Abstract

This research aims to find out the brand image and brand trust towards brand loyalty of AQUA product. The population of this research is the consumer of AQUA in Kuningan district and the data are collected by questionnaire technique. The    purposive sampling technique is applied in this research while the sample of this research is 100 respondents using measurement scale of interval scale. The analysis method in this research is descriptive and verification with quantitative approach that cover validity and reliability, classic assumption test, hypothesis testing through F test, T test and determination coefficient (R2). The technique of data analysis is gained by the use of multiple regression linear. All tests on this research use a measured instrument in the form of computer program SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) version 21.0. Based on the result of this research, it is concluded that the brand image has positive influence and significant towards  brand loyalty ; brand trust has positive influence and significant towards  brand loyalty as well as both of brand image and brand trust have also positive influence and significant towards brand loyalty. Keywords: Brand Image, Brand Trust, Brand Loyalty

Abstract

PkM activity was implemented in Cibingbin village, Cibingbin district, Kuningan regency with the target the entrepreneurs who involve with UKM belonging to kerupuk Dorokdok UKM. The activity implementation method consisted of three steps. The first step was preparation covering pre-survey, team-work, production and proposal dispatch, team coordination and partner and also  tool preparation as well as exercising materials. The second step was the step to implement the program such as  giving socialization, tutorial activity and discussion. Socialization was done through material description and discussion. The third step was evaluation and report. Evaluation was done by comparing partner condition before and after program implemented through interview method and observation. The proposed material in socialization derived from the importance of making financial report or simple accounting for entrepreneurs in UKM. The outside outcome after the socialization was implemented were : The first : The socialization in introducing how to make financial report or simple accounting for UKM has fulfilled the targeted outcome through the improvement on how to make financial report or simple accounting. It was seen after socialization that the members could describe  the  aim of the financial report or simple accounting in business activity. The second : the existed tutorial activity led UKM to understand better on how to make simple financial report good and clear. Keywords : socialization, tutorial activity, accounting   AbstrakKegiataan PkM dilaksanakan di Desa Cibingbin Kecamatan Cibingbin Kabupaten Kuningan dengan target pelaku usaha UKM yang merupakan  UKM Kerupuk Dorokdok. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri dari tiga tahap. Pertama tahap persiapan meliputi pra survey, pembentukan tim, pembuatan dan pengajuan proposal, koordinasi tim dan mitra serta persiapan peralatan dan bahan-bahan pelatihan. Tahap kedua yaitu tahap pelaksanaan program berupa ceramah atau sosialisasi, kegiatan tutorial, dan diskusi. Sosialisasi dilakukan melalui penyuluhan (pemaparan materi) dan diskusi. Tahap ketiga yaitu tahap evaluasi dan pelaporan. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan membandingkan kondisi mitra sebelum dan sesudah dilaksanakannya program dengan metode wawancara dan observasi. Materi yang disampaikan dalam sosialisasi berupa pentingnya pembuatan laporan keuangan atau pembukuan sederhana untuk pelaku UKM. Hasil dan luaran kegiatan setelah dilaksanakan sosialisasi yaitu pertama, sosialisasi pengenalan pembuatan laporan keuangan atau pembukuan yang sederhana untuk UKM telah memenuhi luaran yang ditargetkan, yaitu terjadi peningkatan pemahaman mengenai pembuatan laporan keuangan atau pembukuan sederhana sehingga settelah sosialisasi diberikan maka peserta dapat menjelaskan tujuan dari pembuatan laporan keuangan atau pembukuan dalam kegiatan usaha. Kedua, Kegiatan tutorial yang dilakukan membuat UKM lebih memahami bagaimana membuat laporan keuangan yang sederhana terlihat baik dan jelas.Kata Kunci : Sosialisasi,,Kegiatan Tutorial, Pembukuan

