Abstract

The development of information which is able to become the stimulus in influencing of someone perception, especially the teenagers who are in their growing of having many questions in their life, they always want to know and also want to try it. This research was to know whether the correlation between information source and teenager perception XI grade about adolescence pregnancy at SMAN 1 Gondang Mojokerto. The research design was analytical correlation with cross sectional approaching. The research population were all of the students XI grade, they were 208 teenagers. The sampling technique was probability cluster random sampling by having 137 sample. The technique of gathering data was questionare. The research had been done on August 7th, 2014. The result of the research was most of the teenager XI grade accesed the information source of electronic media, they were 112 respondences (82%) and teenager perception XI grade about adolescence pregnancy most of their perceptions were negative which have 70 respondences (51%). The getting data was counted by using statistic test the coefisien contingency was p=0,352 (>0,05) it meant that H0was accepted whereas H1was rejected, which was also meant that there is no correlation between the correlation of information source and teenager perception XI grade about adolescence pregnancy. On the other sourch, the teacher should be the main information source for teenagers because the information which is explained by the teacher is a valuable and educated information, so if the teenagers get valuable information, they will have positif perception.Key words: information source, perception, adolescence pregnancy.

Abstract

The pain of childbirth was experienced by most women, this pain is unique and different for every individual. Non-pharmacological pain control becomes cheaper, simpler, effective and without adverse effects, one of which is the technique eflleurage. Effleurage of the abdomen is one of the non-pharmacological methods which are usually used in the Lamaze method to reduce pain in normal labor. This research aimed to determine the effect of effleurage technique on active phase of the first stage of labor pain intensity on maternal in private midwife Hj. Mutholiah Wonodadi Village Kutorejo District Mojokerto Regency. Research design was pre experimental type one group pre test post test design. Its population were all women giving birth in BPS Hj. Mutholiah, SST Village Wonodadi Kutorejo Mojokerto district, amount 17 people. The sampling technique used consecutive sampling to obtain 15 samples. Data analysis used was Wilcoxon test with &rho; value <0.05. It means that there was effect of effleurage technique on active phase of the first stage of labor pain intensity on maternal in private midwife Hj. Mutholiah Wonodadi Village Kutorejo District Mojokerto Regency. Gently caress the abdomen resulting in pain that is transmitted will be inhibited, this resulted in the cerebral cortex does not receive the response message so that the pain decreased pain.Keywords: active phase pain intensity,effleurage technique

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran penyebab terjadinya rupture perineum pada ibu bersalin saat persalinan di ruang bersalin RSU Dr Wahidin Sudiro husudo tahun 2011. Desain Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan yang di lakukan secara observasi, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 105 responden, Teknik pengambilan sampel di lakukan dengan teknik Non probability sampling dengan jenis Total Sampling. Dari 105 responden ibu melahirkan yang mengalami ruptur perineum, disebabkan oleh faktor usia ibu, janin dan penolong persalinan. Faktor ibu terdiri dari usia ibu melahirkan, paritas dan kondisi berat badan ibu selama kehamilan. Faktor Janin meliputi berat badan bayi lahir, makrosomia, distosia bahu dan letak sungsang. Sedangkan Faktor penolong persalinan meliputi lama masa kerja dan latar belakang pendidikan. Dari data yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa faktor utama penyebab ruptur perineum di ruang bersalin RSU Dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo adalah berat badan bayi lahir > 4000 gram sebanyak 81 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini nantinya diharapkan Ibu nifas dapat menambah informasi mengenai faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi terjadinya ruptur perineum, sehingga diharapkan semua ibu hamil memperhatikan gizi, senam hamil yang semua itu berguna bagi proses persalinan normal, sehingga dapat menghilangkan kekhawatiran ibu hamil terhadap jalannya proses persalinan yang akan dijalani.Kata Kunci : Berat Badan Bayi Baru Lahir, Ruptur Perineumdan penolong.

