Abstract

Menopause is a hypoestrogenic condition due to decreased function of the ovaries. This situation can cause changes in the system in the body of women who experience menopause. This causes complaints such as hot flushes. The incidence of women over 50 years of age entering menopause in Indonesia in 2020 is estimated to reach 30.3 million. Handling menopause by giving soy milk. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of soy milk on the reduction of hot flush symptoms in pre-menopausal women at Cempaka Public Health Center, Sungkai Jaya District, North Lampung Regency in 2021. The type of research used is pre-experimental with a one-group pre-test and post-test design approach. The population in this study were premenopausal women aged 45-55 years who experienced hot flushes at the Cempaka Public Health Center. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 24 people who were given the intervention of giving 250 ml of soy milk 2 times a day for 14 days. Univariate and Bivariate analysis using dependent t-test. The results of the study the average symptom of Hot Flush before drinking soy milk was 7.17 (mild category). The average symptom of a Hot Flush after drinking soy milk was 4.92. There is an effect of soy milk on the reduction of hot flush symptoms in pre-menopausal women p-value of 0.000 (p less than 0.05). Based on the results of the study, it is suggested that health workers can provide information about the benefits of non-pharmacological treatments such as soy milk to reduce the symptoms of hot flushes in postmenopausal women.  Abstrak: Menopause merupakan suatu kondisi hipoestrogenik akibat penurunan fungsi dari ovarium. Keadaan ini dapat menyebabkan perubahan sistem pada tubuh wanita yang mengalami menopause. Sehingga menimbulkan keluhan-keluhan seperti hot flush. Angka kejadian wanita usia diatas 50 tahun yang memasuki menopause di Indonesia tahun 2020 diperkirakan mencapai 30,3 juta. Salah satu untuk penanganan menopause dengan memberikan susu kedelai. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Susu Kedelai Terhadap Penurunan Gejala Hot Flush Pada Wanita Pra Menopause di Puskesmas Cempaka Kecamatan Sungkai Jaya Kabupaten Lampung Utara Tahun 2021. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre eksperimental  dengan pendekatan one group pre test and post test desaign. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu premenopause berusia 45-55 tahun yang mengalami hot flush di Puskresmas Cempaka,  Tehnik sampling yang di gunakan yaitu purposive sampling Sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 24 orang yang diberi intervensi pemberian susu kedelai 250 ml sebanyak 2 kali sehari selama 14 hari.. Analisa Univariat dan Bivariat menggunkan uji t dependen. Hasil penelitian Rata-rata gejala Hot Flush sebelum minum susu kedelai sebesar 7,17 (kategori ringan). Rata-rata gejala Hot Flush sesudah minum susu kedelai sebesar 4,92. Ada Pengaruh Susu Kedelai Terhadap Penurunan Gejala Hot Flush Pada Wanita Pra Menopause p value 0,000 (p kurang dari 0,05). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disarankan petugas kesehatan dapat memberikan informasi tentang manfaat pengobatan non farmakologi seperti susu kedelai untuk mengurangi gejala Hot Flush pada ibu menopause.

