Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain an overview of the progress of feminism in educational management. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with the method of literature. Qualitative descriptive research approach is research that is used for the purpose of providing a qualitative description of the phenomenon or event being studied. Research with the library method is a theoretical study, references, and other scientific literature related to the culture, values, and norms that develop in the social situation under study. From this study, it was found that there are still gaps between women and men, both in terms of education and in terms of occupying job positions in education management. In other words, feminism still needs a long process to be said to have succeeded in achieving its goals.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain information about the grammatical cohesion aspects of conjunctions in the novel Sang Pemimpi. The research method used is qualitative with content analysis techniques. The population of this study was 18 subtitles of the novel Sang Pemimpi, while the study sample consisted of 286 pairs of sentences. The results of the study based on the mechanism of grammatical cohesion markers between pairs of sentences that marked the cohesion level of Sang Pemimpi Novel amounted to 18 titles, 123 paragraphs, and 268 sentence pair data, it can be concluded as follows. The grammatical cohesion aspects of conjunctions used in the novel Sang Pemimpi are additive, causality, temporal, and adversative. The use of grammatical cohesion aspects in the novel Sang Pemimpi is 123 data pairs of sentences from 268 data. The amount of use of grammatical cohesion aspects has the following sequence: (1) additives as much as 85, (2) causality as much as 29 (3) as much as 27 adversative, and (4) temporal as much as 15.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the use of Quizizz in learning to recognize letters of the alphabet to kindergarten’s children in Wahyu Bhakti Islamic Kindergarten. The method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The results found in this research indicate that Quizizz can provide convenience for teachers to carry out learning to recognize letters of the alphabet to kindergarten’s children during a pandemic like today. In addition, Quizizz can also make it easy for children to recognize the shapes of the letters of the alphabet.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang kami lakukan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada Pemuda Karang Taruna RT 002 RW 03 Kelurahan Jagakarsa Jakarta Selatan dalam menulis surat undangan dan proposal kegiatan. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini, diharapkan pemuda karang taruna memiliki kemampuan menulis surat undangan dan proposal kegiatan dengan baik dan benar. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yang kami lakukan yaitu dengan observasi, wawancara, sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Dari hasil sosialisasi dan pelatihan dengan pemuda karang taruna RT 002 RW 03 Kelurahan Jagakarsa Jakarta Selatan, setelah dievaluasi, didapatkan bahwa Pemuda Karang Taruna sudah mulai memahami dan dapat menulis surat undangan dan proposal kegiatan dengan baik dan benar.
