Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran inovatif di Pos PAUD berbasis kearifan budaya lokal. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada Pos PAUD Binaan KKN IKIP PGRI Semarang di Kota Semarang. Pengembangan model pembelajaran inovatif di Pos PAUD ini diawali dari studi penelitian pendahuluan yang dilakukan selama program KKN berlangsung bahwa banyak permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh para kader/tutor Pos PAUD terkait dengan kualitas pembelajaran, kurangnya dana dan sarana prasarana (alat permainan edukatif). Melalui pendekatan in house training (IHT) pada pos-pos PAUD se Kota Semarang khususnya pos PAUD binaan KKN IKIP PGRI Semarang diharapkan ada keberlanjutan program antara Pos PAUD yang dirintis dengan IKIP PGRI Semarang selaku penggagas rintisan Pos PAUD tersebut. Hal ini sebagai salah satu bentuk tanggung jawab atau konstribusi IKIP PGRI Semarang untuk mencerdaskan masyarakat.Sebagai tindak lanjut program pasca KKN untuk memberikan layanan edukasi pada para kader/tutor pos paud tentang pengembangan model pembelajaran inovatif berbasis kearifan budaya lokal. Adanya penerapan layanan IHT diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogis para tutor yang nantinya akan mengarah pada kompetensi profesionalnya sehingga terwujud layanan PAUD yang paling murah, mudah & berkualias. Metode Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (R & D) research) yang menggunakan prosedur kerja dari model Kemmis dan Taggart (1988).Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya meningkatkan kompetensi tutor/pendidik paud dalam merancang model pembelajaran yang inovatif berbasis kearifan budaya lokal, yaitu jika pada siklus I (asesmen awal) mempunyai nilai rata-rata antara 1 s.d 1,9 sedangkan pada siklus II mempunyai nilai rata-rata antara 2,7 s.d 3,6. Hasil nilai rata-rata tersebut menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam merancang model pembelajaran inovatif berbasis kearifan budaya lokal melalui pendekatan in house training.Peningkatan kemampuan pendidik tersebut secara kualitatif dapat dideskripsikan sebagai berikut: a). Pendidik sudah menentukan tema pembelajaran yang sesuai potensi lokal; b). Tema-tema yang dipilih sudah berbasis kearifan budaya lokal; c) Adanya kesesuaian antara indikator dengan materi pembelajaran; d) Adanya kesesuaian antara tema dengan kegiatan pembelajaran; e) Adanya keterpaduan antara materi pembelajaran dengan kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan anak; f) Media pembelajaran (APE) sudah memanfaatkan potensi budaya lokal.Keyword: model pembelajaran inovatif, IHT, kearifan budaya lokal.

Abstract

Berdasarkan realita lapangan menunjukkan bahwa dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar di PAUD Baitusshibyaan khususnya melalui kegiatan atau permainan akan membantu pengetahuan anak tentang makanan sehat. Kegiatan tersebut salah satunya melalui penerapan sentra cooking yang memberikan kesempatan kepada anak untuk meningkatkan pengetahuannya tentang makanan sehat. Tujuan umum penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang makanan sehat anak, sedangkan tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang makanan sehat anak di PAUD Baitusshibyaan melalui penerapan sentra cooking. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode demonstrasi. Obyek penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah peserta didik KB B PAUD Baitusshibyaan Kecamatan Bergas Kabupaten Semarang yang berjumlah 10 anak. Pengambilan data melalui wawancara, obsevasi dan dokumentasi. Untuk memudahkan menghitung indikator kinerja, peneliti membuat skoring Baik (75% - 100%), Cukup (60% - 74%), dan Kurang (<60%). Data diolah untuk mengetahui indikator keberhasilan kinerja jika mencapai 75% ke atas menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan anak meningkat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui penerapan sentra cooking dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang makanan sehat pada anak usia dini yaitu adanya peningkatan dalam ketercapaian indikator kinerja pada siklus I mencapai 0% dan pada siklus II mencapai 80%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh kesimpulan, “Penerapan sentra cooking dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan makanan sehat pada anak KB B PAUD Baitusshibyaan Kecamatan Bergas Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015”Kata Kunci : Knowledge,Cooking.

