Abstract

This research aims to discuss opportunity assessment framework for a grocery store business in Adelaide, South Australia. The method used in this research is that three existing opportunity assessment methodologies are initially selected and then validated to the manager of a grocery store by using a direct interview method. The result of this research is that a new and specific opportunity assessment framework with a weighted score will be formulated for the grocery store business. This new framework will be a combination of the three alternate methodologies and additional criteria suggested by the manager of a grocery.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand ambassador of brand image of wardah products used by students of Politeknik Negeri Ujung Pandang. The problem of this study is that some students feel wardah’s brand ambassadors have not influenced them to use the wardah products. The study is conducted in Politeknik Negeri Ujung Pandang. Based on purposive sampling method, a total number of sample is 83 students of business administration department. Interviews and questionnaire was used to get the data of this study. This study showed that brand ambassador impact significantly brand image of wardah products for students of business administration department. The determination coefficient of this study is 0,36% meaning that the percentage of brand ambassador affects brand image at 36%, while 74% of brand image are influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Artikel ini akan mereview lima artikel yang ditulis by Davidson (2015), Delmar (2015), Delmar and Shane (2003), Honing and Karlsson (2004), dan Honig and Samuelsson (2014) menyangkut pendapat yang berbeda mengenai penggunaan rencana bisnis. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah sebuah analisis konten dengan menggunakan metode deskripsi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelima artikel rencana bisnis yang dibahas memiliki sudut pandang yang berbeda mengenai penggunaan metodologi. Walaupun ada yang setuju dan tidak setuju terhadap penggunan dokumen rencana bisnis dalam artikel ini, kami menyarankan bahwa sangat penting untuk menunjuk seorang ahli dalam penelitian rencana bisnis untuk mengurangi kemungkinan perdebatan terus-menerus dalam topik rencana bisnis.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Effect of Financial Performance on Firm Value. The Financial Performance measured by using CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio), NPL (Non Perfoming Loan), NIM (Net Interest margin), BOPO and LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio). Meanwhile the Firm Value measured by using (PBV) Price to Book Value. This study used secondary data with the sample comprising banking companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2018-2020 by using purposive sampling method. There were 25 Commercial Banks that qualified as research samples. Analysis technique used is a classic assumption test covering normality test, mulicolinierity test, heterocedastisity test and autocorrelation test. Other tests are multiple linier regression and hypothesis test using t-statistic and test use f-statistic to test partial regression coefficient in level of significance 5%. The results of this research showed that using CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio), NPL (Non Perfoming Loan), NIM (Net Interest margin), BOPO and LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio) has significantly positive effects toward (PBV) Price to Book Value.

Abstract

Abstract: The extant literature showed that the result of study in comparison of entrepreneurial intention have inconclusive results in the context of gender difference in academic higher education institution. However, there has been little research which examines the study of comparison of entrepreneurial intention at the department of business in the context of vocational higher education institution. Therefore, this study aims to compare entrepreneurial intention of students in both the department of accounting andbusiness administration at Politeknik Negeri Ujung Pandang. Research method use in this research was a quantitative research and descriptive comparison. Total samples were students consisting of based on purposive sampling method. Data were obtained by spreading questionnaires via online. The research found that there was no significant difference between male students’ entrepreneurial intention compared to female students’ one in both the department of accounting and business administration in Politeknik Negeri Ujung Pandang. Further, independent sample t-test also indicated that there was no significant difference between entrepreneurial intention of students in the department of accounting compared to entrepreneurial intention of ones in the department of business administration in the perspective of gender difference.

Abstract

Konsep green marketing sekarang ini mengalami perkembangan disebabkan adanya tuntutan masyarakat yang peduli terhadap lingkungan. Atas dasar tuntutan ini, banyak perusahaan telah sadar bahwa perlunya mengimplementasikan konsep green marketing dalam rangka memberikan kepuasan kepada konsumen. Selain itu, kepuasan pelanggan diduga dapat berpengaruh kuat terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh green marketing terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel mediasi pada Starbucks Coffee di Makassar. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 250 mahasiswa di tiga perguruan tinggi di Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penggunaan metode analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa green marketing memiliki hubungan signifikan dan positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan berdasarkan aspek pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung

Abstract

Vocational higher education is one of the types of Indonesian higher education. In practice, entrepreneurship has been considered the most important subject that should be taught in vocational higher institutions. Numerous studies have been conducted by discussing the topic of vocational education and entrepreneurship in Indonesia. However, limited studies have been conducted on implementing entrepreneurship education at the Indonesian vocational higher education level. This study aims to explain the status and challenges of entrepreneurship education in Indonesian vocational higher education institutions. The method used in the study was based on a descriptive qualitative method focusing on a contextual review of the literature. The review is enhanced by collecting data from articles, books, reports, and vocational higher education intuitions' websites. This study found that entrepreneurship education has been implemented in vocational higher education institutions, although some aspects still need improvements. Further, the development of entrepreneurship education in vocational higher education institutions in Indonesia is confronted by internal and external challenges. Lastly, the study's findings have significant implications for researchers, policymakers, and entrepreneurship educators.Keywords: challenges; entrepreneurship education; institutions; status; vocational higher education

Abstract

This research aimed to produced social media marketing as a promotional media at Bombo Uai Merch that is easy to use/applied as well as effective and efficient. The research method used is a design research method with the following stages or procedures: 1) Needs Analysis, 2) Data Collection, 3) Design, 4) Results, 5) Publication (posting), 6) Feedback. Furthermore, the data collection techniques used are: 1) Observation, 2) Interview, 3) Documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative data analysis. In this study, it was found that the results of the social media marketing design as a promotional media for Bombo Uai Merch included the use of 4 pillars (greeting, product info, promos, engagement), 21 Instagram feeds with captions and hashtags, 5 Instagram stories, 5 highlights, link tree beacons. ai, 7 Tiktok feeds with captions and hashtags, and 1 month SMC. The efficiency of social media marketing is seen from reaching a wider market share (audience) by saving time, energy and costs. Furthermore, the effectiveness of this social media marketing has had a good impact on sales with an increase of 80%. Context, communication, collaboration, and connection strategies were in accordance with the needs of followers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rotasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel. Data ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner online dan diolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Bosowa Berlian Motor yang telah di rotasi. Adapun jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 56 orang yang didasarkan dengan teknik sampel jenuh.Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa hasil uji t pada nilai t hitung yang diperoleh dari variabel rotasi kerja sebesar 4.182 lebih besar dari nilai t tabel sebesar 2.0049 dengan probalitias t yaitu sig 0.000 lebih kecil dari ketentuan signifikansi yaitu 0.05. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka dapat dikatakan variabel rotasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. Sementara Nilai R Square yang diperoleh sebesar 0.245 atau nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 24.5%. Angka tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 24.5% kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh rotasi kerja. Sisanya sebesar 75.5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain seperti budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, serta beban pekerjaan.