Abstract

Anemia is a condition in which the levels of hemoglobin and erythrocytes are lower than normal. To treat anemia by means of pharmacological or non-pharmacological, non-pharmacological methods that can be done by consuming boiled Moringa leaves. Moringa leaves are a source of protein, vitamin A and vitamin C as well as minerals (iron and calcium, as well as a source of vitamin B. It has a low fat content. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving Moringa leaf decoction to pregnant women on increasing hemoglobin levels at UPT Puskesmas Kenali District Belau of West Lampung Regency in 2021. This type of research is quantitative with a quasi-experimental design and a two group pre-test and post-test design approach. The population / subjects taken in this study were pregnant women with a sample of 15 respondents. The object of this research is the provision of Moringa leaf decoction and hemoglobin levels. This research was carried out at the UPT Puskesmas Kenali, Belalau District, West Lampung Regency in December 2021. Data collection used an observation sheet. Data analysis was univariate and bivariate (t test). The results showed that the average Hb level before being given Fe tablets and Moringa leaf decoction to pregnant women was 10.4 g/dl and the Hb level after being given Fe tablets and Moringa leaf decoction to pregnant women was 11.5 g/dl. . The average Hb level before being given Fe tablets was 10.4 g/dl, and the Hb level after being given Fe tablets was 10.8 g/dl. There is an effect of giving Moringa leaf decoction to pregnant women on increasing hemoglobin levels at the UPT Puskesmas Kenali, Belalau District, West Lampung Regency in 2021 (p-value = 0.000). Suggestion Provide information to pregnant women about preventing and anticipating anemia by consuming boiled Moringa leavesAbstrak: Anemia merupakan suatu keadaan dimana kadar hemoglobin dan eritrosit lebih rendah dari normal, dapat ditangani dengan cara non farmakologi, seperti mengkonsumsi seduhan daun kelor. Daun kelor merupakan sumber protein, vitamin A dan vitamin C serta mineral (besi dan kalsium, juga sumber vitamin B. Tujuan penelitian ini diketahui pengaruh pemberian seduhan daun kelor pada ibu hamil terhadap peningkatan kadar Haemoglobin di UPT Puskesmas Kenali Kecamatan Belalau Kabupaten Lampung Barat Tahun 2021. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain quasi eksperimen pendekatan two group pretest and post test design. Populasi ibu hamil 42 orang dengan sampel 30 orang yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok masing -masing 15 responden. Objek dalam penelitian pemberian seduhan daun kelor dan kadar Haemoglobin. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di UPT Puskesmas Kenali Kecamatan Belalau Kabupaten Lampung Barat bulan Desember 2021. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi. Analisis data secara univariat dan bivariat (uji t test). Hasil penelitian diketahui rata-rata rata-rata kadar Hb sebelum diberikan tablet fe dan seduhan daun kelor pada ibu hamil adalah 10,4 gr/dl dan kadar Hb sesudah diberikan tablet fe dan seduhan daun kelor pada ibu hamil adalah 11,5 gr/dl. Rata-rata kadar Hb sebelum diberikan tablet Fe adalah 10,4 gr/dl, dan kadar Hb sesudah diberikan tablet Fe adalah 10,8 gr/dl. Ada pengaruh pemberian seduhan daun kelor pada ibu hamil terhadap peningkatan kadar Haemoglobin di UPT Puskesmas Kenali Kecamatan Belalau Kabupaten Lampung Barat Tahun 2021 (p-value = 0,000). Saran Memberikan informasi kepada ibu hamil tentang mencegah dan mengantisipasi anemia dengan cara mengkonsumsi seduhan daun kelor

Abstract

Breast milk production is strongly influenced by the psychological condition of the nursing mother. Psychologically the mother occurs because the mother experiences anxiety, anxiety is an emotional response to an assessment that describes worry, anxiety, fear, and restlessness accompanied by various physical complaints. When breastfeeding mothers feel comfortable and relaxed, the release of oxytocin can take place. well. In continuous care that focuses on postpartum care, researchers provide different interventions to postpartum mothers, namely oxytocin massage, breast care and marmet techniques, although different interventions are carried out, all of them aim to increase milk production. This study is a case study with the subject of three postpartum mothers who were given intervention on the third postpartum day. The results of the study were obtained after being given treatment, and the mother's milk production began to run smoothly. It is hoped that health workers, especially midwives, can provide education to postpartum mothers and families regarding oxytocin massage, breast care and marmet techniques as a form of stimulation that can facilitate the production of postpartum mother's milk. Abstrak: Produksi ASI sangat dipengaruhi oleh kondisi psikolog ibu menyusui, Psikologis ibu terjadi karena ibu mengalami kecemasan, kecemasan merupakan respon emosional terhadap penilaian yang menggambarkan khawatir, gelisah, takut, tidak tentram disertai berbagai keluhan fisik Saat ibu menyusui merasa nyaman dan rileks maka pengeluaran oksitosin dapat berlangsung dengan baik. Asuhan berkesinambungan yang berfokus pada asuhan nifas ini peneliti memeberikan intervensi yang berbeda kepada ibu nifas yaitu pijat oksitosin, breascare dan teknik marmet meskipun berbeda intervensi yang dilakukan, namun semua bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produksi ASI. Penelitian ini merupakan sebuah studi kasus dengan subjek tiga orang ibu nifas yang diberikan intervensi pada hari ketiga postpartum. Hasil penelitian didapatkan setelah diberikan perlakuan produksi ASI ibu mulai lancar. Diharapkan petugas kesehatan khususnya bidan dapat memberikan edukasi kepada ibu nifas dan keluarga terkait pijat oksitosin, breascare dan teknik marmet sebagai salah bentuk stimulasi yang dapat memperlancar produksi ASI ibu nifas.
