Abstract

Competition in banking services such as branchless banking, the use of technological facilities involving third party services, especially to serve the unbanked community, has great potential to expand the distribution of financial services to the public. Models of service marketing (service marketing), relationship marketing (relationship marketing) and digital marketing (digital marketing) need to be studied simultaneously through a banking service marketing management approach to obtain e-Satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to obtain a model of E - Customer Satisfaction at state banks implementing branchless banking as a marketing strategy for banking services, especially branchless banking in Jambi. The research design used an explanatory survey approach. The survey was conducted on customers at a Islamic bank implementing branchless banking in Jambi. The number of respondents was 50 customers who were taken by multistage random sampling. Data analysis was carried out using a structural equation modeling (SEM) approach and the Smart PLS program.This study aims to see that the Customer e-Satisfaction model at the state bank implementing branchless banking needs to consider various factors as a whole in the marketing of services in bank management at the state bank implementing branchless banking in the context of service marketing by enhancing the bank's image (corporate image). ), creating wider relationships through relationship marketing, increasing digital marketing e- satisfaction by using the internet and using interactive technology that involves the application of digital technology, namely; web, e-mail, database, mobile/wireless and others. This can improve e-service quality Corporate image and e satisfaction for customers consistently and continuously by developing an e-loyalty model. In general, banks and especially branchless banking providers are expected to be able to carry out competitive and innovative strategies to respond to the challenges of the digitalization era, where globalization and the rapid evolution of digital technology are industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

Job satisfaction and lecturer performance are increasing because of the role of transactional and transformational leadership. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of these two leadership styles at Batanghari University with the main focus of study on Human Resource Management. This study uses a survey design in the form of verification research. The sampling design used in this study was stratified random. Abstract

In every organization both government and private, human is an important asset in an effort to achieve the goals that have been determined. Leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation and performance of employees who reside within the organization need to be organized in order to achieve organizational goals. Style leadership, organizational culture and work environment and motivation is one of several factors that can affect employee performance. This study aims to test and analyze these variables on employee performance PDAM Tirta Mayang City Jambi. The study was conducted by using path analysis using SPSS version 22.0 in analyzed data. The test results showed that the hypothesis of leadership style, organizational culture and motivation have positive and significant influence on performance, and testing work environment hypothesis have negative and insignificant effect on employee performance of PDAM Tirta Mayang Jambi City.

Abstract

This research was conducted to look at the influence of Brand Image Trust, and eWOM on Loyalty at the center of souvenirs typical of Jambi. The study was conducted on 100 consumers of The Typical Souvenir Center of Jambi (Temphoyac outlet) with purposive sampling method, and analyzed using the SPSS program. The results of research known to Trust, Brand Image and eWOM significantly affect loyalty, with brand image having a negative relationship to loyalty and trust variables and EWom having a positive relationship to loyalty.

Abstract

The performance of organization can be seen to the extent of work productivity has been produced. Generally, productivity is defined as the influence between real  and physical  results with actual input. This study  discusses the influence of leadership style and intensive on motivation and its impact on performance in the Bungo District Livestock and Fisheries Office. Data were obtained using questionnaire and literature review methods, with 54 respondents. Then the data were analyzed using descriptive and statistical methods through path analysis. This study resulted in a leadership style, incentives, motivation and performance of the Bungo District Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office, both for the leadership style with a score of 1930, for incentives with a score of 1438, for motivation with a score of 804 and performance at a score of 2342 in the very high category. Leadership style towards the motivation of the Bungo Regency Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office has a direct or indirect influence with a value of 20.35%. The incentives for the motivation of the Bungo Regency Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office have a direct or indirect influence with a value of 0.205%.  The  leadership  style  and incentives for the  motivation  of the Bungo Regency  Animal  Husbandry  and  Fisheries  Office  have  a  direct  or  indirect influence with a value of 2.86%. There is an influence of leadership style on the performance of the Bungo Regency Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office with a value of 1.43%. There is an incentive effect on the performance of the Bungo Regency Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office with a value of 2.65%. The leadership style and incentives for the performance of the Bungo Regency Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office have an influence of 2.471%. The influence of motivation  on  the  performance  of  the Bungo  District  Animal  Husbandry  and Fisheries Office is at 4.057%. Leadership styles and incentives through motivation on the performance of the Bungo District Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office have an effect of 1.478%.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) find out and analyze how the effect of the number of family members partially on people's income; and 2) knowing and analyzing how the influence of education level partially on people's income. The results of this study reveal that 1) partially family member variables have no effect on the income level of the community around the Kurma Jambi area; and 2) partially the education level variable has a significant and positive effect on the income of the community around the Jambi date palm area.