Abstract

IVA (Visual Inspection withAcetic Acid), is a simple way to detect cervical cancer as early as possible. This tool isso simple because when the examination, do not need to go to the lab. Fertile age women, who do not understand, oral ready understand, on examination IVA negative have negative perception. Compared to those who have really understand and know the benefits of IVA examination. Therefore, this study aims to find out, the perception of fertile age women, on early detection of Ca. Cervical with Visual Inspection with Acetic Acid method (IVA), at BPM Hj. Dyah Indrawati, SST, Tanjangrono Village, District Ngoro, Mojokerto. This study used a descriptive design. The population is, all Fertile age women, in BPM Hj. Dyah Indrawati, SST, Tanjangrono Village, District Ngoro, Mojokerto, which hamounts to 80 people. By using consecutive sampling technique, found that 67 samples. The results showed that, the perception of Fertile age women, concerning the IVA examination at BPM Hj. Dyah Indrawati, SST, TanjangronoVillage, District Ngoro, Mojokerto, mostly negative amount of 37 respondents (55.2%). The negative perception due to lack of information about IVA examination, fear, shame and self-confidence that does not have cervical cancer, willins pection IVA, causing the respondents have a negative perception about the IVA examination.Keywords: Perception, FertileAge Women,earlydetectionof Ca.Serviks, Visual Inspection WithAcetic Acid Method

Abstract

Back pain is a discomfort condution in pregnat women that distrubed in perfoming daily activities. As long during the situation can make back pain scale is in creasing one of therapy that can reduce pain scale is pregnancy exercise because pregnancy exercise can make elastic muscles and ligament in the pelvis and train the transverse abdominak muscletone which is a supporting part in the main posturat of the spine, so it is able to reduce back pain scale. The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of pregnancy exercise on reducing back pain scale in pregnancy women TM II and TM III. The research method is used one group pre test-post test design. With a total population of 15 responden and the sampling technique used is non probably sampling with purposive sampling and get a sample of 13 respondents. The research instruments is used pain observation scale sheet. The result of research is before doing pregnancy exercise as much as 7 pregnant women get back pain scale light and after doing pregnancy exercise as much as 8 pregnant women do not have back pain using SPSS 16.0 version is known that p value (0,001) <&alpha; (0,05) with the research result showed H1accepted, thus there is influence pregnancy exercise on reducing back pain scale in pregnant women TM II dan TM III inBPM Ny.Immatus Sholehah, Amd.Keb Kebonagung Ujungpangkah Gresik. So there is a decrease back pain scale in pregnant women TM II and TM III if doing pregnancy exercise according to SOP.Keywords : Pregnancy exercise, back pain scale, and pregnant women.

Abstract

Babies with low birth weight is one of the main causes of infant mortality in the world. Impact low birth weight baby greater than in normal infants at the same gestational age. This study aims to determine the factors that affect mothers low birth weight babywith descriptively based on age, parity, education level, job, Haemoglobin Estimated and Disease/complications. This study used a non Random Sampling (Non probality) type of purposive sampling. The population was all mothers who gave birth to low birth weight mothers gained 97 and obtained samples of 44 mothers. Data taken from medical records, inserted into the data tabulation table. After collected entered data processing andincluded in the frequency distribution table. The final conclusion is low birth weight baby found in the age group 20-35 years by 25 mothers (56.8%). Multipara maternal parity on as many as 23 mothers (52.3%). Mother&rsquo;s education level at the high school by 20 mothers (45.5%). Mother&rsquo;sjob as a Housewife of 37 mothers (84.1%). Mother&rsquo;s have Haemoglobin Estimate &ge;11gr/dL by 26 mothers (59,1%).Mothers don&rsquo;t have complications there were 28 mothers (63.6%). In this study found no dominant factors affecting the incidence of low birth weight baby. To decrease the incidence of low birth weight babies by providing information about nutrition during pregnancy because it is so related to the health of the fetus.Keywords:Age, Parity, Education Level, Job, Haemoglobin Estimated,Diseases/Complications, Low Birth Weight Babies

