Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing on the sustainability of MSME activities in Cempedak Lobang Village, Sei Rampah District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. In this study, the authors used quantitative data analysis with a population of 475 people who were SMEs in Cempedak Lobang Village, Sei Rampah District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The sample in this study was obtained using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10% so that the sample of this study was obtained as many as 83 MSME actors. To find out the results of the study, the authors used research instrument tests, simple linear regression test, t test (partial) and the coefficient of determination test using the SPSS version 20.0 application for windows. The results of a simple linear regression test obtained the equation Y = 24,173 + 0.455X, a positive regression coefficient value indicates that digital marketing has a positive effect on the sustainability of MSME activities. The value of tcount = 4.704 > ttable 1.66388 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05, which means that the digital marketing variable has a positive influence on the sustainability of MSME activities in Cempedak Lobang Village, Sei Rampah District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The coefficient of determination (R2) of the regression results is 0.215 or 21.5%, meaning that the digital marketing variable explains its contribution to the sustainability of MSME activities by 21.5% while the remaining 78.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Pancasila Sebagai Ideologi Bangsa Dan Negara Indonesia, Pascareformasi Tahun 1998, Seperti Barang Usang Yang Tidak Diperdulikan, Padahal Berisikan Norma-Norma Moral Yang Diambil Dari Kearifan Lokal Yang Ada Di Indonesia. Namun Dalam Beberapa Tahun Belakangan Ini Muncul Kembali Kesadaran Untuk Mengembalikan Pancasila Sebagai Norma Moral. Hal Ini Dilakukan Karena Melihat Sebagian Besar Warga Negara Indonesia Kehilangan Jati Dirinya Sebagai Bangsa Indonesia. Banyaknya Kasus-Kasus Asusila, Para Pejabat Yang Korupsi, Hilangnya Sifat Gotong Royong Yang Menjadi Ciri Khas Rakyat Indonesia, Perpecahan Antaranak Bangsa, Mengindikasikan Bahwa Pancasila Sebagai Ideologi Mulai Ditinggalkan. Oleh Karena Itu Diperlukan Metode Khusus Untuk Mengembalikan Pancasila Kembali Kepada Tempatnya Semula. Mengadakan Lagi Mata Pelajaran Atau Mata Kuliah Pendidikan Pancasila, Diyakini Sebagai Formula Tepat Untuk Mengembalikan Jati Diri Bangsa Indonesia Yang Tercabik Akibat Arus Globalisasi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan kepribadian wirausaha terhadap minat berwirausaha pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah Desa Bandar Khalipah Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan Kab. Deli Serdang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh berjumlah 30 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/kuesioner. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda diperoleh persamaan Y = 1,387 + 0,518X1 + 0,449X2. Pada uji parsial (Uji t), variabel pengetahuan kewirausahaan diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 4,056 > t tabel 2,051 dengan nilai signifikan yaitu 0,000 < 0,05 ini berarti variabel pengetahuan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel minat berwirausaha dan variabel kepribadian wirausaha diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 3,927 > t tabel 2,051 dengan nilai signifikan yaitu 0,001 < 0,05 ini berarti variabel kepribadian wirausaha berpengaruh positif dan signfikan terhadap variabel minat berwirausaha. Hasil uji signifikan simulatif (Uji F) memiliki nilai F hitung sebesar 92,653 > F tabel 3,35 yang berarti bahwa variabel pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan kepribadian wirausaha berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap variabel minat berwirausaha. Hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan kepribadian wirausaha memiliki pengaruh sebesar 87,3% terhadap variabel minat berwirausaha sementara sisanya sebesar 12,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang berada diluar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Political parties are an important element in democracy. There is no country with a democratic system without a political party. Political parties in Indonesia have gone through a long history since the Old Order to the current Reform Order. Political parties have functions, among others, as a means of political communication, a means of political socialization, a means of political recruitment, as a regulator of conflicts. The four functions of political parties have actually been running, but in reality many people are dissatisfied with the performance of political parties, causing public trust in political parties to decline. In the perspective of society, political parties are no more than an attempt to gain power, and after power is seized, the people are abandoned.