Abstract

The government of Kuningan regency always tries to optimize natural resource in Kuningan regency which  is expected to create self-competence and challenge as  effort  to stress  Kuningan regency to be tourism city.  One of the real implementation in supporting Kuningan regency as tourism city is by forming businesses. The specific business from Kuningan regency is ‘tape ketan’ (sweet cake made of slightly fermented and sticky rice). Tape ketan as one of  the superior products exists as one of potential businesses owned by Kuningan regency. Mostly, the package  of the products are still from  plain  mica  pail.Besides, with the same package performance among tape producers,  costumers judge that  the taste of all tape product is the same. Formerly, the package  functioned as place to protect and ease one product to carry but later on, the package is demanded to attract costumer to purchase. That’s why the package used by the producers to pack ‘tape’ must be able to draw the costumers’ attention to buy the tape products. In the activity of public service, the illumination of package role, material of the product,  form of product, and  package label have been given to the producers. Moreover,training of making interesting packaging product by the use of presentation, demonstration and practice methods have been implemented too. The social effects expected from this activity are that the tape producers realize the importance of interesting package for their products, make interesting package for their products, think more creative in designing package for their products, generate their sale, judge the costumer and loyal buyer easy to pick the product from the interesting package.Keywords : packaging, label,  Tape of Cibereum village AbstrakPemerintah Kabupaten Kuningan senantiasa berusaha untuk mengoptimalkan sumber daya alam yang ada di Kabupaten Kuningan yang diharapkan dapat menciptakan kemandirian dan daya saing sebagai upaya pemantapan Kabupaten Kuningan sebagai kota wisata.Salah satu bentuk nyata yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah dalam mendukung Kabupaten Kuningan sebagai kota wisata yaitu membentuk usaha-usaha. Adapun usaha yang menjadi ciri khas dari Kabupaten Kuningan adalah tape ketan.Tape ketan sebagai produk unggulan merupakan salah satu potensi yang dimiliki oleh Kabupaten Kuningan. Produk- produk yang dihasilkan sebagian besar juga masih menggunakan kemasan berupa ember dan mika polos. Selain itu, dengan seragamnya kemasan antar produsen tape terkadang membuat para pembeli berpendapat bahwa semua merek tape memiliki rasa yang sama. Pada awalnya sebuah kemasan berfungsi sebagai wadah yang digunakan untuk melindungi dan memudahkan suatu produk dibawa, tetapi seiring perkembangan zaman maka kemasan dituntut untuk menarik perhatian konsumen untuk membeli produk tersebut. Oleh karena itu, kemasan yang digunakan oleh produk tape harus mampu menarik juga calon konsumen untuk membeli produk tape.Pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini telah dilakukan penyuluhan mengenai peranan kemasan, bahan kemasan produk, bentuk kemasan produk, label kemasan, dan pelatihan pembuatan desain kemasan yang menarik dengan menggunakan metode presentasi, demonstrasi, dan praktek. Adapun dampak sosial yang diharapkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah produsen tape menyadari bahwa pentingnya kemasan yang menarik untuk produknya, produsen tape dapat membuat kemasan yang menarik untuk produknya, dapat berpikir lebih kreatif lagi dalam mendesain kemasan untuk produknya, produsen tape dapat meningkatkan penjualan produknya, dan calon konsumen dan pelanggan tetap dapat dengan mudah mengenali produk dari produsen tersebut dipandang dari kemasan yang menarik.Kata Kunci : Kemasan, Label, Tape Desa Cibeureum