Abstract

Lesson Study merupakan model pembinaan pendidik berbasis sekolah dan berkelanjutan melalui pengkajian pembelajaran secara kolaboratif dan kolegialitas untuk membangun komunitas belajar. Melalui komunitas belajar, guru/dosen saling belajar, berbagi pengalaman dan ide inovatif serta saling koreksi yang bermuara pada peningkatan mutu pendidikan secara terus menerus. Tujuan utama Lesson Study yaitu untuk: 1) memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang pembelajaran di kelas 2) memperoleh hasil-hasil tertentu yang bermanfaat bagi para dosen lainnya dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran, 3) meningkatkan pembelajaran secara sistematis, 4) membangun sebuah pengetahuan pedagogis dimana para dosen dapat menimba pengetahuan dari dosen yang lain.Ada 8 peluang yang dapat diperoleh oleh dosen, apabila dia melaksanakan LS berkesinambungan, yaitu: 1) memikirkan dengan cermat mengenai tujuan pembelajaran, materi pokok, dan bidang studi, 2) mengkaji dan mengembangkan pembelajaran yang terbaik yang dapat dikembangkan, 3) memperdalam materi pokok yang diajarkan, 4) memikirkan secara mendalam tujuan jangka panjang yang akan dicapai mahasiswa, 5) merancang pembelajaran secara kolaboratif, 5) mengkaji secara cermat cara dan proses belajar serta tingkah laku mahasiswa, 4) mengembangkan pengetahuan pedagogis yang kuat penuh daya, 8) melihat hasil pembelajaran sendiri melalui mahasiswa dan kolega.. Lesson study dilakukan berdasarkan 4 tahapan yaitu: 1) perencanaan (plan), 2) pelaksanaan (do), 3) refleksi (check), 4) tindak lanjut (act) Kata kunci: Lesson study, kolaboratif, kolegialitas, plan, do, check, act.

Abstract

Matematika merupakan ilmu yang bersifat universal yang mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam berbagai disiplin ilmu dan memajukan daya pikir manusia. Agar tujuan pembelajaran tercapai maka guru matematika perlu memilih metode pembelajaran yang tepat. Salah satu metode yang dipilih adalah metode Times Games and Tournament (TGT) dengan berbantuan media animasi grafis yaitu pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan metode TGT dengan penyampaian materinya menggunakan CD pembelajaran. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini; (1) apakah terdapat pengaruh keterampilan proses terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada kelas dengan pembelajaran matematika berbasis penerapan TGT berbantuan media animasi grafis? (2) apakah terdapat pengaruh keterampilan proses terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada kelas dengan pembelajaran matematika berbasis penerapan TGT berbantuan alat peraga? Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui keefektifan pembelajaran berbasis penerapan TGT berbantuan animasi grafis terhadap hasil belajar. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas IV SDI Al Azhar 14 Semarang tahun pelajaran 2007/2008, dan sebagai sampel diambil siswa dari tiga kelas secara acak, satu kelas sebagai kelompok eksperimen 1 (diberi pembelajaran berbasis penerapan TGT berbantuan media animasi grafis), satu kelas sebagai kelompok eksperimen 2 (diberi pembelajaran berbasis penerapan TGT berbantuan alat peraga) dan satu kelas yang lain sebagai kelompok kontrol (diberi pembelajaran ekspositori berbantuan alat peraga). Variabelnya adalah keterampilan proses dan hasil belajar. Data diperoleh dari tes, lembar observasi, dan angket. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan analisis regresi, analisis one way sample t tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: keterampilan proses pada kelas eksperimen 1 berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 80,3%; keterampilan proses pada eksperimen 2 berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 45%; pembelajaran berbasis penerapan TGT berbantuan animasi grafis, pembelajaran berbasis penerapan TGT berbantuan alat peraga, dan pembelajaran dengan metode ekspositori berbantuan alat peraga dapat membantu siswa mencapai ketuntasan belajar. Kesimpulannya adalah bahwa pembelajaran matematika berbasis penerapan TGT berbantuan animasi grafis efektif dalam pembelajaran pada materi pecahan kelas IV. Kata Kunci : TGT, animasi grafis.

Abstract

The research objective is to produce a module by using a Macromedia Flash both content and presentation material, which is able to contribute comprehension of concept of students in the subject of development of instructional media. This refers to the development of research Thiagarajan there are four phases, definition (define), design (design), development (develop), and dissemination (dessiminate). The development phase of module of the 4-D (Four D Device) Thiagarajan Semmel and Semmel to design a module on the course development of instructional media. The process of developing this module starts from the stage of defining or analysis. The process of designing a module that was developed based on information obtained from the analysis phase of the open-ended, students, materials, tasks that support and then do the design stage or the design. And then the last stage is the stage of development. Development of modules on the course development of instructional media developed proven valid content with the results of assessment for an average of 85.5%. The results are based on votes of validator to provides good value and can be used with minimal revision. Keywords: development, module, macromedia flash