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of income expectations on entrepreneurial interest in the people of Tumpatan Nibung Village VI Dusun VI, Batang Kuis District, Deli Serdang Regency. The sampling technique used was random sampling method, namely taking samples from the population at random without regard to the strata in the population of 94 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. In the partial hypothesis test (t test) the income expectation variable has a positive and significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship with a t count t table (9.969 1.661) and a significant value of 0.000 0.05. The results of the determination test obtained an R Square value of 0.519, meaning that the variable interest in entrepreneurship can be explained by 51.9% by the income expectation variable, while the remaining 48.1% is explained by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of interpersonal communication and work motivation on employee performance CV. Stella Catering. The sampling technique used a saturated sample of 40 respondents. The data collection method used a questionnaire/questionnaire. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 6.448 + 0.353X1 + 0.527X2. In the partial test (t test) the interpersonal communication variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-count value of 2.395 > t-table 2.026 and a significant value of 0.022 <0.05 and the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-value count is 3.495 > t table 2.026 and the significant value is 0.001 < 0.05. Simulative significant test results (F test) interpersonal communication and work motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated F value of 70.552 > F table 3.25 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the coefficient of determination test (R2) obtained an R Square value of 0.792, meaning that the employee performance variable can be explained by 79.2% by interpersonal communication and work motivation variables, while the remaining 20.8% is explained by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of the marketing strategy of micro, small and medium businesses at Padang restaurants in Patumbak Kampung Village, Patumbak District through 4p marketing mix analysis, segmentation, targeting and positioning. This study uses a SWOT approach, aiming to determine the marketing strategy of micro, small and medium enterprises at Padang restaurants in Patumbak Kampung Village, Patumbak District. The analysis technique used is SWOT analysis. Based on the SWOT analysis, it can be concluded that for Putri Minang Restaurant the strength-opportunity (SO) strategy includes increasing superior products. The strength-threat (ST) strategy includes determining the price according to the quality of the food. Weakness-opportunity (WO) strategy includes improving service quality. Weakness-threat (WT) strategy, includes establishing good relationships with customers. For Ridho Restaurant, the strength-opportunity (SO) strategy includes maintaining service quality. Strength-threat (ST) strategy, which includes creating a distinctive character. Weakness-opportunity (WO) strategy, includes making better promotions and developing human resources. Weakness-threat (WT) strategy, includes improving the quality of food. For Pituah Mandeh Restaurant, the strength-opportunity (SO) strategy includes giving trust to consumers. Strength-threat (ST) strategy, which includes maintaining price and product availability. Weakness-opportunity (WO) strategy includes using promotions to attract consumers. Weakness-threat (WT) strategy includes developing promotional strategies, maintaining product quality, paying attention to service quality and increasing competitiveness. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara kualitas produk dan promosi online terhadap keputusan pembelian Bunga Anggrek di CV. Sumatera Busan Namorambe Deli Serdang. Teknik analisis daya yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 133 orang konsumen di CV. Sumatera Busan Namorambe Deli Serdang. Pelaksanaan penelitian dengan cara memberikan kuesioner kepada konsumen di CV. Sumatera Busan Namorambe Deli Serdang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara kualitas produk dan promosi online terhadap keputusan pembelian di CV. Sumatera Busan Namorambe Deli Serdang, dengan hasil regresi berganda yaitu Y=4,875+0,506X1+0,284X2+e. Hasil uji t (Uji Parsial) kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian bunga Anggrek diperoleh nilai thitung = 6,152>1,656 dan hasil uji t (Uji Parsial) promosi online diperoleh nilai thitung = 4,480>1,656, hal ini berarti bahwa secara parsial faktor kualitas produk dan promosi online memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di CV. Sumatera Busan Namorambe Deli Serdang, selain itu uji F diperoleh nilai Fhitung>Ftabel (58,856>3,087) dengan tingkat probability (0,01<0,05). Koefisien determinasi (R2) diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,475 hal ini berarti kualitas produk dan promosi online mampu meningkatkan keputusan pembelian di CV. Sumatera Busan Namorambe Deli Serdang 47,5% dan sisanya 52,5% dijelaskan oleh variabel di luar penelitian.
