Abstract

The role of parents in guiding the growth of their children from an early age becomes very important for the future life and education of their children. Where in childhood is the most important because it is the foundation of personality that determines the child's next experience. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of the students 'family environment, students' moral development, the influence of the family environment on the moral development of Class V in MI Miftahul Ulum Pelangwot in the 2019 school year. This study was a correlative quantitative study with data collection methods through a questionnaire, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, t test and coefficient of determination. The family environment of class V students in Mi Miftahul Ulum Pelangwot Laren is in the good category, and the moral development of class V students in the category is very good, from the results of t-regression regression analysis obtained tcount> ttable (2.335> 1.761) then Ha is accepted and can be concluded that partially the family environment variable has a significant effect on the moral development of students, meaning that the better the family environment, the better the moral development of students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve the ability of the madrasa principal in supervising class observations of teachers in relation to efforts to improve teacher performance, and to improve teacher performance in the learning process when supervised by madrasah principals through classroom observation supervision techniques. The method used in this research is descriptive. qualitative research, the type of research that will be used is qualitative research. this type of research will be designed using Madrasah Action Research (PTM) or School Action Research (SAR). Action research has characteristics that are participatory, involving program implementers to be improved. The results of supervision on teacher teaching abilities in cycle I-cycle III obtained the following averages: Ability to manage class, time, and learning facilities 3.5, Ability to use learning strategies 3.22, Ability to manage class interaction 3.48, Ability to help develop positive attitudes of students towards learning 4.1, Ability to carry out evaluation of learning processes and outcomes 4.36, Teacher's teaching ability in each cycle are as follows: cycle 1: 3.20, cycle 2: 3.68 and cycle 3: 4.31.

Abstract

Untuk menciptakan SDM yang berkualitas tentu dengan melalui pendidikan yang baik dan berkualitas pula. Bila pendidikan tidak berkualitas, karena menerapkan pola yang salah, maka hanya akan menghasilkan SDM kelas teri yang bermental kuli dan bermartabat rendah. Pendidik merupakan ujung tombak keberhasilan pendidikan, sehingga dituntut untuk memenuhi, kualifikasi akademik dan kompetensi sebagai agen pembelajaran, sehat jasmani dan rohani. Disamping tenaga pendidik, tenaga kependidikan juga mempunyai peran yang utama dalam mewujudkan pendidikan yang berkualitas. Peran utama tenaga kependidikan adalah memberikan pelayanan teknis untuk menunjang pendidikan pada satauan pendidikan.
