Abstract

Many information systems make it easier for stock investors to make decisions to buy shares. But no information system provides an easy-to-understand display and exclusive features to make it easier for investors to make decisions and find information about stock investments, especially for novice investors. Therefore, this study aims to design and build a web-based information system that can assist stock investors in making decisions and seeking information about stock investments. The design of this information system is equipped with a stock overview, moving average analysis, analysis of Minervini trends templates, analysis of candlestick patterns, stock screeners, and stock lists. Stocks that can be analyzed using technical analysis and candlestick patterns are only stocks belonging to the LQ45, KOMPAS100, IDX80, IDX30, JII70, Investor33, Pefindo25 constituents. The results of this study are stock investors can get stock recommendations in real-time and information about stock investments quickly.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the Accounting Information System, Leadership Style, Motivation, and Work Environment together have a significant effect on the Performance of Employees at Badan Keuangan Daerah (BKUD) Kabupaten Semarang. Samples that met the criteria in this study were 65. The analysis used is multiple regression analysis preceded by a classic assumption test consisting of the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscasticity test. While hypothesis testing is done using the F test and t test. The results of data analysis or regression results indicate that partially the Accounting Information System, Leadership Style, Motivation, and Work Environment influence employee performance. Simultaneously the Accounting Information System, Leadership Style, Motivation, and Work Environment contributed 84.6% of the effect on the level of the dependent variable, namely employee performance.

Abstract

Industrial revolution 4.0 which is famous for the phenomenon of disruption of innovation, in the field of government, demands the implementation of information technology systems in the affairs of organizing government services. Electronic applications in the field of government, commonly referred to as e-Government, to optimize the service of certain tasks and functions. Government Resources Management System (GMRS) of Central Java Province, is an integrated system of government of Central Java Province. One of the implementations of the e-Government application available, is the vehicle tax application service, which is named SAKPOLE. The results of the study concluded that the SAKPOLE application for the administration of motor vehicle tax payments had not been fully utilized by motor vehicle taxpayers in Central Java Province. The SAKPOLE application has no effect on motor vehicle tax revenues in Central Java Province.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of Dinas Sosial Kota Semarang using the Balanced Scorecard method. The analytical method used is the descriptive method. The data used are the results of interviews, financial statements of budget realization, number of employees, number of employees attending training, and the value of community satisfaction surveys. The results of this study show that the performance of Dinas Sosial Kota Semarang from a financial perspective in 2019-2021 shows economic conditions with an average value of 88.83%. The performance of the internal business perspective in 2019-2021 shows a very good condition by obtaining an average score of 164.09%. The performance of the learning and growth perspective shows poor conditions by obtaining an average score of 32.94%. The performance of the customer perspective shows a very good condition by obtaining an average score of 88.25%. And the overall performance of the four perspectives shows a very good qualification with a score of 92.11% and a very successful success rate.
