm sugar because it is considered more fragrant, tasty and clean. Pedawa Village is a village that still maintains the tradition of making palm sugar known as "Ngelebengang". Palm sugar made by the people of Pedawa Village has clean characteristics, a sweet taste and quite strong resistance to hot temperatures which is the result of the unique process of making sugar by using facilities such as waluh, dadap wood and mangosteen leaves. This uniqueness gives the idea to make Pedawa Village palm sugar as an object in making story photography work with the aim of visualizing the process of making Pedawa Village palm sugar into photographic media in order to provide additional insight for writers and increase knowledge about the Ngelebengang process for the community. The creator applies the observation method regarding palm sugar in Pedawa Village by collecting data through website sources, journals and books and conducting direct interviews. In addition, the creator also uses EDFAT theory and aesthetic theory in the process of creating photo works. After the shooting process, the best photo selection stage is carried out which is continued to the image processing stage to the final stage of the creation process, namely the exhibition. As a result of the creation of this final project, the creator gets 15 pictures from visualization of the Ngelebengang tradition through a series of activities that have existed for generations in Pedawa Village to maintain ancestral traditions. In the process of shooting, the creator applies several photography techniques, including stop action, framing and the application of lighting exposure through the use of an external flash. Abstract

Tari Jauk Manis is a dance that symbolizes the figure of a king who was wandering and have unique movement, authoritative and meek. Beginning to pull the creators took the theme of the dance Jauk Manis this because the movement is a unique and interesting to be recorded through the medium of photography, the Purpose of this creation is to visualize the movement Tari Jauk Manis to in photographic expression with the technique of Strobe Light into a work that is unique and interesting as well as to know the different kinds of movement in dance Jauk Manis.Tari Jauk Manis have a costume like a Line dance, just dance Jauk Manis use the mask which are white, topknot (king's crown), and gloves with long nails. Complete clothing used in the staging tari Jauk Manis namely trousers white, stewel, kamben white, clothes, srimping, kris, awiran, lamak, badong, topknot, and the mask is colored white. Creator through the method of observation as well as conducting interviews of motion Dance Jauk Manis, then continued the process of shooting to the location. With the Technique of Strobe Light used in the photo shoot Tari Jauk Manis, From the results of the photoshoot done the photo selection and proceed to the next stage until the end to the process of creation of an exhibition and a presentation. To visualize the Motion Tari Jauk Manis in photographic expression with the technique of Strobe Light is a very unique and interesting creators have to do observation direct observation to determine the movement of what is commonly used in the use of the Technique Strobe Light. The movement on the dance Jauk Manis this is 22 the movement of the selected creator of the 15 parts of the movement that made the photo with the Technique of Strobe Light. Abstract

This project is entitled "Visualization of body shaming in Expression Photography" in which the author discusses the impact that polemics can have on society. The negative effects of physical bullying, such as body shaming, on a person's mental health, including an overall loss of confidence and self-esteem. body shaming acts are performed with intentional elements, both verbally and non-verbally, such as on social media especially Instagram. The initial concept was developed into an Independent Study/Project using expression photos, its creation involves several stages, including exploration, experimentation, forming, and finishing, with the use of theories that relate to body shaming, expression photography theory, and semiotic theory. Several expressive photographs depict the feelings experienced by victims of body shaming and the body parts that are objects of humiliation as a result of this Study/Project Independent. These works are entitled as Desperate, Fracture and Impenetrable. This project was conceived as a means of creating awareness of poor and incorrect behaviour so that people would not commit acts of verbal bullying that led to body shaming. Abstract

Yayasan Janahita Mandala Ubud didirikan oleh Bapak Drs. Tjokorda Gde Putra Sukawati dan Bapak Prof. Dr. Ir. Tjokorda Oka Artha Ardhana Sukawati, M.Si pada penghujung tahun 2020. Dalam usaha melestarikan, memajukan serta menguatkan kembali nilai-nilai kearifan lokal yang bernafaskan Kebudayaan Bali. Kegiatan Sarasastra dalam Fotografi Dokumenter memuat tentang dokumentasi dalam rangkaian kegiatan Acara Sarasastra Tahun 2021 dalam melakukan dokumentasi pembuatan foto menerapkan teknik – teknik dalam fotografi. Dokumentasi kegiatan Acara Sarasastra Tahun 2021 untuk mempelajari lebih lanjut tentang Sarasastra dalam upaya mengemas Program ini kedalam bidang Fotografi, sehingga dapat dinikmati atau dilihat secara visual tanpa merekayasa kejadian agar masyarakat tetap dapat menikmati keaslian dari tiap proses rangkaian acara Sarasastra. Pengumpulan data dengan melakukan metode wawancara dan observasi langusng yang berkaitan dengan Sarasastra Tahun 2021 agar memperoleh data yag relevan. Proses memvisualisasikan kegiatan Sarasastra ke dalam fotografi dokumenter dengan melakukan pendokumentasian setiap rangkaian kegiatan yang berlangsung selama acara dengan menerapkan teknik fotografi agar foto yang dihasilkan terlihat menarik dan infprmatif kepada masyarakat. Abstract