Abstract

In an effort to improve learning outcomes, this study was conducted to improve student learning outcomes in physics lessons which on average still do not meet the Minimum Completion Criteria. Improvement efforts are carried out by improving the teaching and learning process by applying the scientific approach. From the results of research conducted it turns out student learning outcomes in physics subjects have progressively improved, meaning that the scientific approach applied in physics lessons at SMAN 1 Pagaden gives satisfactory results. Dalam upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar maka penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperbaiki hasil belajar siswa dalam pelajaran fisika yang rata-rata masih belum memenuhi Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum. Upaya perbaikan dilakukan dengan cara memperbaiki proses belajar mengajar dengan menerapkan pendekatan saintifik. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan ternyata hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran fisika mengalami perbaikan yang progresif, artinya pendekatan saintifik yang diterapkan dalam pelajaran fisika di SMAN 1 Pagaden memberikan hasil yang memuaskan.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are the business groups that are most able to survive in the event of an economic crisis. The development of the number of small and medium business units that continues to increase, this will certainly open up large employment opportunities so that the number of unemployed people decreases. The presence of SMEs in terms of managerial level and ability is still low, there are still a few of our SME entrepreneurs with Bachelor degrees. The fact shows that the quality of SMEs resources is still low, especially in the fields of management, organization, mastery of technology and marketing. The low level of education of small and medium entrepreneurs was apparently not matched by capacity building efforts through training, education and programmatic comparative studies. HR has an important role in achieving success, because sophisticated and complete facilities are not yet a guarantee of the success of an organization without being balanced by the quality of human resources who will utilize the facility. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of risk profile, good corporate governance, earning and capital on firm value. The population in this study are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. The number of samples used as many as 26 companies from a population of 43 companies. This research data is in the form of secondary data. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation. The analysis technique used is panel data regression. The results of this study indicate that risk profile, good corporate governance, earning and capital simultaneously affects firm value. Meanwhile the partial test results show that risk profile has a positive effect on firm value, good corporate governance has no positive effect on firm value, earning has no positive effect on firm value, and capital has a positive effect on firm value.

Abstract

This research aims to examine which variables most influence the demand for money, and look at the stability of money demand, Islamic and conventional, in response to the shocks of other variables. The analysis method used using Vector Autoregression (VAR), if the data used is stationary at the first difference then the VAR model will be combined with the error correction model into the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). Impulse response function analysis is also done to see the response of an endogenous variable to the shocks of other variables in the model. The results of this study explained that the shock of the inflation rate responded negatively to the request until the 8th day on sharia demand, while conventionally The shock of the sharia inflation reward rate responded negatively on the 16th day while conventionally there was no response. The shock of the interest rate lift responded negatively on the 11th day on the conventional system while sharia did not respond. While GDP responded positively and stable on day 2 for the Sharia system, while the conventional system responded negatively until the 24th day. . Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of promotion, innovation, and price on repeat purchase in toko oleh-oleh haji with loyalty as a mediating variabel. The research problem is how to increasing customer loyalty toward repurchase intention in toko oleh-oleh haji. The variable used in this study is promotion, innovation, price as variabel independen, loyalty as variable intervening and repeat purchase as variabel dependen. The sampling method used on this research is purposive sampling technique. Sample collected from 150 respondents of customer in toko oleh-oleh haji. Technique of data collection conducted by survey through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis was performed by descriptive analysis method and the method of Partial Least Square (PLS). The result showed that customer on average make repurchase in toko oleh-oleh haji more than twice. The result of data anlysis using the PLS indicates that there is a positive and significant through promotion, innovatin, and price in the repeat purchase. Based on the research results, repeat purchase can be increased through consumer loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the impact of ease of use, trust, website quality towards purchasing decision in online trading site “Lazada.co.id”. The quantitative research is conducted through the implementation of survey. The data collection techniques used in this study with a questionnaire method is distributed to respondents in Ciamis District who had transaction in Lazada.co.id. The number of the sample gained in this research is the population of Ciamis district with the coverage of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The analysis tool applied in this research is by the use of simple linear Regression and multiple linear regression with SPSS 23. The result of the research indicates that the ease of use, trust, and website quality influenced positive and significance towards purchasing decision partially and simultaneously. In this research, website quality gives stronger influence towards purchasing decision comparing with ease of use and trust.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the level of financial literacy and financial technology of SMEs in Kuningan Regency. The sample of this study were 250 SMEs. Sampling is done by Probability sampling with proportional random sampling technique. The data analysis method with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). From the results of the study it was found that financial attitude has positive effect on financial technology, financial behavior has positive effect on financial technology, financial knowledge has  positive effect on financial technology, financial technology has positive effect on financial inclusion.Thus, in order to achieve the level of financial literacy and financial technology in SMEs increases, SMEs must pay attention to the level of financial attitude, financial behavior, financial knowledge, financial technology so that SMEs financial inclusion also increases.
