Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana : Strategi Belajar Mengajar Dengan Menerapkan Metode Eksperimen Untuk Meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar IPA Pada Siswa Kelas IV SD Alhilaal Samalagi. Jenis penelitian ini adalan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) karena penelitian dilakukan untuk memecahkan masalah pembelajaran di kelas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan melalui tiga siklus. Tiap-tiap meliputi planning (rencana), action (tindakan), observation (pengamatan), dan reflection (refleksi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pembelajaran dengan metode eksperimen memiliki dampak positif dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa yang ditandai dengan peningkatan ketuntasan belajar siswa dalam setiap siklus, yaitu siklus I (66,66%), siklus II (76,66%), siklus III (86,66%). Penerapan metode eksperimen mempunyai pengaruh positif, yaitu dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa yang ditunjukan dengan rata-rata jawaban siswa hasil wawancara yang menyatakan bahwa siswa tertarik dan berminat dengn metode eksperimen sehingga mereka menjadi termotivasi untuk belajar.

Abstract

This article was written with the aim of the implementation of gender mainstreaming is an important government program, this study aims to examine how the implementation of gender mainstreaming policies (PUG) in education programs. The problem is focused on the implementation of gender mainstreaming policies in education programs by the Education and Culture Office of Buru Regency because the initial data encountered in the implementation of gender mainstreaming is still limited to socialization and discourse but has not progressed to policy implementation. This research is a qualitative research, the source of data is obtained from purposively selected informants such as the Head of Service, Head of Division at the Education and Culture Office of Buru Regency, and the Head of SMP 9 Buru, and SMK 7 Buru who are considered to have knowledge that is in accordance with the research objectives. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data validity technique was carried out by source triangulation and technical triangulation. This study concludes that the District Education Office of Buru has not yet made or initiated legal regulations that support gender mainstreaming. On the other hand, the education office, which should be an institution that carries out mandatory affairs in the field of education, has not fully implemented or implemented gender-based policies so that it will affect directly related institutions or institutions such as schools and other supporting institutions in the education sector.

Abstract

The purpose of this study in general is to find out how the application of one sheet lesson plan in SMA Negeri 12 Buru is, how is the suitability of the substance in the one sheet lesson plan to the achievement of the learning system, what factors support and hinder teachers in implementing the one sheet lesson plan policy, what are the solutions taken to overcome the problems that arise in the application of the one sheet lesson plan policy at SMA Negeri 12 Buru. Meanwhile, the specific objectives of this study are to describe the application of one sheet lesson plan at SMA Negeri 12 Buru, to analyze the suitability of the substance in the lesson plan one sheet to the achievement of the teaching system at SMA Negeri 12 Buru, to find out the factors that support and hinder the implementation of the single sheet lesson plan policy. at SMA Negeri 12 Buru and understand the solutions taken to overcome the problems that arise in implementing the one sheet lesson plan policy at SMA Negeri 12 Buru. Based on the results of research found by researchers in the field, it was found that the implementation of 1 sheet of lesson plans at SMA Negeri 12 Buru had been running effectively and efficiently. The achievement of the learning process during the pandemic period tends to decrease substantially, but with the application of one sheet lesson plan at SMA Negeri 12 Buru, it can help teachers to meet learning targets, through distance learning that is short, clear and concise so that learning materials are delivered properly where grades are good. students have passed the predetermined standard (KKM). In addition, teachers make various efforts to train their abilities in teaching and compiling and implementing one sheet lesson plans, both through trainings and webinars.

Abstract

This research aims to find out teachers' perceptions of the application of independent learning through a blended learning learning and what factors are obstacles in the application of independent learning through blended learning model at SMA Negeri 12 Buru. The research method of this research is descriptive types and approaches of qualitative research. The results of the study can be concluded as follows: Teachers' perceptions of the application of independent learning through a blended learning model at SMA Negeri 12 Buru, namely the application of independent learning at SMA Negeri 12 Buru has not been running or implemented because independent learning has not been socialized in schools directly to provide an understanding of independent learning to all elements of the school, both teachers, educational personnel, and students. During the Covid-19 pandemic, learning was carried out offline and online, namely online learning for students who have android-based cellphones while students who do not have android-based cellphones learn offline, namely teachers visit students in their respective homes the blended learning model during the Covid-19 pandemic helped the implementation of the learning process at SMA Negeri 12 Buru. Factors that become obstacles in the application of independent learning through a blended learning model at SMA Negeri 12 Buru are: 1) Limited learning facilities and infrastructure, 2) Schools do not have human resources for educational personnel, 3) Limited internet quotas, 4) Limited internet network access, 5) Lack of teacher ability to use information technology, 6) Economic limitations of parents.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: 1. Optimizing the role of movement teacher at SMP Negeri 2 Jikumerasa; 2. What factors that support and hinder the role of movement teacher at SMP Negeri 2 Jikumerasa. This research method is to use descriptive types and approaches of qualitative research. The results of this study show that SMP Negeri 2 Jikumerasa has implemented programs related to movement teacher in independent learning education. the program has been implemented Even though the program was not entirely maximum. The cause of the not being optimal here is that the understanding of the teachers of SMP Negeri 2 Jikumerasa is not optimally related to the role of this movement teacher, so initially Some of the teachers of SMP Negeri 2 jikumerasa do not want to be led and directed by movement teacher, they are indifferent to what the movement teacher does, even though the capacity of a movement teacher is as a learning leader in this case the movement teacher gives an example to other teachers. However, the lack of understanding from these teachers has resulted in some teachers participating and there are some teachers who do not want to follow what is directed by the driving teacher, so the results obtained are not one hundred percent maximum. The factors that support and hinder the role of driving teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Jikumerasa include: 1. The support of the principal; 2. Movement teacher able to position himself as the driving teacher; 3. There is support from fellow teachers; 4. Availability of adequate school facilities and infrastructure.