Fotografi dokumenter adalah bagian dari jurnalistik, dalam pembuatan karya tersebut, penulis akan melakukan beberapa penggabungan yang meliputi teknik, pencahayaan, angle yang pas, dan beberapa hal yang lainnya terkait dalam bidang fotografi. Pada awalnya penulis diberikan tugas oleh PT. Naradha TV/Bali Post untuk melakukan pemotretan di Taman Hutan Raya Ngurah Rai (Tahura) yang kemudian akan dimuat kedalam pemberitaan. Dari sanalah penulis muncul ide untuk mengangkat tema ini sebagai tugas akhir. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan magang/praktik kerja di PT. Naradha TV/Bali Post dibimbing langsung oleh pimpinan redaksi dan salah satu wartawan foto yang menjadi peran pembimbing fasilitator dibidang akademik untuk memastikan penulis bahwasannya telah melaksanakan kegiatan magang sesuai dengan prosedur dan peraturan yang ditetapkan. Taman Hutan Raya Ngurah Rai memiliki luas 1.373 ha dengan panjang track 1.5 Km. Memiliki koleksi sebanyak 19 jenis tumbuhan bakau yang terdiri dari 12 jenis mangrove sejati dan 7 asosiasi mangrove. Terdapat juga 66 jenis burung. Burung-burung tersebut mayoritas adalah burung air. Selain dari burung, yang sering dijumpai disana adalah spesies dari jenis reptil serta amfibi. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pembuatan karya foto yang berjudul Eksistensi Taman Hutan Raya Ngurah Rai Dalam Fotografi Dokumenter adalah teknik-teknik yang didapat pada saat kegiatan pembelajaran di instansi dan di tempat magang/praktik kerja. Teknik-teknik tersebut meliputi sudut pengambilan gambar, seperti Eye level, Frog Eye, dan High Angle, ada juga teknik zooming. Selain itu, komposisi yang tepat juga digunakan dalam pembuatan karya ini sebagai tunjangan untuk keberhasilan dalam berkarya.

Abstract

The author visualizes cosmetic products into commercial photos. Commercial photos are photos that have a selling value and commercial photography is made according to commercial purposes, for example for advertisements of a product, for posters, or others. The concept raised by the author composes the Natural Creative theme that utilizes creative ideas from the author in order to produce interesting photos by utilizing natural concepts through light, color, and the technique of taking each photo. In this work, there are several applications of concepts, accessories and lighting formed by the method used by the author, some examples such as methods of exploration, experimentation, creation of works to finishing. Experimentation makes the source of exploration practicable through the materials used by the author so that it can proceed to the stage of forming the work. The stage of making the author's work tries to apply what has previously been conceptualized through exploration and experimentation. The author tries to sort out the works that have been shaped through the method and determine some of the best photos which will then enter the editing or editing stage. The work appointed by the author is the experience and guidance during an Independent Study/Project at SP Digital Marketing Agency. The author wants the work created in the future can be used to make teachings and fulfill the need for promotion of a product to promote producers who make interest to buy the product.

Abstract

Artificial light is light that is intentionally made or created by humans for photographic purposes,such as flash lights, studio lights, fire etc. In photography light also becomes one part which will later determine the result of the image taken. The Final Task is expected to provide knowledge to the wider public of the importance of lighting to the results of a photographic work and development tugas development that can be created from such lighting effects, so that it can produce a more interesting photo work according to the characters to be highlighted in the work tebutrebut, so that society is acceptable in general. The implementation methods used on solving intern case objects exist 2 which are Observation Method and Interview Method. The results that have been obtained during the MBKM Internship/Work Practice are written works and photographic works. In this photographic work, the author displays the photographic work according to the charge of knowledge, the charge of skill, and the charge of technology.