Abstract

Research on “Increasing Creativity On Early Childhood Education Teachers Through Educational Toys” aims to know the pedagogical competencies on the teachers of Early Childhood Education (ECE) in Ungaran; determine the level of creativity on ECE teachers; and know what the efforts is being done by ECE teachers to improve their pedagogic competence. The research procedure uses descriptive data in the form of words derived from a variety of data collection techniques used in this research is by using the method of observation, questionnaires and interviews. This research was conducted in four phases: Phase I: Preface/initial field observations carried out with; Phase II: Initial development, design to identify the level of creativity of ECE teachers in Ungaran; Phase III: Conducting interviews, filling the questionnaire about creativity in educational toys; and Phase IV: analyzing the creativity level of ECE teachers. The conclusions of this study are 1.The level of creativity ECE teachers in Ungaran is low; 2. The low of creativity in ECE teachers in Ungaran is due to (a) low of innovations  in learning; (b) teachers is not able to use the materials around as an aid to learning; (c) the assumption of the teachers that the success of learning is determined by using expensive and luxurious media; (d) openness to new information in the world of education, particularly in ECE; and 4. Abstract

Language competence is a set of knowledge, attitude and skill which absolutely belongs since a child. Because it is an asset for being able to communicate in order to understand, get information, express mind and feeling, and develop knowledge. So that, language learning through a fun method with another supporting factor, like learning motivation is expected to influence the level of the early children language competence. The goals of this research are to test the differences of language competence between a group which gets treatment of language games and the group which gets conventional method, to test the differences of language competence between group which has a high motivation and group which has a low motivation, to test the influences of interaction between language games method and learning motivation toward language competence of child. This research uses quantitative approach with experiment method factorial designed 2x2 with four kindergartens in Tembalang as the samples. Normality test uses Lilifors Test, Homogenity uses Barlet Test and hypothesis test uses ANAVA two strips with t-Dunnet test with alpha = 0.5 as the level of belief are proven that the seven hypothesis are appropriate with the goals of research which can be received. As the result, the treatment of language games method and learning motivation are effective significantly in developing children language competence.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to describe the role of the teacher in creating an atmosphere that provides a good environment for children’s health, nutrition and safety. The teachers must be able to provide a protection during teaching and learning in schools by creating a healthy environment and awareness of the importance of nutrition, health and safety in children development. To complete this task, the teacher must focus on three basic areas: security, health and nutrition for children. The PAUD teachers integrate health, safety, and nutrition into the curriculum. This means that the teacher includes this program every day. This research was conducted in 2017 at Daqu School Semarang. The research methodology used naturalistic qualitative. The result is the role of the teacher in preparing a holistic environment including: (1) minimizing the risk of children's health, nutrition and safety, (2) utilizing education as tool of heath promotion and reducing the risk for children and parents, (3) understanding the importance of guidelines, standards, and laws for children's health, nutrition and safety, (4) practicing the culture competence, (5) developing partnership with family for giving a concern to the society.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui penerapan model quantum learning berbantu media permainan puzzle terhadap hasil belajar bahasa daerah materi aksara jawa kelas III SD N Jomblang 02 Kota Semarang Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Desain penelitian adalah Pre-Experimental Design (non designs) dengan bentuk One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampel penelitian 40 siswa kelas III SDN Jomblang 02 Semarangyang diambil dengan teknik total sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan sebagai hasil belajar bahasa daerah siswa meliputi aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik. Teknik analisis data dengan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai t hitung  sebesar -9,040 dengan p 0,000,. Jadi, model quantum learning berbantu media permainan puzzle  pada materi aksara jawa memberikan pengaruh pada hasil belajar bahasa jawa materi aksara jawa siswa kelas III SD N Jomblang 02.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana kegiatan ekstrakurikuler taekwondo dalam mengembangkan karakter kerja keras siswa. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler taekwondo dalam mengembangkan karakter kerja keras siswa. Penelitian ini menggunkakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengambil data sesuai dengan fakta dilapangan. Data diperoleh dianalisis dan disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif. Dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ekstrakurikuler taekwondo di SD Negeri Candi 01 Semarang dapat mengembangkan karakter kerja keras siswa dengan baik. Karakter kerja keras tersebut diantaranya yaitu siswa bersungguh-sungguh saat pelatih memberikan materi taekwondo, siswa selalu bersemangat dalam mengerjakan tugasnya, siswa selalu bekerja keras agar mendapatkan tingkatan sabuk yang lebih tinggi. Siswa selalu mendengarkan dengan sungguh-sungguh ketika pelatih menerangkan materi. Siswa tidak mengeluh ketika ada gerakan/teknik taekwondo yang susah saat diajarkan pelatih dan siswa selalu berusaha menyelesaikan tugas dari pelatih dengan tuntas. Kata Kunci : Ekstrakurikuler, Taekwondo, Karakter Kerja Keras

Abstract

In thematic learning the learning independence of students is still lacking and has not optimized the ability to think creatively to improve their creativity due to a lack of confidence so that they have not achieved maximum learning outcomes. Efforts to improve using the Team Games Tournament model are aided by guessing games. The method used in this study is quantitative research. This research is a pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest design. The research subjects were fifth grade students of Wonosoco Kudus Elementary School with a total of 20 students. The results of the study showed that learning using the Team Games Tournament model helped the Guess the Motion game to improve the creativity of class V children viewed from the pretest average of 60.55 and the posttest average of 83.35. This is evidenced by the t test of tcount (15,630)> t table (1,684) then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So the conclusion is effective using the Team Games Tournament (TGT) model with the help of Guess the Motion game to Improve Children's Creativity in Thematic Learning.
