Abstract

In this time ZEEI resource exploiting go out to sea was high enough but result was obtained Indonesia nation and also state still is small. Where foreign ship activity which steal fish have entered 12 mile Indonesia often found in territorial water of West Aceh, North Sulawesi, territorial ocean of Arafuru, and some area which gristle to the happening of trespasser at least 1 million in a year ton result of Indonesia sea fisher have been taken by a number of foreign ship, from that case Indonesian have cooperation with Thailand fishery area specially in the case of resource development ocean of Indonesia and its bearing with problem of theft ilegal fishing. And the effort from fishery cooperation between Indonesia and Thailand in overcoming theft illegal fish and also its bearing with sea resources development, hence writer use framework idea of International Relations concept, International Maritime Law concept, Regional concept of Territorial Water, and also conception Reality Development of Oceanic and Fishery.To facilitate analysis and also get clarity pursuant to existing problems, hence writer use major premis for example : concept of Internasional Relation, Internatsional Law, concept of Internasional Cooperation, concept of International Agreement, while minor premis consist of : Region Territorial Water of Indonesia, Reality Development Oceanic of Indonesia. Thereby hence interesting writer of hypotesis that is ;‖ if Thailand and Indonesia doing fishery cooperation more foccused which have agreement in minilisize activity a theft of regional ilegal fish in territorial ocean of Indonesia by applying effective observation and staigtening of law expressly, hence resource ocean of Indonesia good involve and also non involving will expand to be marked the increasingof fishery productivity and the increasingof infrastructure development ocean in Indonesia‖.Finally writer conclude that Indonesia government still good enough to increase its ocean development with effort of observation and straightening of law expressly by doing cooperatin with Thailand in minilisize activity theft of illegal fish in ocean territorial of Indonesia.Keyword : Fisheries cooperation, illegal fishing, and development ocean in Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to. 1) Knowing the income of the Sintete Port workers. 2) The level of expenditure on Port workers. 3) The state of residence of the Sintete Port workers. 4) Knowing the health insurance in the members of the Sintete Port worker?s family. 5) Ability to send children to school. In this study the author uses a type of qualitative research that is research that produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral words and explain the data through reasonimg based on logic to draw logical conclusions about the data analyzed,so that it can describe the situation systematically in accordance with the phenomenon being researched. Data collection techniques use observation, interview, documentation and triangulation techniques. The results showed that: (1) The income of workers to meet their daily needs was still very lacking (2)The expenditure of port workers was still insufficient (3)The state of the dockers? living quarters could be concluded that they had decent homes. (4) assurance the health of family members of dock workers is guaranteed from the workplace institution. (5) The school fess for children are not sufficient to finance children?s schooling. Keywords: Welfare, Revenue and Expenditures, Port Laborers

Abstract

The study held in PT. Sentra Karya Cahaya Raya Pekanbaru. The aim is to analyze the influence of supervision and financial compensation to employees’ discipline. Population are all employees, consist of 61 employees that selected by using cencus method. Variables are supervision, financial compensation and discipline. Data analyzed by using descriptive and multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS 22 for windows.The study reveals that both supervision and financial compensation significantly influence employees’ discipline either partially or simultaneously. Supervision has the stronger effect to employees’ discipline rather than financial compensation.It is recommended to push employees’ discipline up by running a more effective supervision system and some enhancement as well as some adjustments in financial components such as bonus, pension program and adjust salary amount with the newest regional minimum wages regulation.Keywords: Supervision, Financial Compensation and Discipline

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out the type of conditional sentences the fifth-semester students of the English Department of Universitas Riau make errors. The population was the fifth-semester students of The English Department at Teachers Training and Education Universitas Riau, they consisted of three classes: class A, class B, and class C. From 114 students of the population, the participant was taken as the sample of this research consists of 30 students. Purposive sampling was used to choose the sample. The instrument used written test in which students must use the word in the bracket into the correct type of Conditional Sentences. In analyzing the data, it had been done by calculating the scores of students individually and looking for the mean scores. Based on the result, it was found that the errors made by the fifth semester students of the English department of Universitas Riau in using conditional sentences is in using conditional sentences type 1, the students made 115 errors (22.8%). In type 2 students made 136 errors (27%). In type 3 students made 253 errors (50.2%). The students made 504 errors in conditional sentences type 1, 2 and 3. Conditional sentences type 3 becomes the highest error that students made. The second highest errors made by students were in using conditional sentences type 2, while the lowest errors made by students were in using conditional sentences type 1. Based on this result, it is suggested for the students should pay more attention in learning and teaching process. The students should have more practice in grammar and remember the grammatical pattern and rules. As for the lecturers, it is better to explain as clear as possible all of the types of conditional sentences generally and conditional sentences type 3 specifically, not only the meaning and formula but also the usage.Key Words: Conditional Sentences, Error, Students

Abstract

Tahun 2020, seluruh dunia dilanda wabah COVID-19, Sebagian besar perusahaan maskapai di dunia diduga mengalami kerugian akuntansi. Hal  ini tentunya sangat mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan yang pada akhirnya mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan dari perusahaan maskapai tersebut. Terdapat banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan, termasuk intellectual capital, leverage, managerial ownership, dan institutional ownership namun hubungan faktor-faktor tersebut dengan nilai perusahaan masih belum konsisten berdasarkan penelitian-penelitian terdahulu.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh intellectual capital, leverage, managerial ownership, dan institutional ownership terhadap nilai perusahaan.Variabel eksogen dalam penelitian ini adalah intellectual capital, leverage, managerial ownership dan institutional ownership yang akan diuji pengaruhnya terhadap variabel endogen yaitu nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan-perusahaan yang termasuk dalam daftar Top 100 World’s Best Airlines oleh Skytrax. Dalam penelitian ini, nilai perusahaan diukur dengan menggunakan rasio Tobin’s Q. Leverage  diukur  melalui  perbandingan antara besaran jumlah aset yang dibiayai  dengan modal sendiri dan yang dengan utang dapat diperoleh dengan debt to equity ratio (DER) Managerial Ownership atau kepemilikan manajerial diukur dengan menggunakan indikator persentase jumlah kepemilikan sahan oleh pihak manajemen perusahaan dari total jumlah saham yang beredar. Kepemilikan institusional diukur dengan menggunakan indikator persentase jumlah lembar saham yang dimiliki oleh pihak institusi dari jumlah total  lembar  saham  yang  diedarkan  perusahaan  tersebut.Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS), telah diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: Intellectual   Capital   berpengaruh   positif   signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (TBQ) pada industri penerbangan di seluruh dunia yang berarti bahwa intellectual capital berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (TBQ).  Leverage (DER) berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (TBQ) pada industri penerbangan di seluruh dunia yang berarti bahwa leverage (DER) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (TBQ). Managerial   Ownership   (MNOW)   berpengaruh   positif   tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (TBQ) pada industri penerbangan di seluruh dunia yang berarti bahwa managerial ownership (MNOW) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (TBQ). ,  (INST) berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (TBQ) pada industri penerbangan di seluruh dunia yang berarti bahwa institutional ownership (INST) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (TBQ).