Abstract

The tourism sector also brings social, economic, and environmental, natural resources, and cultural impacts that are increasingly prudent and prudent. One of the facilities developed is the concept of e-tourism. E-Tourism provides information on tourist destinations with various needs for tourists. This research aims to find out the role of tourism marketing communication through the utilization of e-tourism marketing to Increase Tourist Visiting Intentions. So as to increase tourist visits in Kerinci Regency in the new normal era in the Covid 19 era. Respondents in this study were all visitors from destinations in tourist attractions in Kabuten Kerinci Jambi Province. The number is unknown and can be said to be in infinite categories. Sampling techniques in this study use non probability techniques, namely incidental sampling techniques. Sampling techniques in this study use non probability techniques, namely incidental sampling techniques. The number of samples taken in this study used the lemeshow formula so that 96 samples were obtained in the study. The results of the study obtained results from the coefficient of determination is from E Tourism influenced by the variable promotion, e-WOM and advertising by 91%. While the coefficient of determination from the variables Promotion, e-WOM and advertising and e-tourism to visit intention is 9.3%.

Abstract

One of the successes of a company is seen from its profitability. With profitability, the company can assess its performance and for third parties it is used as a basis for making investment decisions. One way to test the company's profitability is to return on assets. Return On Assets can show how a company uses its assets to earn a profit. The purpose of this research is to find out whether Quick Ratio (QR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have an effect on Return On Assets (ROA) at PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk Period 2011-2020. The method used in this study is a descriptive verification method that uses a quantitative approach. The types and sources of data used are secondary, originating from the financial statements of PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk Period 2011-2020. The operational variables in this study are the Quick Ratio as X1, Debt to Equity Ratio as X2 and Return On Assets as Y. Simultaneously, F count 20,471> F table (9.55) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that the Quick ratio and debt to asset ratio variables together have a significant effect on return on assets at PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Service competition at the University with the use of technological facilities to serve people who have not been served by services at the University has great potential to expand the distribution of services to the community. The model of service marketing, relational marketing and digital marketing needs to be studied simultaneously through a service marketing management approach to get e-satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to obtain an e-Satisfaction model at the University as a marketing strategy for University services, especially in Jambi Province. The research design used an explanatory survey approach. The survey was conducted at Private Universities in Jambi Province. The number of respondents as many as 392 University service users taken by random sampling. Data analysis was carried out using a structural equation modeling (SEM) approach and the SmartPLS 4 program.

Abstract

Smart investors will consider several aspects before investing to avoid the worst possibilities including the company's financial performance. This research aims to look at the macroeconomic analysis model, financial performance against share traded with profit as an intervening variable in food and beverage sub-sector companies in the Indonesia stock exchange for the period 2016 - 2020. Macroeconomic variables will be proxyed with indicators of inflation, exchange rates, interest rates and the money supply. Financial performance variables with current ratio indicators, quick ratio (proxy of liquidity), debt to assets ratio, debt to equity ratio (proxy of solvency), total assets turnover, fixed assets turnover and inventory turnover (proxy of activity), return on asset, return on equity, net profit margin, gross profit margin and operating profit margin (proxy of profitability) and earnings per share,  price earning ratio and price book value (proxy of market value). The investment approach can also be done by analyzing historical data from stock prices and linking it to share traded that occurs in the market. The research will use profit as an intervening variable, consisting of gross profit, operating profit and net profit. The company has different performance with significant differences in the food and baverages sub-sector, will affect the amount of sales and profits earned by the company. This research data uses secondary data published by relevant and competent parties. This study uses a component-based SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis or variance, namely Partial Least Square (PLS), using Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results showed 1) macroeconomic variables had no effect on financial performance. 2) Macroeconomic variables have no effect on profits. 3) Macroeconomic variables have no effect on share traded. 4) Financial performance variables affect profits. 5) Financial performance variables affect share traded.  6) The profit variable affects the traded share.
