<![CDATA[ Stadion dan Fasilitas Pelatihan Sofbol di Surabaya ini merupakan sebuah fasilitas umum yang berfungsi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat kota Surabaya pada umumnya dan para atlit pada khususnya dalam bermain olahraga sofbol. Ide awal perancangan desain ini adalah untuk menghadirkan tempat olahraga sofbol yang memiliki kesan nyaman dengan semua fasilitas-fasilitas yang berstandar internasional. Penerapan ide desain ini dilihat dari adanya stadion sofbol yang saat ini masih tidak memenuhi standar-standar internasional, sedangkan peminat olah raga ini semakin meningkat dari tahun ke tahun, apalagi prestasi olahraga sofbol yang meningkat pesat bagi indonesia. Desain dari perancangan ini menggunakan pendekatan bentuk dengan pendalaman struktur guna menciptakan kesan ringan dalam sebuah stadion.Stadion ini merupakan sebuah fasilitas umum yang memiliki fasilitas berstandar internasional dengan memiliki fasilitas utama dan dilengkapi dengan fasilitas lain seperti  lapangan indoor, kafetaria, ruang penonton vvip, kantor PERBASASI (Persatuan Olahraga Baseball dan Softball Amatir Seluruh Indonesia), dan tribun penonton yang memiliki tingkat kenyamanan dan keamanan yang tinggi bagi kepuasan penonton      ]]>

<![CDATA[The Surabaya hajj general hospital is one of the main reference points for patients suffering from Covid-19 in East Java province. The need and the addition of isolation space is very important and urgent to limit the space and interaction while the patient is confirmed positive from the environment. Existingly, the existing inpatient rooms are used as isolation rooms. The research method used is exploring situations with descriptive design through literature analysis and user investigation combined with the privacy space method. The results of this study were to obtain the formation of space isolation patterns based on the level of privacy in order to prevent infection out of space.]]>

<![CDATA[The area of open land in the City of Surabaya is decreasing from year to year. This is influenced by the number of settlements and housing that have begun to emerge and develop, thus increasing the population level in an area. Humans are by nature social creatures. Can not be separated from other individuals and need each other. Individual someone indirectly lives together with the surrounding environment. This is what triggers that each individual must be social to one another. However, along with the times and technological advances today, many individuals often forget this and think more about their respective interests. Time to gather and meet face to face with neighbors, chat with each other directly or with the surrounding environment is also very minimal. Broadly speaking, the Babatan Pilang community is individual. The background to the problems that have been previously described is the basis for this community service to be able to provide input to the community of Babatan Pilang RT. 003 RW 005. The purpose of this community service is to help the community or housing residents to restore and create a social society. This community service program is carried out by creating and arranging common spaces for socializing.]]>

<![CDATA[In the changing times from year to year the development process is always progressing. No exception to the construction of settlements and housing scattered in the city of Surabaya. Arrangement of a housing environment is an important factor in improving the quality of life of residents in society. The residential space pattern in Babatan Pilang still maintains the brandgang system. The function of this brandgang itself is as a fire breaker to slow down or stop fires. Apart from the two main functions, brandgang indirectly also acts as a connection path between alleys or roads. The existing condition of the brandgang in the Babatan Pilang housing complex is not neat and well maintained. In general, the brandgang should not present a tense and frightening atmosphere. The method used is extracting data again looking at the aspects of the problems that exist in relation to the existence of brandgang so far. The function and role of brandgang wherever good and their existence are not necessarily forgotten and are more important, this is because brandgang is one of the main factors of a security system in a settlement or housing. Presenting a neat and orderly brandgang will create a good impression in restoring its main function.]]>

<![CDATA[Surabaya is the second largest city in Indonesia, which has many problems. Urban density is a major issue which has problems in it, starting from the population density up to the limitations of burial grounds that exist today. Design problem which arises is uniting the facility of funeral homes, crematoriums, and tombs in one area to reduce the mobilization on the road resulting in traffic density. Urban density has resulted in a couple of problems ranging from population density to scarcity of lands. Crematorium and vertical burial therefore become a crucial part of a city. While there has been less open green spaces, crematorium and vertical burial are expected not to reduce the open green spaces. Data scape as a design method is used to obtain design criteria for preliminary design. To obtain a form of structure, combination with the multiple addition geometry method is attempted. A design obtained by making vertical buriel footprint design that is able to provide sufficient absorption area by taking into account the percentage of urban open green space. To create a open green space and water absorption areas by lifting some mass of the building.]]>

<![CDATA[Tahap awal yang dilakukan peserta Pengabdian Masyarakat (Abdimas) seperti biasa adalah melakukan analisis sosial (Ansos). Ansos kali ini terasa cukup mudah karena pada Abdimas sebelumnya sudah dilakukan Ansos bersama dengan tim anggota KKN dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LPPM) Universitas Katolik Darma Cendika (UKDC) Tahun 2021 sebagaimana dilaporkan oleh KKN 2020). Setelah mendapatkan ijin baik dari pihak RT 01 PERUM KALIJUDAN INDAH dan LPPM UKDC maka tim KKN kali ini mengawali dengan Rapat tim KKN dilakukan secara online pada 08 april 2021 . Dari sejumlah 83 Kepala Keluarga (KK) di RT 01 tim KKN diarahkan agar melakukan penyuluhan tentang kesehatan dan kebersihan lebih rinci kepada 11 (sebelas) KK saja setelah terlebih dahulu memberikan penjelasan dan pemyuluhan dan masing-masing KK tersebut akan diarahkan untuk mengisi kuisoner supaya Ansos yang dilakukan bisa berjalan dengan mudah dari bantuan Ansos tersebut.]]>

<![CDATA[Increasing temperatures and changes in global weather are currently affecting all countries, including Indonesia. This problem is what we can call global warming. The city of Surabaya in particular experiences this problem where there is a shift in time related to the dry season and the rainy season. The formation of green open spaces is important in a city to reduce the impact that is imposed globally. The main target expected is to take part in reducing the temperature in the city of Surabaya so that the ecological balance in it is maintained even though it is small or limited to existing sites. This is based on regional regulations regarding the proportion of green open space that must be presented according to data from Bappeko Surabaya. The method in research using literature studies, observational studies, and study designs in a form tailored to the analysis. The result of this research is to add the availability and utilization of green open space in the form of vertical vegetation in the UKDC campus building to provide additional green open space for both the UKDC campus and the city of Surabaya. So in other words, the new UKDC campus building can provide additional green open space to achieve the availability of green open space on private land.]]>

<![CDATA[Saat ini komposit serat alam telah mendapat perhatian banyak industri sebagai bahan alternatif karena berbagai keunggulan yang dimilikinya seperti melimpah, berkelanjutan, berbiaya rendah, dan mempunyai kekuatan spesifik yang baik. Dengan penekanan saat ini pada keramahan lingkungan, komposit serat alami lebih disukai daripada serat konvensional yang umumnya tidak dapat teruai secara hayati. Bambu merupakan salah satu jenis komposit serat alam yang banyak digunakan di industri seperti konstruksi dan perabotan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif literatur, dimana dilakukan pengumpulan data dari berbagai sumber yang kemudian dilakukan komparasi dari data-data terebut. Jurnal ini menyusun dan mengulas beberapa penelitian tentang sifat mekanik bambu seperti sifat tarik, sifat tekan, kekuatan dan ketangguhan. Sebagai hasinya, akan didapatkan penarikan kesimpulan adanya perbedaan dan persamaan dari beberapa spesies bambu yang dapat digunakan sebagai bahan konstruksi bangunan. Sehingga bambu memiliki sifat mekanis yang sejenis.]]>
